  1. animal movement

yes... documentary dvd's. there are hundreds of them. i am beginning to make a collection of them, i love them. create research for such a variety of reasons. david attenboroughs works are some of the best in my opinion. "life of mammals" is a great one same with "trials of life". within these we have lots of fighting, moving, hunting, etc. amazon.com will have loads of them.
  2. Ok 2012 Mayan Prophecy Poll

yeah... no apocalypse, only a potential one (if all us white blood cells don't get our shit together that is!). i just think 2012 is the culmination of a period of change. it's not going to be a set fixed date or time.... it is merely the peak of a rise into change and on the other side... will be the other side of the hill. its pretty damn obvious things are changing. people are talking about it. resources are running out. microchips seem imminent. aeroplanes are spraying toxic garbage on unsuspecting citizens. mobile phone towers are spewing out brainwave manipulating frequencies.... but despite all of that, people are waking up and beginning to question their place in society. i talk with them all the time, at work or at anywhere. it's always the same "why do i work in this job for this meaningless life?". and that's the very point. somethings gotta give. for me 2012 represents a potential chance at the end of human slavery.... for perhaps the first time ever. but only if the majority of us embrace that chance. i see either a big change, a big awakening and restructuring of the way we do things. or i see a microchipped and even more mind controlled slavery population, along with massive death and destruction. i can't see any compromise. so yeah.... seek immortality or reunion with god or whatever it is you are looking for, because doing so will help the vibrations of this planet increase to the stage it needs to to change. also the north star and alignment stuff is interesting, and we are about to shift our axis. the poles are also looking like they might flip too. sunspot activity is changing. volcanoes (including the super one in yellowstone park) are rumbling. coincidence? i mean all you guys are spiritual people, surely you have got to realise that there is a lot more than this 5-sense reality and the way it is now. surely you must realise that modern science is incredibly immature still, and can hardly explain anything about the patterns that exist within this giant organism we call the universe. thats mine two cents.
  3. Anybody willing to try?

it does look interesting. will read more when i have a chance. but really..... we are more than capable of entering altered states of consciousness without a helmet, and this is what we should be strving for, doing it on our own merit rather than with the aid of external tools. however, i am not saying external tools cannot be useful. they have their place at the BEGINNING of one's spiritual journey. that is when a person makes the consciouss decision to pursue spirituality and awakening. then such things as binaural technology, the helmet, other gadgets, can be of a helping hand in strengthening the brain and also in shutting off mind babble.... but eventually you have to take the training wheels off.
  4. Noni juice

yeah perhaps... but i kind of like/get the feeling that we really should be eating food native to the particular area we are in, rather than food native to our descent. eating native food would allow you to harmonise more with your natural environment and thus harmonise more with your spirit and nature itself. also eating by the season... etc etc. as for fruits. thats the point!!! i don't really know! there are some native kind of apples, there are berries, ummmm, we have native bananas and mangos up north... but the majority of our fruit is imported species. its a shame. cant wait till i move to thailand (only a few more months) when i can gorge myself on all those delicious tropical fruits! will give durian another go (gagged first time i ate it) and ill even give noni another try hahahaha.
  5. Noni juice

yep its the same stuff. they discovered 4 special polysaccharides in it that is supposed to help with virtually everything, like the noni, not to mention all the minerals and vitamins in it. they are selling it as a multi-level marketing scheme here.... like the noni. i have had a few samples, and it has a great kick that i can feel within 5 minutes.... but i aint bought any. i have enough supplements on my plate at the moment cos i really got into experimenting with them.... i am slowly finishing off all the ones i bought and trying, over time, to reduce supplements almost completely and try and get my benefits from fresh fruits, veges and herbs. unfortunately here in australia we hardly eat any native fruits or vegetables or herbs.... the majority of us invaders wouldn't even know what a native fruit would be! damn shame.... cos i bet there is plenty of goodness in australian native foods also. re: sunshine.... yes good point about the washing. unless of course you are eating fruits that have an outer peel that you don't eat. majority of fruits in thailand are like this, and most of them have a special technique to skillfully popping the fruit straight out of the peel and into the mouth without ever touching the fruit on the inside.
  6. Noni juice

