I don't think is just that...

I wonder why is he disciple of both masters, Wang Li Ping and Jiang Feng... one is Daoist the other is Budhist... I am a little bit confused, but I am impressed with his achievements. Only that being accepted as disciple by both masters is a big achievement.

Also in the pituitary gland there is produced a hormone called Human Growth Hormone that is usually produced until 25 years of age. And also the pituitary-gonad axis links the pituitary gland production with the testes production of Testosterone. both hormones are considered "youth hormones" and some [rich] people inject them as an external treatment, other [poor] people cultivate them through meditation. to quote someone well known:

Cold Moon by Dragon Well - I've bought this sword for a friend, I was really impressed by the quality. That was a real war sword and only for 100 $. And the vibration was incredible, could't compare to any flexible jian I ever held in hands. Here is a review of that sword:

Neidan: Refilling yuanjingqi, building the foundation
Andrei replied to LaoZiDao's topic in Daoist Discussion
Yeah I agree it's not complete, there are some practices missing but is a good reference when we compare texts and practices. Especially in this case when someone is throwing a "mysterious passage" with "secret teachings" available only to a certain esoteric group. -

I would like to see the full text translation too to make a good judgement, I compared only TY with the OP fragment, that's all. Refilling yuanjingqi is described in TY ch. 2, the whole theory and practice. I believe TY is not a translation of a Chinese text, it is more like an oral discussion of a certain master with Lu Kuan Yu (Charles Luk) about the practices refered in the Golden Flower Secret text. So we compare here "oral teachings" with "textbook teachings" imho. -
Ge Hong's "Baopu-zi nei pian" by Evgueni A. Tortchinov

I work with salt too. Is good on meat and fish. Also Mg, Ca, Fe, Ag, Au... they are good. But not so much cinnabar, mercury and lead, unless you want just a bit of MS (Multiple Sclerosis). But they switched by saying back in the days: It's not Waidan, I'ts Neidan, so cinnabar, mercury and lead are metaphors for what happen iniside the body, they are spiritual substances, spiritual transformations. -

After a couple of emperors died intoxicated by lead and mercury and what not other metals were in those "alchemical pills" they just dropped those theories. So the texts are beautiful but the clinical experience says differently. So herbs remained until these days. -
Why do you say that? Could you please elaborate? What do you mean by silver color? The aura color? Or the being you interact being "gray" ? What soes it mean "your" thinking versus "their" thinking?

i am waking up every 30 min - 1 hour WTF is this ?
Andrei replied to mike 134's topic in General Discussion
It is because of the moon waxing. Now is almost full moon so the last week the moon phase was crescent waxing. If you are awake during the night the best thing to do is to meditate in stillness. I would also suggest to avoid MCO when you have kundalini symptoms, in my opinion MCO triggers kundaliny even worse. -

It is like in aerospace, you have lift force and weight force. If your lift force is higher than the weight then you go up, if your weight is higher than your lift you fall down. If they are balanced then you fly horizontally (you still need thrust force to be higher than friction force but that is another story). Same is meat it is a ballast you need to keep you down here in this realm, to maintain on the same frequency with everybody else. If you want to go up and never return, then it's easy don't eat anything and you'll see the heavens soon. -

Why don't you put the whole text, and we can talk on that instead just on a snippet? "saliva producing" happens after one hour of MCO, then you should swallow the saliva. -

There are basically 4 methods of cultivation: - sitting - standing - walking (moving) - laying down But if you read the thexts in Daozhang they say all of them harm the body if done excessively. I don't remember which is which but they harm the bones, the blood, the muscles, and the Qi. So if you practice only one or two but neglect the others then you have a problem (which was created by yourself by cultivating wrong). -
