I'll answer anything I can. Send me a PM or post here if you'd prefer.

Read Beelzebub's Tales and follow the reading guide beginning of the book. If you approach any Work group, one of the first things they will ask is if you have read the book. After that, In Search of the Miraculous by Ouspensky. Most of the G. Foundation groups have new students read through that book in a group setting.
-
Do a search for The Fourth Way. www.bythewaybooks.com has most of his works and those of his students.

Richard Morgan's books have some interesting concepts in them. Altered Carbon was the first one I read and it was a good story. His books tend to be a bit gritty but the concept of Self is explored quite a bit.

I think the greatest aspect of step 1 is the construction of the psychic mirrors. This practice alone can take months and is something I go back to and revise on a regular basis. The results have been and continue to be profound for me.

Interesting post. I can't argue that at times conflict may bring forth benefit and its hard to see the full play of any interaction. In my opinion though, it can be very hard to be sure your not just creating conflict to make sure your opinion gets across (an ego driven conflict) vs. stirring up conflict for the benefit of another being.

Shouldn't have bothered posting quite honestly. Debating about thogal is pointless. Talk to your root lama or to the teacher who gave you the transmission for the Yeshe Lama text. They will help you determine if it will be of use to you. Best wishes on your path.
-
Don't waste your money if you haven't had the transmission. I'm guessing you haven't or the $85 wouldn't be an issue.

goldisheavy, You definitely seem to think you are an authority, at least enough to challenge Santi. Yet you have provided no details about yourself or your background to backup your "authority". Anyone can spout rehashed pieces from spiritual literature, but can you back it up with practice? So, how old are you? What have you studied and who have you studied with? What is your current practice? I'm sure with your extensive background, much greater than most of ours, you should be able to provide some depth to backup your statements. -
Evil Tao that promote greeds -The registers

Evil Tao that promotes greed... I think this is the most appropriate post MTS has made about his actions .... -
Mak Tin Si Is there a FU that we can use to force you to display some courtesy and combine your threads into one? Please, would you create a single thread and post new FU ads into it so those of us who would like to see the other threads can pass it by?
-
I can't resist. Has anyone thought of FU-bar?
-
I would suggest we just drop this thread folks. MTS is going to continue to do what he does, like it or not. In my experience its rude behavior, but hey its just my opinion. You may share it or not. Bottom line is that there are some folks getting waaaay to wound up about this. Lets help our fellow bums out by not increasing the kleshas. MTS never responded to this thread, so lets take his example and just ignore it. MTS, good luck peddling your wares.
-
MTS shows no courtesy to the other users by controlling his posts peddling his wares. He claims he is not selling anything, but many of his posts let the reader now how to use the FU once it arrives or that the FU is available at his shop or temple. This is internet marketing, plain and simple. If you google taoist fu, his TB posts show on the front page. MTS is a good marketer and I hope that many folks buy his products.

I thought you weren't here to sell anything? -
Happy holidays everyone. May your lives be filled with great blessings and may your presence bring benefit to all.

Check out Alibris for the books. I just saw Emerald Covenant for about $1.99 US. As far as I know Winn hasn't released his book on Atlantean yogas. I'd really like to read it as the whole subject has drawn me for a long while.
-
The being he talks about receiving the initiation from is Yokar. There is a book which came out a while ago called the Emerald Covenant that talks about this. Claude Saks in his book Inescapable Journey talks about it also. The initiations apparently downloaded future selves into their present incarnation which brought a lot of karmas to process, etc. The practices were also very yang from what I gathered from the books and following the atlantean work from a distance.

I agree with your statement, but.... A fighter tends to react within the bounds of their training. If you are used to fighting within a set of rules, during a real battle lethal or "dirty" strikes are not instinctive. A sport fighter will usually have to think about using such a technique, which can get you hurt in a self defense situation.

KAP Kundalini Awakening Process Dr. Glenn Morris

I'm not too sure that you could easily over alkalize via deep breathing. I did experience alkalosis while doing tantra in a hot tub in the mountains in Taos. High altitude alkalosis manifests with cramping and cramping of the extremities and can be unpleasant. Holding the breath to increase acidity will take care of it. (based on my experience.) -
Have you worked any of the rmax material through a full training cycle? In other words, have your at least worked Intu-Flow to the point where the basic set is smooth and flowing? Have you run Flow-Fit to the point that you have reached competency and some flow? If not then you are judging technique based on personality packaging. Why give a flying hoot about Sonnon if his material works for you? If you feel a connection to it and after working it you find it useful, then work the system to meet your needs. Who cares about Sonnon at that point? Or throw it all out because Sonnon has flaws. Of course you could be waiting a long time to find the "perfect" system presented by the perfect teacher.

The company I work for could care less about such questions. A co-worker could easily get bent over the pic and file a complaint. Show some respect to the rest of us and don't post this stuff. The original post was a simple request and your posting of the pic was plain rude.

Go see a doctor. When it comes to things like this it seems like it would be a good idea to see a M.D. or N.D.
