  1. What herbs do you take and why?

    also i think the coltsfoot one is a bit of a scare campaign. its illegal to sell the dried herb here (probably there in america too) but you can grow it. i believe its illegal because of its great benefit... these days if something natural like that is made illegal, that is when i think "must be something really good about that". damn pharmaceutical industry. actually it is one of the best lung tonics around.... can smoke it too. helps repair lung tissues and is also an expectorant. perhaps abuse may cause problems, but then again what doesn't cause problems with abuse??? as for aloe vera, the laxative part is the yellow coloured part of the plant contained in the leaf, if you prepare it properly and just get the white flesh, you can drink it internally no problem without laxative effects. its great for the digestive tract. little fruit juice or shake with fresh aloe vera goes down a treat.

    yeah... if you like aspartame crossing your blood brain barrier.... seeing as the best place in the whole body to absorb chemicals into the blood stream is under your tongue.... why you would put something containing aspartame, colours and who knows what else and chew it so it mixes with your saliva and enters your blood stream through that space under your tongue, is beyond me!

    perhaps i was wrong with the mugwort. i have one of the two... the more useful variety im sure, so perhaps it is vulgaris i have.... but i was pretty sure not. can check. herbs i buy are as fresh as you can get, from the markets from an expert herb woman, probably one of the best in australia. all organic too, of course. not in teabags!!!

    yes, that is the point. most of the things leaving imprints on us aren't our fault at all, they were just traumatic situations that we haven't been able to get over. examples of these occurring in our present lives are very easy to find. e.g. a sexually molested child.... will have an imprint on them that is very difficult to overcome. this imprint will impact the way the act throughout the rest of their life. a beaten child may grow up to beat their own children. so forth. as for david icke.... well i have read some of his books, watched some of his videos and he does have a sense of love. he seems a very genuine and caring guy. the problem he has with reptiles is the reptilian race that has infiltrated the upper echelons of our society and are responsible for much of the problems that are being seen on earth. far fetched as it may seem... apparently the queen mother is a shape-shifting reptile (along with others of the royal family). her in a reptile form has even been witnessed by people (including diana apparently, who used to call her the 'queen lizard' to her best friend, and used to tell her best friend how the windsors were not human) who have been forced (mind controlled) to attend in their satanic rituals. im sure you are now looking at me with some of those "are you serious?" eyes, and everything i have previously said has probably now lost credibility hahaha. but i aint convinced either way about the presence of reptilian creatures trying to manipulate our world... perhaps there are and perhaps there aren't, i wont make up my mind until i have an experience that says for sure either way.

    hahaha that is a load of shit. oxygen is what keeps you clean, oxygen is what keeps you alive. don't believe me? stop breathing for about 5 minutes and then see what state you are.... in fact just stop breathing until your priorities entirely change, garunteed after about 30 seconds your highest health priority is that next breath.... all the herbs, all the supplements dont mean anything when you need that next breath. oxygens role in the body is to take out the trash. active oxygen (charged with sunlight energy) or O1- readily bonds with anything nasty in your body... and it is excreted. e.g. CO (carbon monoxide) bonds very quickly with O1- and is exhaled as CO2. the problem these days is there isn't as much oxygen around anymore, especially not in cities. and besides now along with what little oxygen there is we have all kinds of other crap we get with every breath. copious amounts of CO (which has a greater affinity for hemoglobin than regular oxygen), asbestos (from brake pads) lots of sulfur and nitrogen waste products.... all kinds of shit, with every breath you get a whole new load of toxins. couple that with all the crap in tap water (if you drink that shit) and in our foods (unless you eat only organic vegetables and fruit and nothing else) you end up with toxic overload. we have more toxins than oxygen so we get overloaded the cells start to break down and become infested by parasites. essentially, at the most basic level, all disease is caused by one of two things (usually both working together), anoxia (not enough oxygen) and dehydration (not enough water). over 80% of americans are chronically dehydrated, and probably 98% of the world doesn't get enough oxygen anymore. consider this, we are mostly water (more than 70%)... and for pretty much everyone on this planet now, that water is very dirty, murky water with lots of parasites swimming around in it. we are all dirty fluid filled sacs. oxygen is what cleans up that water, just like oxygen is what cleans up water in nature (through waterfalls, riffle sections, etc all increase dissolved oxygen levels and improve water quality). using oxygen supplements (particularly stabilised oxygen in water, which means the O1- molecules have been stabilised into O2 molecules, but readily break apart in the body into O1- molecules again) is a way to get more of that cleaning life giving oxygen back into us. oxygen supplements are great, i have been using it a couple of months now and well worth the money. as for antioxidants, well the name is very deceiving. antioxidants are actually vitamins and minerals, what they do is provide a protective coating to HEALTHY cells, so that they are not scavegened and excreted by oxygen. oxygen gets rid of unhealthy and parasite infested cells, thats its job. cleaning us up. i stress again. chi kung... the practice of chi... usually some form of breathing. what do chi kung and pranayama do for the body? usually they are both associated with deep breathing, over time they increase the bodies ability to uptake and hold oxygen within, increasing the pressure (this is blatantly stated as the aim of iron shirt for example). more oxygen in your body, the cleaner and healthier you will be. in fact if we were to get plenty of oxygen daily, we would actually live longer and healthier. couple that with an entirely alkaline diet (e.g. just papaya and pineapple) and theoretically we could live forever. oxygen aging you.... haha whoever told you that is grossly misinformed. check it out for yourself. ed mcabes book "flood your body with oxygen" is a fantastic and complete reference on the subject of oxygen.

