  1. Sean, I understand completely when you write about it like that. But to be honest I have never even noticed any of these small quirks you have picked up on.... I just see good movement that I want to have and approach that makes it possible. I don't know if you have ever got into the work of Dr. Hawkins with his calibrations of consciousness levels.... One of my friends originally trained in kineiosoloy has really been getting into it. He calibrated the CST system at 500 (love). Scott Sonnon he calibrated at around 460 or so (intellect and rational), which is about the same level I personally calibrate at also. As for all the marketing and stuff, I am trying not to 'defend' any of it, but thats what this world is like now. If you have a product and want to both expose people to it and make money off it... you have to market it, and market it hard. And people do, and will, steal anything that isn't nailed to the floor (I had my motorbike stolen about 3 weeks ago!).... and that includes concepts and ideas. Legal protection is about as close to nailing a floor as anyone seems able to get. Not that I put much stock in intellectual property because there really is nothing new and never will be... especially not when it comes to the realms of human movement. There is only so much movement we can put our body in. And not that I, or you, would consider stealing someone elses work and putting our names on it.... but that is because we act with integrity. But there are many people who don't act with integrity and if one isn't careful all you end up with is pollution. As for all his titles, or anyone elses titles, I've never paid any attention to that either and yes even if he didn't have a single title to his name it wouldn't bother me either..... but again there are people out there who do value it (for example the majority of the employers in the world) and without titles behind ones name, one lacks any credibility whatsoever, to those materialistic individuals...... But, as always, to each his own and we do what we like and what works for us. And if it doesn't.... we move on.
  2. What bothers you so much about it? It is a solid approach for eliciting change in the body.
  3. I've even stopped meditating! The best I can manage is an almost daily intu-flow practice. Oh and when I have a proper CST style 'cycle' set up, I can usually follow that through to the end if it is a good one, too (usually about 28 days per 'goal'). But from what I take from the forum (the part I can access for free) it is advised to practice only for 20 minutes twice a week, not pushing too hard is really stressed. I kinda like that.... 20 minutes twice a week, I can manage that. What I am interested in are its results
  4. Goals

Ditto. Thanks for putting it in more words than I would have thought of. I was just gonna go with "happiness" but this is much better.
  5. Yes I have. As I said my girl is having lots of wonderful orgasms.... but the thing about Dr Lins stuff is it is essentially for the womans pleasure and the exercises for the man are to enable him to give those orgasms. I have had simple genital orgasms without ejaculation, and on odd occassion when things happen to go right there is more to it... but those events are random, whereas my girls orgasms are frequent (every time) and I'd like to say I have the same going on too. Jacks method, apart from the Aneros techniques, seems to be the only one out there really focused on increasing the male ability for orgasm. Oh there is Mantak Chia's stuff, but he is crazy and I don't trust him or his teachings one bit.... not only that, they are overly complicated.
  6. I'm thinking about just taking a leap and purchasing the program anyway. It sounds interesting and the concept behind it, vibrational, appeals to me.... more so than hard plastic things in my asshole. My girlfriend is having intense orgasms wave after wave and my only pleasure is to watch her, although it is pleasurable, I'd like to join in a little bit more. Lasting isn't a problem.... but I'd like a little more...... What is your experience so far, Sean?
  7. Retention Thread

My balls really start to ache and has become so painful I can't walk if I go for about 2 weeks without ejaculating.
  8. Flowfit is available

No you don't have to get to level IV. If level I is where you are at, then practice each exercise separately until you can do them with a RPT>=8 and a RPD <=3. Once you can do all of them at this level then stick them into a flow and away you go. If you are practicing them to get used to them, I dunno... 5 reps each. It's really just testing out the exercises and if there is no kind of unreasonable discomfort in any of them you are ready to begin it as a flow. Once level I becomes easy (RPE<6) then take a week off, play with the level II exercises a little until you can do them well and then begin the level II flow.... and onwards. Anyways you would do better to come over to the RMAX forum for advice on this kind of area. www.rmaxinternational.com/forum
  9. Increasing energy

I've been thinking about this a little lately and had kind of an experiential insight into the second 'category' of increasing energy that I have had. I see two ways to increase energy (with whatever kind of connotation you want to give that word). Within each 'way' there are different levels or mico-ways, of which I will briefly discuss 4. The first is "energy cultivation" which means bringing new energy into the body. On a spiritual level this can be by intentionally bring 'prana', 'ki', 'chi' or whatever you want to call it, into the body.... generally through meditative practices. On a mental level this can be done by having goals to work towards, passions, etc. On an emotional level this can be by having good feelings, by being happy, joyeous, etc. On a physical level this can be by proper nutrition and rest and by exercise (particularly high intensity interval type training). The second 'way' I think of as releasing stuck energy. On a spiritual level this can be by relaxing into stillness, by gaining non-thought, etc. On a mental level this can be done by unwinding belief systems (and when I say this I don't mean just negative belief systems.... I mean ALL belief systems, literally working to a point where there are no fixed beliefs whatsoever). These belief systems can be thought of as "memes", kind of like mental viruses that cause our altered perceptions of the universe. On an emotional level this can be done by 'surrendering' or 'forgiving' all our past hurt or by 'healing' all our past emotional traumas. On a physical level this can be done by detoxifying our bodies and removing old garbage and junk contained within and also by recovering our full ranges of physical mobility. I would suggest that both 'ways' of increasing energy are worth utilising in some way, and that when starting out, recovering stuck energy is probably even more important and I also think often overlooked. Just a few ideas. Perhaps even a "yin/yang" kind of undercurrent there, I dunno.
  10. Hello