there are a lot of these super fruit juices now coming on the market. noni for one. just recently i have come across two other, goji berri juice (a himalayan berri.... lovely effects on the body and with some super polysaccharides or something or other), and a mangosteen juice. its really quite simple. we are 'evolved' (im not quite sold on the theory of evolution, in it's entirety anyways... but i wont go there today) from primates that fed off fruit. so its pretty obvious that fruit is going to be of great benefit to us. in fact we can live on nothing but fruit, there is everything we could possibly need contained in fruit.... as long as we eat a wide and varied diet of this stuff. of course you need to consume more bulk if you eat fruit, and unless you are living in the tropics... or have your own orchard... it could get costly (or could it? seeing as you would eliminate all other junk which probably costs a lot more anyways). our hands are perfect for plucking and peeling fruits. our canines are actually much more suitable for piercing fruit than tearing flesh and our digestive systems have no trouble whatsoever in processing this stuff, actually doing so within half an hour or so rather than the 12 or more hours for veggies and grains, or the even more (like 24 or more?) hours needed to digest meat (which still isn't digested properly and ends up leaving slimy coating on the walls). its no wonder that all of a sudden we have discovered the incredible benefits of fruit. of course some fruits are of more benefit than others, or perhaps just work in different ways. our common fruits we abuse.... too much reconstituted, watered down, sugered up, synthetically grown apple and orange juice. much better to eat fruit whole. re: noni... i actually had the displeasure of tasting this fruit in it's entirety in thailand. its awful and i had to hold my nose to eat it. i got about two bites before i had to say "no more!". i will give it another go next time though. mangosteens i love and will be eating loads of those when i go back to thailand, along with papaya, coconut, pinapple and all of the other lovely fruits available in this tropical paradise. laters.
  7. Zinc deficiency is rampant.

the average global diet (virtually everywhere apart from the few in each country concerned with their health, and the even fewer natural societies left who live in tune with nature and the fresh foods provided for them by the earth) is deficient in a hell of a lot more than zinc. its virtually... you name it, we deficient in it. food you buy in a supermarket, about 98% of it, is devoid of virtually any nutritional benefit whatsoever. which is why supplementation has now become so important. if you are eating loads of freshly picked organically veggies, fruits AND herbs (super foods with higher concentrations of minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals) then of course, no need to supplement. how many of us... even those most concerned with diet.... get to eat like that? even fewer! as for regular vitamins and so forth you buy in the supermarkets, most of them are junk. synthetic vitamins that the body has no idea what to do with and just creates expensive urine. or in a form that is unavailable to the body (you see, vitamins and minerals come in complete packages.... wrapped up in what we call vegetables, or fruits, or herbs... they need all the other goodies along with it to be properly broken down and utilised). now most of you probably know this. or if not will consider i am being overly negative. but its the plain and simple truth. its much more than zinc.....
  8. cold showers

alternating between hot/warm and cold/cool baths is also known as a kneipp cure, named after some dude who found it very beneficial health wise. look it up.
  9. anyone checked this?

i actually found this link from the 'google' ad thing at the top of this site. this is hell trippy and blew me away..... could it really be possible? or is it just a load of shit? anyways i used the 'make your own' directions to make my own. worn them for 2 nights now and don't notice too much..... yet. we shall see though. but if all the claims are true, then this really is too damn good to be true. crazy man, just plain damn crazy. http://www.alexchiu.com/affiliates/clickth...i?id=aikishadow check it out.
  10. anyone checked this?

hahaha.... i actually bought the magnets themselves from a store for less than $10 your money.... tape them to my fingers at night. not sure about it all yet, only been a week.... i am still entirely sceptical of course. are you being sarcastic?
  11. 5 animals

just a quick reply needed. just need confirmation of the 5 animals and their relation to the shen. have been doing john ducanes 5 animals frolics, which is going really awesome, just what i needed. i want to supercharge the practice however by adding elements to it related to the internal organs, i.e. the sounds, self massage, sense massage, etc. i think this is which animal relates to each shen, but confirmation would be great. he presents the animals in this order, so i just assume it follows the creation cycle and the same order as the sounds etc. crane - lungs. bear - kidneys. monkey - liver. deer - heart. tiger - spleen. thank you.
  12. whatever happened to.....

its coming peter. i just started a new job and i am working 6 days and 2 nights a week.... couple that with my attempts to get as much chi kung into a day as i can as well as get to bed at a reasonable time and i have very very little time left. i have been thinking about it, and i have started writing it.... hopefully i can get around to completing it sometime hahaha. nah i will get there. thanks for actually remembering and being interested though.... at least i hope thats what it is, not to ridicule me or something like that.
  13. What do tao bums do for a living?