    karma is valid. i dont believe in it to the extent buddhists do though. we are immortal... our life in this body this present moment is not our first nor will it be our last. being immortal we carry around baggage... imprints or memories on our consciousness. created both in this lifetime and in previous lifetimes. these cause the reactions to present day situations... we are not a blank slate, even when born into this body. we have existed for as long as the universe has... and we will continue to do so until we decide to leave it.... to do that though we have to remember that we voluntarily joined it. through UCP i have already seen one of my past lives so i know it to be true. chi kung i think can release these imprints... however it only releases the imprints on the energy body (genetic entity) which can easily be restimulated by the imprints on the soul/spirit (thetan). you yourself have experienced this by issues that you thought you had confronted (through chi kung) managing to come back. meditation, working on the level of the thetan, is a more realistic way of dealing with them permanently. perhaps fusion of 5 elements, but im not sure... i haven't tried it but it seems also to be working only on the level of the energy body, not the thetan/spirit. i agree with you about moving through the world should be done with a sense of cosmic love... it is all love.     i haven't read all the replies, but the "pied pipers of heaven" by L kin speaks about this. the imbalances, in this work, are described as Entities or you can consider it a negative memory on your soul/spirit body that has your attention on it somehow. this can be a memory from some distant past life, just say you were blown up in a war along with one hundred other people, the imprint of that negative action was left on your soul/spirit/thetan... this imprint can also be passed onto your genetic entity/energy body (which is the thing that looks after your physical body... all these channels etc we play with are all a part of the genetic entity, NOT US!). this memory on your soul/spirit is the source of imbalance and when it is passed onto the genetic entity it is the source of disease. kind of complicated i know, i can give you a link where you can download the e-book for free if you are interested. anyways the point of it is, the imbalance will never be fixed until the memory associated with it is addressed and released (attention is stopped being put upon it). you can do all the chi kung you like, all the microcosmic orbit you like, all the kan and li you like.... but until that memory is addressed somehow... you aint gonna get past it. as for addressing it... im not so sure about how to do that. but there are a few links on that i can provide too. UCP (universal consciousness practice) is an example of a process that will eventually deal with these attention spots. anyways pretty far out there... but it makes a lot of sense to me. it also makes a lot of sense of the whole 'karma' thing... which is just these memories on our soul that cause our current condition or actions...

    i got artemisia arborensis.... the moxa one. i have built up quite a large continuously replenished stock of herbal teas now and i dont really take them as remedies.... i just drink different combinations each evening usually. its fun playing with herbs im on the st marys thistle seeds (4-5/ 3 times daily) and also shizandra berries (10/day for 100 days) both for the liver. thats as close as i come to a remedy.

