Science is discovering that different parts of our brains are engaged when we converse audibly with others, when we talk to ourselves silently, and when we talk to ourselves out loud. All three types of conversation use different areas of the brain. Now a days most of my conversations are between me, myself and I. I find them very entertaining!

I use to operate a huge greenhouse growing organic vegetables. My favorite time was early morning an hour before and an hour after sunrise. The air was so pure Not an explanation just an observation. -

I had an associate helping out at the farm when she wasn't following Phish . She was a Canadian citizen and hoped to return there and grow cannabis which was (is?) legal if the requirements were met. She got a parking ticket (Phish was playing locally) and went to pay it at the police station. Sitting in her car she flagged down a pedestrian to ask were to park pay etc. He turned out to be a police and noticed the roaches in her ashtray. She got arrested and lost her chance to get licensed to grow mary jane up north.

Isn't revenge a dish best served cold if one were to employ it : I propose that delayed response versus immediate reaction, would be premeditated. Or in cold blood as it were. Where as an immediate reaction would be in the heat of passion. Not really addressing the ethics though. Old testament eye for an eye. Or New testament turn the other cheek. How old were and are the parties involved? What does the victim desire?

Natural means without intent. Relaxed breathing is different than when one breathes with anger or fear filled breathing. All of above can be natural. In my experience forcing focus on breathing is not normal. Awareness without focus is the goal ? With COPD I am sort of the canary in the mine. I am very aware of air quality, and act accordingly, naturally without thought (mostly).

I would suggest death is the end of crying. Some we are aware of. Much we are not. Some with great and lasting significance, others not so much.

Not having experience ingesting either, my cursory look into research about their respective effects it would seem to confirm that the S. spendens is pretty benign. On the other hand with just a few molecules difference the S. divinorum is quite a spider of another color As a farmer spiders and snakes are natural allies, but I do my best to give them both wide berth. And certainly would not want anything to do with a shape-shifted tarantula. In my youth I might of considered such an encounter a fun challenge not so much now. I suppose I have gotten a bit of wisdom with age. Not enough but some...