grand trinity, you are one crazy dude.... you have to be the most regular poster of all here lately... dont worry, its the energy of youth! at least you (like me too) learn about the importance of semen cultivation, we will be able to keep this youth for years to come yet! holland is a cool place if you like smoking weed, getting drunk, fucking prostitutes and taking other kinds of drugs. the people are cool and crazy. but if the above doesn't interest you (it dont interest me anymore) then dont bother. it is probably the ugliest country i have ever been to in my life.... it did use to be underwater, and it shows. there is hardly any forest/tree cover. no mountains. and once you go inland away from amsterdam the buildings are the ugliest you could ever imagine. uk is so expensive. also a big drug capital, especially london (base of the illuminati, of course its gonna be a fucked up place.... wherever these guys have a base, surrounding them is shit. take washington for example, inner city of london for second example). i have been told about people who go to live in london that have never had drugs before, no interest in them.... a couple of months in london however and they are regular ecstasy imbibers, coke snorters and pot smokers, not to mention alcohol drinkers. but then again the world is fast falling apart... should you want to survive past 2012 and into the future... GET OUT OF THE CITIES! peace.
  14. Waking up, in the morning

"(Example, 3 to 5 AM lunch is strongest, urinary bladder is weakest)." - LOZEN 3 to 5 AM is a little bit of a weird time to be having lunch, isn't it? hahahahahahahaha
  15. Magnetic Mind Power

don't know about that particular dude or his training, there are a lot of people doing this kind of stuff lately. but i have been realising slowly how much we really do create our own reality.... its quite cool. im just creating it myself now, seeing how it goes.... i manifested the job i needed the other day... perfect.
  16. Waking up, in the morning

rubbing your big toe against your next toe a few times. bending your feet back towards you a few times. stretching all over the place like a baby.... in any way without sequence. rolling over onto your stomach, standing on all 4's (knees and hands) and letting the organs hang relaxed.... followed by moving back to sit on your knees with your head close to the bed and arms outstretched (forcing the blood to rush into your head) then back to all 4's, a few times. waking up thinking "great, a new day, im gonna get up now and not waste it all, i'm gonna do this... and this... and this today" anyways man, dont worry about it too much. your just a young fellar and it gets easier as you get older. im only a few years ahead of ya, but i know when i was not that much younger, waking up was like the hardest thing to do ever and as for doing something after i woke up??? no chance!!! its gotten much better these days, and sometimes i may have trouble getting out of bed (especially when its cold) once im up im often full of vitality..... but part of this may be due to the shot of colloidal gold first thing, followed by the hit of oxygen supplement and several glasses of water every morning. the oxygen supplement definately helps ya out, especially should i happen to wake with a headache... theys are no match for the power of O2. if you can find yourself a good oxygen supplement, then give that a go.... it may be what you are looking for (90% or more of the worlds population are now suffering from anoxia - not enough oxygen), and also make sure to drink plenty of water (not tap water! unless of course you have a good filter, e.g. wellness filter) in the morning too. 4 glasses or so is good. a bit of lemon juice in the first one is good too.
  17. What herbs do you take and why?

yeah im with ya. it sucks horribly that these are the current conditions. oxygen supplementation is going good for me. it helps me sleep better, helps me wake up easier, more energy, so forth. i dont use a hell of a lot.... not from caution but from cost hahaha. i want to drink a whole bottle of it at once and see what happens but i dont cos i cant afford it.
  18. What do tao bums do for a living?

i got chia's book, i got dr lins cd too (which i find easier to follow than chia). where do you learn dream yoga from? yeah i get those women milking me at night from time to time.... succubi huh? damnit.
  19. Celestine Prophecy

well put redfox. yeah i thought the story was pretty lame, like a little kids story. but the insights themselves were really good and interesting. in particular i like the ideas about relating to children, it makes a lot of sense as they are really just immortal spiritual beings like us, but trapped in a smaller body, they are also freer from conditioning and can teach us a lot. i could have summarised the whole book to just one page. but yeah as redfox says its good for opening people up to a whole new world of possibilities that extend beyond the: "school, further education, work, marry, mortgage, kids, die" kind of life. we should all be aiming to extend way beyond this extremely silly, meaningless and waste of life that modern society tries to force us into conforming to.
  20. What do tao bums do for a living?