    i haven't watched any happening at night... but the time i notice them here in oz the most is during the early mornings. often they spread out and form a black haze the following day that blocks the sun completely. sunday was just too weird. someone was telling me they saw a show about 'global dimming' and that in the show they even had satellite photos of the chemtrails...!!! without giving any explination for them of course. i believe that the sun has a very big part to do with it.... the sun is our source of life and energy, take that away and we will be very fucked up.... better yet, reflect the suns rays through a haze of deadly orgone shit soup fucked up crap and probably we aint getting no benefits from suns rays anymore. i mean their agenda is very twisted indeed and perhaps they are moving onto a new phaze... dimming the sun on earth. one of my friends was telling me about how he feels the sun is changing and has a different quality to it (fits with the whole celestial changes, 2012, mayan calendar, sunspot activity, etc)... perhaps this new sun is a threat to them in some way and they want to stop it. i been thinking about this a bit more... and likely this activity is partly to make us sick and unhealthy, but the other part is about converting earths beautiful pristine atmosphere (no longer) into the atmosphere that the annunaki/reptilians/macarbians are more comfortable with, i.e. shit smog crap. anyways today is another chemmie day.... i dont know of many people doing anti chem activities, but i have been inspired to start myself. im gonna bring these muther fuckers down in sydney. viva la revolution!

    i just started doing du canes 5 animal frolics. have so far done the crane and the bear. let me tell you his chi kung is great. i have only been doing it for about 6 days but already notice definite improvements in well being, strength and joint mobility.... i'm quite suprised actually to be noticing such improvements so quickly. i am almost feeling like this chi kung actually sets aside the necissity for weight training that i was doing a bit of before... i am one skinny guy, ever since i took it upon myself to clean up my diet and body all my excess weight melted off and for a long time i felt i have been wasting away slowly. since starting this chi kung i feel it has now been reversed, i am expanding in feeling and i can definately feel that in no time i will put on some weight too. cardio still think is neccessary, bike ride couple of times a week should be fine. also some stretching too.

    sure is.... qi = sunlight activated oxygen. the stuff of life!!! not just ordinary O2, but up in the ozone layer 3 molecules of O2 splits apart into 6 molecules of O1-, these negative ions get charged by the suns energy and form O3, ozone. they also form larger molecules of oxygen... O4, O5.... O64.... who knows how many O's joined together. anyone heard of sylphs? sylphs are supposed to be energy (elemental) beings that float around in our atmosphere... i think they are probably extremely long chains of O molecules (sunlight activated oxygen) i.e. pure chi. anyways the ozone eventually breaks up, bonds with some other stuff (e.g. water, to make H2O2, hydrogen peroxide) and falls to earth. the suns energy, however, is still stored in that O1- molecule. that stuff is taken up through the soil by plants and used, with more of the suns energy, to make the plant... we eat the plants or the animals that eat the plants and eventually that O1- is passed into us. we have gotten our chi. we can also breathe it in.... it floats around in the air as negative ions and ozone which we breathe in and this stuff provides the energy pretty much to our cells (along with the 'wood' which is all the carbon and other phytochemical orginsations that are used in our bodies). it burns the little fires blazing away in each cell and the amount of it is how strong they are burning. like you blowing (oxygen) on a fire to get it burning strongly. so yes its all chi, qi, ki, prajna, O1-. p.s. mugwort tea is good for parasites? i have mugwort at home, i find it a bit bitter taste for tea and often just smoke it instead. do you sweeten it with honey?

    probably three of the better grains. buckwheat is more like a vegetable even than a grain. i have been working on getting rid of grains as much as possible from my diet. i still eat them sometimes, but when i do i try to make them the smallest portion of a meal. usually they are the biggest portion for most people... but as i mentioned this leads to acid blood and subsequent parasite infestation. i dont miss them either when i dont have them.... i just try and eat other forms of starch/carbohydrate... for example avocado, pumpkin, sweet potato, banana and they are plenty satisfying. also dont get bloated or gassy if i exclude grains from a meal too. however.... if i have been eating good for several days, the cravings for refined foods completely subside, but say i slip... i get offered some somewhere... suddenly... the cravings return. the parasites, who were beginning to die off, get reawakened "there is a chance, we can still live! eat more eat more eat more!!!" we are all infested with parasites to some degree or another anyway, unfortunately. this modern day society with its callous disregard to environmental cleanliness (clean air, water, food, etc) and its overuse of toxic chemicals has caused us to become sacks filled with dirty, toxic, parasite filled water. no matter who you are, unless you are eating a perfect diet and supplementing with oxygen (to take out the trash), you are full of dirty water..... lovely thought, innit?

    dr lin seems to advise against using the perenium muscle and i think through experience i am starting to agree with this. the actual perenium area (between nuts and anus) i think should be very relaxed. i think i actually developed some problems from trying to tense this muscle too often. be careful.