Hi, It's been a long time since I was last on here. I have done some traveling around SE Asia, I learnt all about Permaculture (awesome, awesome stuff.... www.permaculture.org) developed my abilities with meeting women, and other things. I am now living in Chiang Mai, Thailand and working full time as a Science teacher for grades 1, 2 and 3 (kids aged 6-10 years old) at a bilingual school. A tiring job and I have to put up with the bullshitness that is the education system, and over here it's even worse..... but it is more fun and rewarding than any other reptitive, menial full time job I have had. I was practicing using HBI (Higher Balance Institute) methods for a while, but due to several reasons I have decided to take a complete break from that.... and pretty much all formalized methods of 'spirituality'. I have been working really hard on my physical body, using RMAX's CST methods (www.rmaxinternational.com) and love it. I have 2 x 5lb clubs, 2 x 15lb clubs and a 28lb club (I got made here, they did an awesome job so I have just put in to get 2 x 20lb clubs and a 35lb club). The results are coming along, slowly but surely. I meditate erratically, but nothing much more than just sitting and observing my thoughts and the sounds around me. I don't try to do anything, hold anything or achieve anything..... quite nice to be so gently on myself. I have a Thai girlfriend that I have been living with for several months now, and she has a 3 year old son. Tiring to come back after working at a school and deal with him.... but having him around is definitely helping me grow in other areas.... particularly just acceptance and loving kindness. My girl and I have a good relationship and she is really cool and supportive of my dreams. We are looking to get some land out here soon and begin a permaculture style existence. So yeah, thats my life of current in a nutshell. Hello to all of you who remember me, and hello to those of you who are new and don't know me.
  11. Hello

Permaculture is awesome. The way it is generally taught is through a 2 week intensive/full time live in course. I can never look at peoples houses and gardens the same since, all I can see is potential anywhere I look. The thing is I want my own place to play and experiment..... It is simply a design system. A way of designing the land to become massively productive.... based on many concepts, the best one being: Anything not linked to another part of the system will become waste and/or work. The more closed the system is (i.e. more linkages between components) the more productive it will be and in counterpart the less work you have to do on it!!! Lazy mans gardening I strongly reccomend taking the Permaculture Design Certificiate (PDC) course to anyone interested. Doesn't matter where you live or how much land you have, even a regular front and back lawn can be made productive.
  12. Hello

Yeah I'm sure I could sell them.... but I don't want to, because I am actively involved with following the training and I want to get certified and perhaps, in time, open a Thailand branch of CST. So I don't want to make any troubles. I have a girlfriend, and she can buy land... we are already discussing it and will start looking for plots soon.
  13. Increasing energy

Hey Freeform, I can see where you are coming from... but I kind of think they are mutually beneficial. For example in the morning I do a mobility/light yoga kind of session.... designed at removing yesterdays tensions and freeing up my body. It leaves me incredibly energised from all that freed up energy. Then 2 days out of every 4 (following a fibonacci type sequence to training) in the afternoons I do high intensity type training. This leaves me initially pretty tired (but usually invigorated too) but is increasing my energy in the long term. Emotionally, I have done work at removing my past traumas, and that definately helps me feel happier now. But I also engage myself in feeling good right now, letting what is happening right now help me to feel good. I'll continue this in the next post, windows is about to automatically restart my computer!
  14. Hello

Thank you for the warm welcome back guys I would never consider selling Clubbells without the specific permission of RMAX themselves, but it is quite substantially cheaper to get them made here (and in bulk I think could be even cheaper) so who knows what the future may bring if I manage to get myself certified (which is a plan for the future). Permaculture is definitely something I want to be a part of my life... just gotta get the land first. I am hanging to get to work in the garden, I have some great ideas for land and garden design.... big fish/duck pond and food/timber forests and a bamboo grove.
  15. so what has happened to this interview? I've been waiting.... wow... my first post in a long time and it just happens to be my "666" post. hehehehehehe.
  16. western practices

ugh.... free masons??? I'd personally avoid that shit as much as I would the church of scientology......
  17. Tongue Color

yeah I got the white tongue..... fucken candida. Sugar and wheat aggrivate it like crazy. My mouth feels dirty. I'm looking forward to Thailand next week where I can begin to exist entirely without wheat, and I can use palm sugar instead of sugar and I can eat loads of papaya and papaya seeds which I think will help greatly. How can we get rid of dampness using the foods? And also I got something goin' on in the lungs.... what helps with that? (I assume quitting smoking would be a great start! hahaha).
  18. The Secret of Conscious Co-Creation

pfffffffft. service IS bliss. read my signature. all those examples you listed are not service.... i guess i'll define my take on it then. intially service is all about you, building yourself up spiritually, allowing yourself to evolve and be the best you can...... as one does that eventually the 'force' steps in and one just knows what to do. service is allowing the 'force' to act through you. thus when in service every action is an action of service because one is acting in just exactly the way the universe requires. it can be blissful in actuality it MUST be blissful because the force is pure love.... and laughter is our tool to exist here easily. i dunno if anyone will actually get what i'm saying, and it doesn't really matter..... but that's where i'm at, and i'm being rewarded for it.
  19. EMDR...

thumb-pinkie finger = sex. seriously... try it and see how sexy you feel that and wearing no underwear is good while out doing pickup hahahahaha!
  20. The Secret of Conscious Co-Creation

i've come to the conclusion that thinking about or wanting to manifest stuff is useless if it's not an act of service to the universe. manifesting some cash for a holiday is bullshit. manifesting some cash to make life easier so you can do what needs to be done for the universe is the right trip.... that's what i'm on about.
  21. it's not about bending reality to our will..... it's about shaping our reality to god's will (that being the hyper-dimensional being we live within). serve, allow the force to run through.... and be rewarded with a life of bliss beyond imagination. the more i allow the force into my life, the better it gets.
  22. Quantum Meta-Physics

yeah. cool insight... i can see the relevance on so many levels of interaction.