im learning about it mate, don't you worry about that. what methods did you use to learn RJ? i like the look of dr lins stuff, establishing a little orbit to the LT. in the meantimes while i be working on it, i dont liberally spray it around... thats for sure.
  21. What do tao bums do for a living?

im gonna go against every other person so far and stress: forget formal education, forget building up a cv and working in some shitty accounting job or whatever. forget all that bullshit, it is meaningless jibberish, it is the system trying to force us to conform. oh but wait wait wait, you NEED a job to get by, we live in a society where this is what we NEED. this is what i always hear whenever i bring this up.... yeah so what, money aint everything. we came to this universe to have an experience, we find ourselves on planet earth in a human body, so why waste that chance on a virtual paradise planet working some slave job for corporate idiots who are run at the top by a nasty group of completely self-serving people. unless you are interested in working for yourself, dont bother with all that gay employment bullshit. i mean do it for a time if you need to save up money for something or other, because for the time being we still are in a cash driven society (not for long though! either money ends, or we all end up implanted with microchips, and then we become a 100% slave society.... as opposed to about 80% slaves as we are now). go with what you like. the universe provides for you (or really you cause the situations to provide for yourself) when its needed, as long as you are willing to do what is necessary. currently i just got a 3 month contract working a science lab, i am a scientist by training (and what a waste of time, effort and money that university training was too.... could have learnt more in a week at a permaculture farm). i didn't even try to get this job, it came to me without effort. see.... the universe provides. after this 3 months of saving up i am off to have my adventure. life is an experience, life on planet earth is an experience and an adventure i aint gonna miss out on. i will be a full time taoist bum. however i will be a working for myself bum, growing vegetables and herbs and so forth... maintaining a bit of land for my family, loved ones and friends (which also just came to me). im gonna have fun and enjoy this life.... rephrase that... i AM having fun and enjoying this life. i definately aint gonna waste it in an office working for a company that is blatantly destroying this planet earth paradise (which about 90% or more of big companies are) working just so i get a bit of free time on the weekend. fuck that. go with what you like grandtrinity, enjoy your life. live your adventure. if you are sincere, then it will all work out best for you, wherever you go. dont get caught up in the system, it will be dismantled eventually anyways.
  22. Sealing the Energy in

also for chi kung, diet and herbs for health. i meant all three together are for health. sure the chi kung can be used in a step for immortality, however it is not the chi kung alone that is used to pursue immortality, it is that in combination with alchemy or meditation. the chi kung itself (chi = breath? kung = training? you'll have to correct me if i'm wrong peter because i know you know much more about chinese than me haha) is about training the breath, increasing uptake of vital life force (sunlight activated oxygen) and thus increasing health. i know mantak chia uses the chi kung aspects in his system primarily as health in the physical and energetic bodies. he states that to achieve immortality one must first cultivate a perfect physical body, followed by a perfect energy body, followed afterwards by perfecting the spirit body and thus gaining immortality once the attachment to the physical and energy bodies is let go of. as i understand it anyway. so chi kung in a sense is about health, its about perfecting the state of health in the physical and energetic aspects of our existance on planet earth. feel free to debate against, of course.
  23. Sealing the Energy in

personally i dont really like ice-cream anyway, its too cold. however homemade, sugar-free, coconut or mango ice-cream... now damn is that good. i brew kefir at the moment, in the future may try making kefir and fruit ice-cream. anyway you all have great points. however the relationship between all the points brought up has inspired me to write an article, which i will post up here on articles section (provided its ok with admin) when i am done on: Enjoying your food, Eating right and Associations. also i was being a little extremeist with my initial post. perhaps i would have done a lot better had i said something like: "chewing is an excellent exercise. how about instead of gum using some kind of herb (bark herbs are good), or even a hanful of parsley, celery or some other fibrous green vegetable is really good. chewing your food thoroughly when eating meals is also an excellent habit to get into" there... a little less violent and reactionary, and probably more productive. i am happy for the replies though because of the inspiration for the upcoming article. take care y'all.
  24. 5 animals

i got a reply from mr ducane himself and his association is all the same apart from one difference. tiger relates to spleen and monkey relates to lungs. for me tiger fits very well with spleen.... but monkey and lungs doesn't seem as good an association... im just gonna ask my shen though as peter suggests and see what they are happy with. we have an energy body here to use as the medium for communication between us and the physical, so why not learn to talk to it huh? haha.
  25. Sealing the Energy in