    in my opinion, yes. although i would not say whole wheat... wheat has been used wayyyyy too much and i think a pretty large proportion of the population has begun to develop (like myself) an intolerance to gluten. so i would go with brown rice, rye, millet, quinoa, etc rather than wheat. but also beware of breads in particular, because brown does not necissarly always = whole grain. sometimes they get white bread and dye it brown.... they are a nasty lot, playing with our health like that.

    yes everything is different for different people. for example one of my friends thrives on raw food and has no problem eating a diet with that as a big proportion. myself however waste away if i try to eat a diet with too much raw foods. my digestive system is quite weak and lightly steamed veggies suit me better. my bloodline is from a more recently evolved strain of human genetics, whilst he is from a more primitive strain. he is more able to digest meat than i am, but that being said it doesn't mean he needs to eat meat, and he doesnt. and he looks fantastic (without the addition of any chi kung, meditation or any other equivalent). some people require larger amounts of protein, some require more carbohydrates, some like a balanced amount of both.... that kind of thing. however NOONE needs grains. i mean we can eat em, but we dont need them at all. they dont really belong in our diet... they were only introduced in the last thousand years, if that.... a small proportion of our time on the planet . nutritionally speaking they actually have very little value for us. all are acid producing. they are just bulk foods... eat them to fill yourself up (and give a nice meal to all your internal parasites). grains suffocate our bodies and interfer with our utilisation of oxygen (chi). oh oh oh but we need our carbohydrates!!! yeah we do, but we get a much better quality of carbohydrates from veggies such as sweet potato, pumpkin, carrot, etc. also fruits have an element of carbohydrates to them too.... fruit and vegetables, its essentially all we really need. that being said, the stresses, availabilities and ridiculous concept of money in our modern lifestyles makes it difficult if not impossible to afford to eat a diet exclusively of just fruit and veggies. so we fill it out with grains (which sadly the cultivation of has destroyed ridiculous amounts of natural land displacing many animal and plant species, which could produce easily enough fruits and veggies for all of us). so we supplement with grains to keep us nice and full. we dont need em, but then again we dont need a lot of the shit that is now associated with our horribly stupid modern lifestyles. now the difference between whole grain and white or multi-grain is this. whole grain has all the outer layers intact (of which there are 3 or 4 or even more i think) which provides bulk fibre which pushes all the other stuff through our digestive system so we can poo, thats about all that grains, even whole ones, do for us along with perhaps a couple of b-vitamins which we could easily get from other sources. white or multi-grain (which is just white wheat with different grains added in afterwards- so you feel like you are doing the right thing while still being able to eat white bread) has none of these outer layers. all that stuff is stripped off in harsh industrial processes. so now we are getting nutritionally devoid (the b-vitamins and niacin and whatever other little nutrition that was there is now gone, being present in the outer shells) gluey gunk that rather than pushing the stuff out our rectum, instead sticks to the walls of the intestines and makes it harder for us to shit as well as blocking the nutrient uptake from any good foods we might actually be eating. white grains are right up there with the most ridiculous concepts ever conceived. grains themselves are pretty ridiculous.... i mean we aint cows!!!! cows eat grass, humans eat fruit and leaves and roots and nuts and berries, we are foragers with diverse diets from our dexterous hands which can dig up, pick, crack, etc to access many different sources of nourishment. we have complex stomachs (unlike that of carnivores) but not quite as complex as real grass eaters. the modern diet (both east and west) has become so absolutely ridiculous. no wonder disease and obesity are becoming so rampant.

    yes, this has recently been confirmed by science/medicine... however not mainstream (not really alternative either, its like the alternative mainstream if you get me). wheat especially is often contaminated with mycotoxins which fuel the yeasts living in our bodies. grains are also always acid producing. so if grain is the biggest part of your meal then you are essentially having an acid forming meal. if you aren't eating a larger bulk of alkaline fruits and veggies you will not be able to eliminate the metabolic acid wastes that form and your blood will become more acid and more parasites will begin to thrive in the body. dr mercola advocates getting off grains totally for this reason. yes we need carbohydrates, but there are many sources of vegetable carbohydrates without having to revert to grains. these are usually alkaline forming too (essentially more of our original diet, grains are only a fairly modern thing to us). we need about 80% alkaline and 20% acid forming foods in our diet. bulky grain and meat diets will always be way too acid. hehe im glad someone started up these health posts, cos this is something i actually know something about. ever since i did a whole project on "what's in the food we eat?" for my last year of uni. i was supposed to give a 15 minute presentation, but i ended up speaking for an hour with even more to go but i got cut off. the audience was enthralled too. it was a very interesting assignment for me and my knowledge in this subject increased substantially.

