Also whenever you see in a western translation the terms animus/anima you should put back the originals terms hun/po which have a very different, complex and profound meaning in the taoist paradigm than the empty words animus/anima which is absurdly translated as "male soul" and "female soul".

Need help from experts of the five natures/ five elements.
Andrei replied to Trogdorf's topic in General Discussion
Good your analysis but you got wrong the control cycle. Some say the control cycle is following the five star pattern which is the destruction cycle: Some say the control is to reverse the generation cycle (mother-son) into son-mother dominance. The four western type of personality taken by Jung from European medieval ages and antiquity which corresponds to "the four humors" are: -the melancholic (?) -the choleric (from the bile of the liver) -the sanguine (from the blood of the heart) -the phlegmatic (from the phlegm of the lungs) Actually Jung observed there are subtypes: of extroverts and introverts, with excess of energy and lack of energy. excess of energy(the sanguine) has two subtypes: passionate and sanguine lack of energy (the melancholic) has two subtypes: apathic and sentimental the phlegmatic has two subtypes: phlegmatic and amorphous the choleric has two subtypes: the nervous and choleric(furious) In my opinion the best division of the 8 (eight) personality traits matched with the organs are like this, and actually those eight personality subtypes are the expression of the main meridians that circulates the qi energy between organs: If a person has a 5 elements chart like this, I would definitely say about him is a passionate/sanguine type: later edit: as a side comment, because this subject comes over and over again on this forum, the Pick Up Artists are melancholic types - lack of energy - and they need to learn "skills" to overcome their natural energetic imbalance, while the "naturals" attractive to women (in general) are the sanguine/passionate types. -
Don't worry it will not shrink, you'll have at least an erection every night, you can check with a seal paper ring around your unaroused dick when you go to sleep. The 6th tibetan rite will help when you have a spontaneus or morning erection to suck back the blood from the dick.

Non, go to any Salsa club and observe the mating rituals there and if you have some "third eye power" you'll have some "locked eye contact" even if you look from behind to a girl, but don't expect to be approached because they never ever do approach.

Thank you Blasto for the recipe, definitely I will try it, although I personally would use it in Autumn-Winter as an energy source

Well I think the answer is pretty obvious: one is to fight ghosts and demons, the other is to ascend to heaven something for the right brain to process:

Ok, I'll give you some bad news: There is not such a thing as a well designed routine.... the mistake is just in the name "routine". It does not mater what you do but eventually the body-mind-soul will reach a plateau and no evolution would be possible with that "routine". In fitness there is a priciple called "muscle confusion". You'll have constant gain and constant grow if you respect that priciple, because otherwise no matter what the muscle will adapt and will stay on that level. Same principle in body building is in qigong as well as or spiritual grow. You need constantly to change "routines" and to challenge yourself. I do that and I observed that after approximately 3 months (one season) I reach the plateau and I feel the need to change "something". Usually in the winter I do warming-up exercises, but now in February when the energy of Wood will appear the Yang will begin to grow so I will adapt and change and will do some "grounding" exercises. You should do what you feel the need to do but also you should observe how your need will change. Maybe in summer you'll feel the need for "cooling" and in autumn for more stretching... I dunno, just try something and after a while change something and so on....keep going!

Still don't get it. Is it good soy for male adults or not? I understand for babies of either sex is dangerous, I understand for women with some particular hormonal issues is dangerous.... I understand that too much of a good thing is a bad thing... but still, is it good or not?

Therapeutic dosages of Nitric Oxide precursors
Andrei replied to Encephalon's topic in General Discussion
I am an A type and that is why I couldn't build muscles too much. Also I have herpes and whenever I supplemented with arginine I had an outburst, then I found out that the cold sores are triggered by NO, so I suggest for whatever reason someone would like to have a NO treatment should take care of these factors too. Anyhow instead of suplementing with pills one should have a balanced diet like this: http://www.herpes.com/Nutrition.shtml The most concentration of Arginine are in nuts and seeds. Citrulline obviously is in watermellons. -
I just saw a movie (Leap Year), the key of the movie being: "what would you take with you if there is a fire alarm and only 30 seconds of available time?" I realised nothing except my own body and mind. And if you see a movie like "2012" you realise that no objects you can carry with you will help. So the only thing I have is my knowledge.

toxicity is given by the dosage, even water can be toxic if is too much

No you just boil the wine with the above ingredients and let the level drop at least 1 cm. First the alcohol will evaporates because has a lower boiling point than water, then the water. You can let boil until the level drops at half the initial level, it will be a very thick wine. If you add some sugar or honey (just a teaspoon) will taste great as well. Should use RED wine.
-
Actually you can boil the red wine and all the alcohol will evaporates, while the resveratol still remains in the wine. The best medicine against flu and colds, if you add a whole lemon, cinnamon and cloves.

PHYSICAL MANIFESTATIONS OF CHAKRAS OR DANTIENS?
Andrei replied to enouch's topic in General Discussion
I am just making a speculation but I must point out that the only thing that is visible on X-rays is the Calcium from bones or the metals like Iron or others heavy metals, so what appears on X-rays may be particles of Ca or even Fe (that the body have plenty from the food in the blood etc.) concentrated in the abdominal area - intestines... just a thought I heard similar stories that for a genuine Qigong master the Dantien is felt inside the belly as a very hard ball like a stone or like a metal, the outside is soft is not visible, only can be felt by palpation. Maybe is just a myth but I give some credit to that... -
Bill Ryan from Project Camelot (which by the way is a scientologist) confessed it was abducted in this interview:
-
I am sorry, I read a lot of Qigong books and I can't remember which one if I ever read this in a book, to me is just so obvious because I practiced Qigong and Bagua and Taichi and that is the traditional way they explain...

King Kabalabhati, I am really happy for you, enjoy the miracle while it lasts
