Slackline good.

You're quite mistaken sean. And predictable.

It's unfortunate because it's off topic. As are your comments. I'll not respond further to this pettiness. Comments related to the topic of this thread are encouraged. Peace. xeno

How unfortunate that you feel the need to comment about me. Even more unfortunate that you've found the need to remove information about your experience. I daresay it's a bit disingenuous and quite misleading to refer to an explanation that you've given only to then say that you've taken it away. I'm happy that you're so well found. Peace. xeno

It's so great I can't tell you about it? Visions of little chinese men? And snakes? Solar flares are screwing things up for now but later it'll be OK? Maybe if just a few more sheep sign up for the next seminar the Lama will make that mean old Sun stop screwing things up! Baaaaaaa! How many shekels does good ol' Max relieve one of for the privilege of getting to participate in this "trip down the rabbit hole"? Word up...REAL Lamas don't charge. Snake oil salesman do. Save your exhortations against me or my comments, this is just a public service announcement. If it doesn't help you, fine, shut your trap and open your wallet! Love (doesn't charge a fee). xeno

Distill your jing. Here's one way: Wake up. Dress. Pack water. Leave the house. Walk. Uphill if possible. Into as natural an environment as you can reach in half a day. Sweat a lot. Jog or run as appropriate. Seek a sunny spot. Stay there a while. Meditate on the connection of your surroundings to your energy field. If it may be done without offense to others, expose your perineum to the Sun...this will benefit you greatly. Pull jing to the ming-men. If you're able to move it past this point, distillation of jing to chi has occurred and you're an accomplished SKF adept. If not, it will disperse to nourish your viscera benefiting your health greatly. In either case, your clog will be eliminated. Stand. Drink deeply of the remains of your water. Return home by the same path. Note the differences in the path. xeno

A very fair comment Taoist81. I'd like to clarify something. Within the practice that I'm familiar, traditional Taoist internal alchemy utilizing the MCO, the crown center is encountered before the third eye center. My experience corroborates this. To be clear, my third eye center was unreachable prior to traversing the crown center and traversing the crown center wasn't possible until I learned how to avoid a CCO...they occur nearly spontaneously upon reaching the crown...very tricky to make it to the third eye via the MCO indeed. Your comments illustrate an important point...tantric or kundalini or other methods may facilitate access to the third eye center BEFORE traversing the crown (as witch described in her post after my poorly defined post to which you've quite reasonably taken some objection to), IOW, via some path other than the MCO. I can see how what I wrote could be understood to be referring to ALL methods when what I meant to connote was through the specific method of the MCO. I'm grateful for your very heuristic comments. Thank you. Hopefully other Bums will offer their experience with these other methods which facilitate activation of the third eye without traversing the crown. I'd be most interested in learning how it's done. Peace. xeno rain, would you be so kind as to direct me to the location of the explanation to which you refer. Thank you. xeno

Not much time to discuss...important to point out that within SKF, third eye center is not accessible without traversing the crown center, something no-one on this Forum has made anything resembling a reasonable accounting of being able to do...leading me to believe that the lotta men who talk about activating their third eye centers are bullshitters...it's easy to image it, not so to do it. Have no idea with respect to women. Mind is open. Again, process commentary is solicited. witch, your endarkenment comment is consistent with many of those disparate pieces of information that I referred to. Sadly. Meaning that I empathize with you and with women. There is a certain and strong sacrificial process related to the compassion that true women experience. To wit: Hypatia...my all time favorite, non-living, human being. She mated her heart and her brain...experiencing (female) Enlightenment perhaps. How sad that that was seen as grounds for her extermination by the society that she lived in. Would have Loved to Talk to Her. A righteous witch. You are too. My turn for a ramble. Do good things. Peace. xeno

Call it a process then. Or whatever you want. witch, is it your assertion that vaginal orgasms are precursory to Enlightenment for women? Please understand the requirement for a distinction between Enlightenment and 'a really good time'. No offense, just thought that that was necessary to point out to any, maybe nobody, who may assist in this endeavor.

Very good. Thank you. I've been formulating a hypothesis based on assimilation/integration of disparate information collected over the years on the nature and pathway of spiritual evolution for women. For this purpose, I'm obviously severely handicapped in not being female. 24 years of monogamy (since 17) has mostly helped in this pursuit, but has certainly provided for a small data set! mrs. x has been very informative and her comments have provided profound insights that are being echoed by these recent comments. She's asserted (paraphrasing) 'that women are heart centered and that men are brain centered'. There are definitely corroborating statements in Taoist and Buddhist texts. What this means in terms of the disparity of mechanics of Enlightenment between the sexes...i.e. the difference between the brain centered CCO that men (can) experience and the heart centered orgasms that women can experience is that which I'm very interested in sorting out. I very much understand the former, not so much the latter. Apparently Ovarian Kung Fu is not the mechanism, as is the male counterpart, SKF in the generating the brain centered CCO. So what is the mechanism of heart center orgasms? That's the real question. I'll certainly share more as this hypothesis takes more clear form. Additional commentary from women would be most gracious of you to offer and very sincerely appreciated. I realize the deeply personal nature of the question and even more so the answer. Namaste. xeno

Nirvana. That's what I'm talking about. Illumination. Enlightenment. Is there the female equivalent of the Great Straight Upward Path? If so, how is it accomplished? That's the question I'm asking. Surely some female Bums seek this in Life. Please share your experience and insight.

