I think is a mass phenomenon, not related to any karma, practice or transmission. It is purely a new step in evolution of humanity. And yes it is an expansion of counsciousness.

In need of advices and suggestion about meditation side effects
Andrei replied to trollo's topic in Welcome
Hi, trollo. By the symptoms you have: insomnia, emotional turmoil, urinary tract inflammation, heat sensation up the spine (which is very clear a kundalini awakening) to me is clearly a pitta imbalance. You dried up the sexual fluids, that's all. An ayurvedic doctor should very easy find a treatment for you. The idea that meditation is harmless shows how much ignorance is in this world. This is why practicing harmless techniques from harmless books you (and anybody who is doing this) end up in emergency room or searching for treatments. I would follow decibelle's advice and quit meditation until you really understand what is happening with you. And i would stay away from anything like MO and anything written by Mantak Chia. Basically what he said is right, you need to rotate the energy in the abdomen but provided you have all the right substances in the right places. Thats why you need an ayurvedic or TCM doctor to give you the right recipe for your particular condition. As i said any meditation technique involving mind is fire element and creates pitta imbalance, and any Qigong technique is wind that feeds the fire and creates vata imbalance. The way to go is just rest and do nothing and replenish the dried up tanks with the right substances. -

Hi trollo, I would suggest you to try drinking cranberries juice. This will alleviate any pain in the urinary tract and will help reducing inflammations. Also eat tomatoes and take saw palmetto extract pills, this will help your prostate. I am not a specialist in traditional medicine, but i encountered the same issues as you, so i have my own experience. In Ayurvedic terms it seems that you may caused a pitta or vata imbalance in your body. Usually kundalini awakening is associated with pitta and vata. So the way to treat pitta and vata imbalances is to eat kapha foods. You may search on internet what does it mean pitta, vata and kapha or you may buy some Ayurveda books, but this is the way to go to restore your balance. In Taoist terms kapha is similar to water-metal-earth elements. In Taoist terms this means to restore your jing (body fluids) and to increase or add into your practices grounding and earthing practices that will balance the meditation practice which is a fire element practice. So you either cease to meditate and try other cooling practices or you may try both in the same time seeking the balance between the elements. No-one can teach you these things because everybody is different so what works for others may not work you, you have to try different things until you find your own path and your own balance. This will come in time with practice and with experience. Good luck. -

Maybe they knew to travel back in time. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indus_Valley_Civilization The Indus Valley Civilization (IVC) was a Bronze Age civilization (3300–1300 BCE; mature period 2600–1900 BCE) extending from what today is northeast Afghanistan to Pakistan and northwest India (see map).[1] Along with Ancient Egypt and Mesopotamia it was one of three early civilizations of the Old World, and of the three the most widespread.[2] It flourished in the basins of the Indus River, one of the major rivers of Asia, and the Ghaggar-Hakra River, which once coursed through northwest India and eastern Pakistan.[3] -

I live in Surrey, Vancouver area in Canada where the second largest immigrants group is Indians from Punjab, the first being Chinese, and maybe the third being the Persians (Iranians). I just cannot cease being amazed at the blue eyed punjabi Indians and Iranians i see on the street and in the stores. Even if they are dark skinned because of the sun tan, the colour of their eyes does not change. Even today at the grocery store I saw a blued eyes Indian woman with freckles. -