    i pretty much don't eat wheat anymore (except the occassional slice on sunday of the fresh bread from the markets mum gets for my brother). i will eat brown or basmati (essentially whole grain rice with a white coating instead of a brown one) rice but will also eat white rice occassionaly too. i use millet flour if i want to make biscuits or cakes. millet acts like a protein rather than a carbohydrate and then can mix it with nuts to make a protein snack. you can get millet cous cous also, and whole millet which can be used to make casserole type things. i will eat rye bread also. i usually eat a carbohydrate laden lunch, using sweet potato and pumpkin and avocado (which acts like a starch) and the like for my carbohydrates. and perhaps some rye bread or rice flour bread. im not really eating potato at the moment either (which is a starch/grain also). and if you take the skins off the potatos, it makes them 'white' so leave the skins on if you do eat them. quinoa is another good one to eat, i think that is more like a protein too. but i dont really eat that just cos i dont get around to it. white bread really is white poison. i see people eating exculsively white stuff at work (usually laden with meat and no salad, plus a bag of chips or something like, and a can or two of coke) and i feel sad. because they dont realise. two things. 1. their support of these companies producing this crap is ruining the world for everyone. if we stopped supporting these greedy assholes, things really would change. and 2. it will all catch up with them in the end. cancer on the rise and all... it's a diet like this that causes cancer (and virtually all other disease). toxic and parasitic and metabolic waste acidic overload coupled with mineral deficiencies (no minerals in that kind of food) and suffocation (not enough oxygen in the cells - causing anoxia or cell death and takeover by parasitic invaders responding to the increasingly acidic blood environment). here's a great site: http://biomedx.com/microscopes/rrintro/rrintro.html read this and you'll get how most of it works.

    .... ok here we go haha i have started regularly taking an oxygen supplement, i add a little to virtually every drink of water i have. oxygen is the ultimate of all ultimate detoxifiers and parasite killers, we no longer get enough from the air we breathe (cos of all the carbon monoxide) so it helps to move all the junk out (and i have plenty of it left still from a previous 15 years of a refined wheat diet ugggg, i was so niaeve and disconnected). i take colloidal gold in the mornings, this stuff is great. blissful all day, and if i get a chance to meditate in the mornings (working real hard at the moment to pay off a debt, 7am start) the effects is increased dramatically. i have a smoothie for breakfast with banana, kefir (lacto-fermented milk), apricot kernels (vitamin B17), a brahmi/gotu kola (help regain my memory)/withania (iron) powder, maca powder (peruvian ginseng, great stuff), and a natural joint food formula (MSM, glucosamine, plus a whole host of other goodies). at the moment i make protein biscuits (using millet for flour) with guarana and some other herb, like ashwaganda (indian ginseng) or suma (another ginseng, forget which country) and other more general herbs such as cinnamon and nutmeg (also good for brain), and i have this for morning tea to provide the energy to get through what is a horrible day spent at this crappy factory. however i'll only be there two more weeks and then i'll lay off the stimulants. usually in the evening i also have some colloidal minerals (in fulvic acid, a super antioxidant). i alternate monthly between colloidal minerals and a multi-vitamin/mineral tablet. and i take colloidal silver every 4 or 5 days, just to keep the flus and colds away. i also just ordered some chlorella, to help repair my damaged liver (from the refined wheat diet). so will have a small go of that. i also make myself herbal teas at night, a relaxing blend, say passionflower, scullcap, echinacea, rosehips, valerian, hops, etc. errr thats about it. but it varies sometimes... i dont like to be completely regular. keep the body guessing and all. dont get it reliant upon a continual source.

