hello, just pondering getting myself a pair of 10lb clubbells (to begin with). just wondering who else on this forum uses them to train with and whether they are worth the costly price? to me it seems like they would be very well worth it, but would like some opinions first. thanks for anything shared.

just curious on people's opinions on teachers or masters? it's my opinion that by considering someone else your teacher or master you give up your own personal power to understand and you end up proscribing to someone elses doctrine, which more than likely you will misinterpret. i think it's of importance to have what i would more consider coaches, role-models and people to remind you about your spirituality and your path. they lead by example, offer encouragement but never ask to be treated as anything more than your equal. we are all equal and by putting someone else above you, all you are really doing is lowering yourself. they may be an enlightened being, but so are we.... we just forgot! anyways open to debate

over the easter we had some weird trails in sydney. i had heard last week that something big was planned for sydney over easter... and i think i witnessed it. yesterday (sunday) morning i spent part of the morning at an outdoor organic markets i like to visit. within the space of about 2 hours i saw 10 planes laying down trails, carpeting the sky. according to an aware stall holder they had been going since early in the morning and i think they contined into part of the afternoon. now trails is a normal enough thing, but there was something odd about what happened yesterday. the haze created by the trails remained quite thin without thickening out to form dark rainless masses blocking out the sky like they often do. instead this wispy haze followed the sun all day. YES, FOLLOWED THE SUN! so throughout the whole day, the sun was passing through this wispy chem-haze, while the rest of the sky was mostly blue and clear. at one point a big dark shadow ring appeared around the sun. not the first time i have seen this happen. the sun actually began to feel quite unpleasant, im not sure if it was my imagination or not, but i dont think so. normally i love standing in the sun, but yesterday i wanted to stay inside and only went outside to grab glances of what was happening, which is how i observed the chem-haze following the sun the whole day. something else i noticed was that i developed dry lips, not so unusual. but then so too did most people who i saw yesterday (i had a party - quite a few people came around). i would like to see what the outcome of this sun blocking chem-haze is, and will keep you posted. i can imagine a huge amount of people getting the flu this week, and they are encouraging the 'flu-shot' "get one, no get two!" to destroy immune systems city-wide. lucky i got my colloidal silver.

For weight loss cut out all sugar (including simple carbohydrates) from your diet. Do this incrementally if you are a sugar addict. Sugar = fat For exercise that covers everything and is health orientated, movement and sophistication based, fun and aimed at longevity try: www.rmaxinternational.com Intu-Flow and FlowFit are great places to start and the two of them would probably give you all the exercise you need.

and who says any person has ever found such a thing? it's mostly hearsay and people jumping from one 'system' to the next constantly, restlessly, seeking.... something.... that we really have no idea what it is whatsoever apart from blind speculation. there are no facts.
-
what makes anyone think that such a thing as a "full system" even exists? what makes people think that enlightenment actually comes from practicing some kind of "system"?

*sound of wind passing over a head* you kind of missed the point. who said anything about believing it? I was merely commenting on your fixed idea on what you 'believe' is actually real. Not believing in reptilians is... you guessed it, a belief!!! Beliefs are what trap the mind in the illusion that there is a fixed or finite reality that we can quantify to the point of "well thats it, thats the universe there.... whats on tv then?" I don't believe in reptilians. I also don't believe that there is no such thing as reptilians. get it yet?
-
Yeah I'm judging all your judgmental judger's!!!!
-
Is this for real? are people actually really so stuck in fixed, conditioned beliefs poured into their ears since birth? oh yeah... they are, it's called "samsara" or something, isn't it?
-
d'oh. You said exactly what I thought when reading these silly judgmental (from both sides) posts. oh well... hurray for me too.

Way back from page 2.... Pietro - a belief is a belief... whether it is a belief in conspiracy theories or it is a belief that conspiracy theories are all bullshit. The very simple fact about a belief is it is something that one personally DOES NOT KNOW TO BE TRUE. See we don't "believe" things we know are true, we know them! I've read plenty of that Reptilian stuff..... and I came to the personal theory: I don't know! There could be reptilians or there could not be, but I am in no position at this moment to know for sure either way. I'm trying to get rid of all my beliefs rather then reinforce ones even if they may be scientifically backed 'skeptical' ones.....

www.multiples.com this may be interesting. I've only just started playing with it with some very small but interesting results. Mantak Chia is off his rocker.. stay away from his stuff like the plague. -

It is all delusion. There can never be a real teacher for something that everyone inherently knows inside anyway. Realization only comes through ones own work, regardless of the discipline. Subscribing to teachers, techniques, etc... all just deepens the fantastic delusion of all that just simply is. The world is already a magical place without need to subscribe to even more fantastical, and completely misunderstood terms like "chi" etc. My mind boggles when I even think of a tiny little red blood cell carrying around an oxygen molecule that I just breathed in from the air.... that is the real magic. -

A strong belief that someone can heal you from a distance coupled with a strong belief by the sender, sure thing. But it's just a belief.... The same thing with the belief that you even need healing to begin with!

Why the need to try to conform to some kind of pattern of behavior because it is thought of as 'good' or 'right'. In terms of the Tao that is just dualistic thinking. Focusing on one will only serve to suppress the other in some way. There is no good or right, there is just the simple nature of who we are and the striving to live each day as it comes.

yes it is my intent. I think the guy is creepy and a little insane (but then again we are all insane) and has "guru syndrome".... which is the title I am giving to guys who end up with too many sheepish students and start letting that go to their head. And yes I have met him and been, so to speak, to his house. But.... this is for another time and place, and perhaps never. I apologise if I offended anyone.

what a mung bean filled sack or sock? I know Manhole Chia sells em... and it wouldn't be hard to get a sock or piece of material, fill it with dried mung beans and stitch it up.

"Do nothing" "Let the five people die" Who am I to interfere? Oh and I do think about how I am going to have sex next time.... I often plan the time and location ahead of time so as to 'surprise' my girlfriend.

I got banned from IG. I made some condescending remark about some of the follower mentality on the site when everyone was raving about some new post that Stephane had made. It was a nice lesson for me to help realise that people are where they are, and some people probably have to hang on to someones coattails first to eventually gain their own independence. I think humans have a sheep gene somewhere in our DNA. I ordered the book and instructional DVD, yet to arrive. Scott is getting real into adding healing visualizations into his Intu-Flow and Prasara work (he is going to release an Intu-Flow book soon too) and he is getting real 'spiritual' in his writings, which in my opinion was only a matter of time until it started occurring. He is going to pull away from much active participation on the forum and going to reduce substantially the amount of DVD's he puts out (but he will work on books. He is working on a series of 7 books on health and fitness for children). I know all these details because I made an investment and joined his "Core Cadre" (which I hope he will stop heavily promoting once it is full - 200 capacity)... which is where he is now going to focus all his efforts. He has his work to do spiritually, as you and I do also..... but in his field, the human body, he is most certainly an expert and genius and I am happy to keep learning from him in that field..... oh and you have to admit he is getting pretty good at being a financial whiz too! His "RESET" DVD is pretty cool. Really simple simple stuff, but he puts it together fantastically, and the results speak for themselves (if you are in to high intensity work). Oh yeah and I managed to be lucky and find a girlfriend who is at 500.... well she got there with a little of my help I still don't know if I believe any of that stuff, and I like to leave it that way. Belief is a useless activity anyways.
