IMO they are both balanced numbers. 72 = 9 x 8 (3 x 3 x 2 x 2 x 2), and 36 = 9 x 4 (3 x 3 x 2 x 2) According to Yi Jing interpretation 3 is Yang and 2 is Yin. 9 is Yang, 4 or 8 is Yin. 7 + 2 = 9 = 3 + 6 the sum is Yang too. 72 + 36 = 108 = 9 x 12 = 3 x 3 x 3 x 2 x 2 another complete number which means the perfect balance between Yin and Yang.

What simple baking sweetener do you know that has not such drastic, lethargic effects on the body like processed sugar does?
Andrei replied to 4bsolute's topic in General Discussion
Drop baking forever, it is not good for anything, sugar and wheat and I mean any sugar and any starch is just unhealthy. For some people is ok but if you look for sugar alternatives this is an idication that is not ok for you to eat sugar and wheat. Cooked honey is poisonous, stevia tastes like shit. Just eat dried fruits or juicy fresh fruits and nuts. This is what we are supposed to eat to stay healthy. There are some fruits that are very sweet like longan or luo han guo which is maybe 300 times sweeter than sugar. -

Death, Dying and Next---- Thoughts & Speculations
Andrei replied to thelerner's topic in General Discussion
We live in a 3D space and we don't even understand what time as a dimension is, because we don't see the time, what we see are only slices of time, moments, instants that flow endlessly. Immortality or transcending death means to see the time as a fourth dimension in its entirety, you see your life and all your past and future lives, because history does not have the same meaning as here, you see your entire existence since eternity. -
Death, Dying and Next---- Thoughts & Speculations

The spirit has many bodies beyond this physical one. We have a body in each dimension, and by latest scientific standards we live in an universe with 10 dimensions ( if not 11 or 13 by some). So what you see/perceive in this dimension is just the tip of the iceberg. Death is just this machine that breaks down but the ghost in the machine does not breaks. The same way when your computer breaks down you save all your data on CD, DVD, HD or cloud. The information is saved, and as I know from looking around, the spirit always builds and creates not destroys. It is true some things need to be destroyed to make place other things to be created. So they say the second principle of thermodynamics governs the universe, but then DNA what is it? Sprit makes that the entropy instead growing positive (positive entropy means chaos) goes negative, which is called neguentropy. Neguentropy means that the information build up and organizes, which is exactly what we see in our world today. And this neguentropy does not come from this dimension, as I said the neguentropy or the creative spirit comes from other dimensions. http://youtu.be/XRMn4UhReN4 -

Lower Dantien Heat and Pain, Please Help!
Andrei replied to Dharmakaya's topic in General Discussion
Not ginger tea, I think better to drink ling zhi tea ( reishi or ganoderma lucidum) for kidney yin qi. And to replenish the liver qi and sperm back eat gou zi (goji berries) either in tea or soup. And do not masturbate when you do qigong, this is what you'll get. -

There are different levels of immortality: ghost immortal, human immortal, earth immortal, spirit immortal and celestial immortal. Ghost immortals do not leave the realm of ghosts, human immortals do not leave the realm of humanity, earth immortals do not leave the realm of earth, spirit immortals do not leave the realm of spirit and celestial immortals do not leave the celestial realm. -
The "Official" Mo Pai & "Things You Might Not Know About Real Mo Pai" Thread
Andrei replied to SonOfTheGods's topic in General Discussion
I was not refering to the activity on the forum, but to being born here on the Earth realm. To cease rebirth means to cease all attachments, and people who posts on forums obviously they have at least that attachement to post their opinions on forums. Which in the end does serve only to their ego, it strenghtens their own importance, how much they are right and everybody else are wrong. I didn't say you cant transcend it, yes of course you can, but if you are really in your last incarnation you go invisible, you go underground, you don't need for everybody else to know what are you doing. It is too much trouble and creates too much karma, which is in your interest to cease. This makes sense to me. -

Because it is not so easy. If you are here, then you didn't end any rebirth cycle whatever ones claims may be. -

Yes I agree is not a fair match, but people keep saying that taichi is for weaker people (old guys and ladies) and with a smaller force you can beat a greater force. This is not true, always the bigger power wins. That you can use leverage force in a fight that is a common sense principle but in the end the the more powerful wins. Just that sometimes the power is not given by size or mass, even usually it does. Anyway the taichi practice adds in the arsenal of a fighter other things beyond throwing punches, like timing, sensitivity, balance, a sense of orientation, an enlarged vision field, many useful things in fights in general. More over there is an increased oxygen capacity, more control over adrenaline surge which is giving the flight or fight response, an increased pain intensity threshold, an increased muscle fatigue due to lactic acid accumulation, all those things added may make a difference between winning and losing a match. But all those things are trained with specific methods, it's not just punching bags and weight lifting in the gym.

It may be a branch of Zhong Gong which started the Qigong movement in China. They were more numerous than Falun Gong and many masters immigrated all over Europe. I started Qigong in my country with students of these masters that founded their own Qigong styles. So basically this is what happened, even Zhang Hong Bao founder of Zhong Gong or Li Hong Zhi founder of Falun Gong, they invented their own styles. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zhong_Gong I bet all Chinese immigrants like Chun Yi Lin (Spring Forest Qigong) or Robert Peng or Jenny Lamb (Yi Gong) they all started studying Qigong because of or as Zhong Gong practicants.

Just the other day I saw on facebook a video about a MMA guy which is a taichi player
-
Yes there are CCTV shows with Taichi fighting vs other styles, as soon as I find on youtube I'll show you. Then there are Sanda vs Muay Thai (China vs Thailanda). I am saying of Sanda because Taichi matches are similar with Sanda. I will provide here on this thread if I find those videos. I used to collect them just for arguments like this one but I quit at some point and let it gone. But taichi as practiced in China by some purists is pretty violent. Yang styles as known today in the west not so much but Chen stylists and old Yang stiles that are similar to Chen village style which is the style is supposed to be learned by Yang Lu Chan. Also there is Zhao Bao village style which is closer to ancient taichi as learned by Yang Lu Chan.

Yes, I've seen myself, when I participated in local sanda championships. I didn't train for the competion but sparring, zhan zhuang and qigong to recover my injuries during sparring. So yes I can train the whole Taichi curriculum just as master Wong is doing on youtube or just as I learned from my teacher who learned at the Wushu Academy in Beijing. I can teach people to fight with gloves and without gloves, with grapplers and strikers either they are BJJ or Muai Thay, just with Taichi techniques, but with proper training. And I know where are the holes in the training of "boxers/kickboxers" because I've seen them and we trained to cover those holes. MMA is much more closer to Taichi because the ancient real combat taichi was back in the days what is MMA today a mixture of kicking punching and grappling techniques.