im sure you can find a good gum there, i doubt i can find one here without some serious searching. i definately can't in the supermarket, thats for sure.... so i dont chew gum. why would i want to anyway? i only mentioned it because perhaps some people may not know about the chemicals used in gum, and the fact that chewing it enables it to be easily absorbed into the blood stream, way more efficiently than eating it would. is it so bad to try to inform people? if i want to chew something i chew different herbs, or parsley. look i know there is stuff in the air i breathe (which i deal with by taking supplemental oxygen anyway), i know there is no escape from the harsh chemical orgy that is modern day society. doesn't mean i have to like it or condone it or encourage it or even accept it.... so there is stuff in the air i breathe, is this now an excuse for me to go "fuck it, im already breathing the shit i may as well eat lots of it too"? there is such a thing as avoiding what you can.... but how can you avoid something unless you are aware of it. until i undertook a project for university entitled "whats in the food we eat?" i had absolutely no idea of the seriousness of any of this stuff. this assignment shocked me to my bones... but undertaking it was probably the second greatest thing i have done in my life (second after deciding on a gut feeling to return to chiang mai instead of going on to laos, where i ended up meeting my girl who i love so damn much). the point is, its serious business, so i treat it seriously. virtually all disease is diet related. it doesn't mean i am humourless or obsessive, it doesnt mean i yell at people all the time or try to take food out of their mouths, it doesnt mean i am constantly telling people that this or that is wrong. it just means i try to inform people whenever i can when the oppurtunity arises to do so. im just really sick of all the crap that we take for granted that is crap. im just really sick of other people being ok with it. its never ever gonna change until people realise it for the shit it is and begin to boycott it, if we are just like "get over it you cant get away from it" then what about for our children? every generation gets worse and worse food.... what will they be eating in a few years time? corporations WILL NOT CHANGE until we force them to. i don't have to accept it just because other people do... so why do you need to critisise me because i point out the truth? im not free to express my distaste? i didn't critisise anyone or fling out insults, so what harm have i done? mentioning chewing gum as a great exercise may be encouragement for someone out there to start chewing lots of it, unaware of the nasty aspartame (which is probably one of the nastiest chemicals of all added to food) entering their blood stream constantly. thinking they are really doing something good for themselves they may chew themselves into diabetes or MS. now that aint cool. is it such a bad thing to be a crusader? is it such a bad thing to try to point out to people how bad the stuff they are putting into their body is? when cancer is now the number 1 killer, when the rates of cancer are 1 in 2 for men, 1 in 3 for women and 1 in 4 who get it dying from it within a couple of years. is it so bad to try to change things? the simple fact is we cannot keep on going like this. the people who realise this and make the change will escape degenerative disease, the people who don't will die. its pretty simple. i am now recovering from 15 years of eating the wrong stuff, luckily i am still young enough that i can repair from it quite quickly and i am almost all the way there. i have no eating disorder (although ever since i changed my diet all my excess fat fell away, and having a slim frame to begin with i became very slim... people seem to have a big problem with a skinny person, but i dont eat any less than before, i just eat the right stuff), i have managed to find a cheap source of organically grown (but uncertified) fruit and vegetables and so i eat lots and lots of it. and i love eating the food i have now been cooking and my cooking skills have been improving. we are hitting winter now and i am loving making soups. my diet has really gotten good lately and i feel the effects of it 100% if people ate the right food there wouldn't hardly be as many problems in the world, a lot less violence and stress thats for sure. the feelings i have, just from eating the right food are incredible.... its a massive difference on my body and my mind state. other than breathing, drinking, eating and moving there isn't much more to life in the 5-sense physical world we are now experiencing.... so why not do these few things right? so im so damn sorry that i give a shit about the state of the planet. im sorry this post is so damn long. and im sorry that i care so damn much. p.s. chi kung and herbs and diet are partly to help myself detoxify and the other part to boost my general health. why else would you do any of them other than for those reasons? if i ate whatever i wanted to, i would still be living on refined wheat and meat... meat pies and pizzas and sausage rolls and hot dogs and burgers and so forth. and garunteed within 5-10 more years i would be very very sick.... with my change i can since realise what a state i was getting into and i was on a definite track to some kind of degenrative disease. so thanks for the advice, but no thanks. with a little discipline i am reprogramming myself into enjoying wholesome and healthy foods. and its working. i haven't been sick at all in months and i feel great and i now love eating the right kind of food.