Right, this is bullshit! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cradle_of_civilization The earliest proto-urban settlements with several thousand inhabitants emerged in the Neolithic. The first cities to house several tens of thousands were Memphis and Uruk, by the 31st century BC (see Historical urban community sizes). Historic times are marked apart from prehistoric times when "records of the past begin to be kept for the benefit of future generations";[8] that is, with the development of writing. If the rise of civilization is taken to coincide with the development of writing out of proto-writing, the Near Eastern Chalcolithic, the transitional period between the Neolithic and the Bronze Age during the 4th millennium BC, and the development of proto-writing in Harappa in the Indus Valley of South Asia around 3300 BCE are the earliest incidences, followed by Chinese proto-writing evolving into the oracle bone script, and again by the emergence of Mesoamerican writing systems from about 200 BC. Ok, if you look into the the neolithic cultures list from wikipedia, the ones originated from Europe, most of them are in the area of Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria and Ukraine, to give you a list : Cucuteni, Hamangia, Gumelnita, Giulesti-marita, Cernavoda, Dudesti, Turdas-Vinca and more. Most of them are contemporary to the Ubaid period which is the most ancient of the mesopotamian civilization. Tartaria tablets dated 5500-5300 BC predates any form of writing found in Egypt or Mesopotamia. Also Gradeshnitsa tablets dated 5000 BC. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tărtăria_tablets http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gradeshnitsa_tablets http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Symbols_and_proto-writing_of_the_Cucuteni-Trypillian_culture Cucuteni culture: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/02/Cucutenimalefigure.JPG http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/0/01/MotherGoddessFertility.JPG Hamangia culture: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Hamangia_Muzeul_din_Constanta.JPG Gumelnita culture: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2b/Gumelnita_Culture_Muzeul_din_Constanta_2013_01.JPG Oldest burial with gold jewelry dated 4600 BC http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Or_de_Varna_-_Nécropole.jpg "Old European coppersmiths were the most advanced metal artisans in the world. Their intense interest in acquiring copper, Aegean shells, and other rare valuables gave rise to far-reaching trading networks. In their graves, the bodies of Old European chieftains were adorned with pounds of gold and copper ornaments. This include the world's oldest securely dated evidence of copper making at high temperature, from 5,500 BC (found in 2010).[3] And the oldest elite burial and Gold treasure in the world 4600 BC from Varna necropolis (found in 1972). Southeastern Europe were the place for the worlds first major industrial revolution.[4] Their funerals were without parallel in the Near East or Egypt. Southeastern Europe are also the place of the oldest Wooden wheel ever found, the Ljubljana Marshes Wheel were discovered in 2002 and dated to 3,150 BC." Aryan areal: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/ae/Centum_Satem_map.png How can be explained names of mountains, rivers and many words in European languages having same roots, sometimes even same meaning as sanskrits words? How can be explained similarities between languages in Europe and Iran and other asian areas? How can be explained large populations of Afghanistan, Iran, and some areas of northern India to have caucasian genetics such as blue or green eyes, blond or red haired? Wtf even means "Caucasian"? -

Ok here is my take on the subject: He didn't mention any aliens, because if he would do, he would have been crucified. But he said in the doc "these people were not humans, they look like humans but were not". Anyhow, my version of the history is like this: alien presence was from the beginning of terraforming and life disseminating on the planet Earth. Sometime in the past a huge civilization was thriving on Earth, a mixture of humans from the stars and local species of humanoids which were genetically engineered. There is no other explanation why evolution is done in sudden steps, also why there is a missing link. Also all bushmen cultures all over the world claimed that their ancestors or their gods come from different star systems such as Orion, Sirius, Pleyades etc. Sometime in the past, maybe around 12000 years ago, maybe more, there was a planetary catastrophe, the deluge, a huge tsunami that swept all dry land and destroyed all human civilization at the time. The cause of this tsunami could be anything from an rotation axis shift to another planet approach, or a planetary collision or comets or something like that. The humans that survived rebuilt everything, restarted the civilization from scratch, and these are the archeological sites found in neolithic dated 12000 years ago, 9000 years ago and so on. For me is quite evident that the races on earth are the result of alien intervention from different races from different parts of the galaxy. The contemporary civilization is a melting pot of races and cultures, and this is their goal to obtain an optimum human to live on this planet, a hybrid between various genetic strains. The term 'racist' means when someone is claiming that one race is superior to another and that superior race has all the motives to suppress the inferior race. In reality what we see today is a mixture of all races and cultures that will lead eventually to another planetary civilization, something like 'Star Trek'. In genetic algorithms if you suppress 'inferior strains' the final optimized solution is worse than if you keep the genetic database as large and various as possible. This is a fact, known by mathematicians and engineers that are using genetic algorithms, and this is the hidden reason why the contemporary civilization has the dynamics that it has. Including alien presence and alien contact.