    sun worship is also a big 'illuminati' thing. you can see this kind of symbology everywhere. take for example paris (major brotherhood city), the champs elysees, the little arc in the middle of the road, is on a circle (roundabout) with 12 roads feeding into it (the 12 months of the zodiac), on the road that cars go over is even points looking like the suns rays. there are many of these kinds of examples. also jesus and his 12 apostles relates to the zodiac. the 12 apostles as the 12 signs of the zodiac with jesus as the sun. the 'sun' of god. also the changes/ages/cycles of the planet are very closely correlated to the sunspot cycles occurring within the sun. some of these sunspots last for thousands of years, and the way the earth changes is directly related to these. the sun is a very powerful energy that influences every facet of our existance on this planet earth. i have been reading about and beginning to realise what 'chi' actually is. it is just oxygen, however it is not just normal o2 oxygen, it is oxygen that has been activated by the suns energy. it has captured the suns energy and in this way it has become a vital source of life. all life on this earth uses this activated oxygen in its processes. it is THE detoxifier for our bodies. this activation occurs up in the thin band we call the ozone layer. the oxygen up there gets hit by the suns rays, three molecules of o2 then split apart to make 2 molecules of o3 (ozone), in this process the suns energy is then stored in the ozone. this ozone falls down to earth and makes all kinds of compounds, like hydrogen peroxide for example (h2o2) and is used by every single living organism (apart from those aneorobic nasty ones) to gather its energy. this is how it is possible to be a breatharian, by living on activated oxygen alone you can get all the energy (suns energy) necessary to survive without other sustenance (or very little of it). anyways i got a bit carried away.

    yeah i wish they hadn't cut off my foreskin. despite all the arguments, keeping it cleaner (simple hygeine man) and as for protection against AIDS...??? AIDS is a load of shit... there HIV + all that means is your immune system is fucked. it dont mean you got some monkey virus, there is no damn monkey virus!!! i could go out everynight for 2 weeks, take lots of drugs, drink lots of alcohol, not sleep much and ejaculate a hell of a lot.... go to the doctor feeling sick, get myself a blood test and come up HIV + ... just cos my immune system is fucked, thats all. there be no reason to chop off the foreskin, just like there be no reason to remove any body part, tonsils, appendix, gall bladder, female reproductive organs... dont take any of that shit away, no matter what! unfortunately i had some problems when i was yong and at about the age of 6 i had to cet it cut because due to some skin problems the skin was stuck shut and i couldn't piss. luckily my salami is big enough that were i able to make it any bigger i dont think my girl would let me inside anyways hahaha. im pretty sure my problem was due to fluoride poisoning... which along with chemtrails is an ENOURMOUS awful problem.

    hi all, i have recently (2 days ago) started taking some colloidal gold as part of my supplementation routine. This morning I did the inner smile for the first time in about a week, I had been feeling really down and depressed lately but for some reason this morning felt quite good (took some gold first thing). During the meditation, towards the end of it, my smile just kind of started doing its own thing. I didn't have to do anything and it start expanding and filling the room... I had the feeling that my presence was expanding outwards, it kept going and filled up the house and then the suburb, this was all without me doing anything intentional. It was just doing its own thing. Then some threads of this presence jumped out of me and found my girlfriend and friends who are overseas.... I didn't intend any of it. Then abruptly it began to contract and started coming back into me, contracting until it ended up as a glowing golden ball nestled in my 3-legged silver cauldron (which had spontaneously shown itself to me about 2 weeks ago, again without any intention). I finished feeling absolutely lovely and realised it was the longest meditation I had done in quite some time, over 30 minutes even though it felt like only seconds. i feel definate that the gold enhanced my experience somewhat. i have the idea that taking gold would help to clear up the aura, and i definately had an experience of my aura and it expanding and contracting. i mean gold definately has a very high energy vibration associated with it, there IS a reason why it is the most sought after metal on this planet... whether consciously or sub-consciously we know that gold is special. also another outcome of this is that i like the idea of spontaneous things occurring. i am going to be working more with letting my body and energy do as it likes, it knows naturally where to go... the genetic entity is an entity of its own, it doesn't need my control. its function is to look after the physical body, so i would like to work more with letting it do its thing. anyone else work more letting things happen spontaneously? anyone else tried any gold? had any nice experiences with it? i was going to make my own training blog, but there was no place to create one. its no big deal anyways, i doubt i would post in it that often... my training is erratic at best.

    i got it from a friend for AU $40 for 500 ml. i take about 5ml per day. this site is the place that produces it. http://www.fulhealthindustries.com.au/ its great stuff. only been having it for three days now... but my friend reckons after a month there will certainly be some kind of difference. apparently it can help for joint problems, increase IQ, improve hand eye coordination.... and as I said I have the feeling it also improves the condition of the aura.