How is female spiritual evolution obtained?
-
No, not gone witch. Merely more contemplative than expressive now. Thank you for many things. Contemplation will give way to expression. I hope you and others will share your experience then.

The extraordinary experiences that I've referred to in various places (as opposed to the singular place that I had hoped to utilize) in this Forum as CCO are consistent with all descriptions of enlightenment (or illumination) that I've read SUBSEQUENT TO THESE EXPERIENCES, most notably in the Tibetan Book of the Dead. Due to an absence of interest in how I've achieved these (which I provided immediately upon joining this Forum) and my attendant understanding that this is a matter so personal as to not be discuss-able on the internet, I'll no longer speak of it. I don't appreciate the veiled accusations of being crazy and/or grumpy that have accompanied my efforts to assist others in achieving something of incalculable value for their spirits. I consider this self enforced ignorance sadder than I can convey. But it's obviously real. And what's real is more important than what's sad. Understand however, my dear friends, CCOs are also real. As real as your death. In fact, the ancients assert that it's a view of what awaits one upon death that a CCO provides. For most this is something that they wouldn't choose to see if it were offered to them, out of fear alone or fear of the work required for that opportunity beyond the scope of effort that most can imagine setting their mind to, or fear of failure after putting in the work...I don't know, but I can't imagine any other basis for this self-imposed ignorance than fear...which is silly, because the view to which you're choosing ignorance of is that of the Tao...something we'll all see ultimately, and which is beautiful beyond description and not to be feared. Do you really want to be surprised upon your last breath? "Against his will he dieth that hath not learned to die. Learn to die and though shalt learn to live, for there shall none learn to live that hath not learned to die" - Toure of all Toures: and Teacheth a Man for to Die Imagine my dismay at not finding any persons interested in said pursuit on a Forum called The Tao Bums (!) Like I said, sad. Real sad. No replies are solicited. This is but an announcement. With a hope of promoting (re)consideration. Love (Charges the Dynamo). xeno

The roar is become a squeak. Spectrum, yes, moving the yin pole to the Crown is how the Pathway is opened.

The Great Straight Upward Path is also known as the Secret Pathway. Know that my path is founded in subjugation of Ego, primarily by means of service to others. To the Tathagata among you, if there be any, the gift of knowledge of the existence of the Secret Pathway will be recognized as the gift beyond compare. To them with the eyes to see it, the gift of how to traverse the Secret Pathway will be recognized as the gift beyond beyond compare. It has been said that one in 10,000 will ever know of the Secret Pathway and that one in 10,000 will be able to traverse it. It's also been said that for the one who traverses it, a thousand life-times of Sangsaric existence will be avoided...offered as reference for valuation of the gift to those who may view it...the Tathagata will know the value instinctively. The Tao of my path is that the greater is the service to others, the greater is the emboldening of the lion of ego. In that the gift that I've herein shared is so great, the lion is proportionally emboldened and therefore, so is the task before me to subjugate it. This giving now necessitates the engaging of this lion. I'll return when it's made a mouse. Agape. xeno

witch, Don't misrepresent me. And be not confused. I was simply trying to re-veer the veer of female internal alchemy out of what is a male internal alchemy thread somewhere more appropriate. I guess this thread qualifies. Although, I really think a separate thread is more in order but in this matter it's clear that what I think doesn't matter, indeed it appears that my announcing my opinion in this type of matter may insure that the opposite outcome of that which I opined should occur will. In any case, I think what remains to explained is the HOW of female internal alchemy. To my knowledge you've not described that nor have any other female Bums. This is the basis for my thinking that a separate thread is in order. Allow me to offer some some starting questions...what is female jing? Where does it go in OKF? Is OKF female internal alchemy? Do women utilize the vagus nerve directly from the pelvic center? How is charge polarity established between the pelvic center and higher centers if not via the spinal nervous system? That aught to get you started. Whether here or there, in a box, or with a fox. Whether in a house, or with a mouse. Here or there, I'll read your posts on the HOW of female internal alchemy anywhere. Your friend, xeno
-
The how is in this thread Cameron. Indeed, all of this discussion should be there too. Out of courtesy to you I'll not respond to your concerns about the manner of my posts, sean's sensitivities nor your accusations of bragging against me. Be thou wrought of Love when the winds of truth blow. And that my friend is a bit of Love from me to you. xeno

You know that I Love you Marenna. So I tell you truly, I don't believe you've experienced a CCO. Please feel free to contact me by PM to discuss. Even better would be a female internal alchemy thread in which I'd comment freely in that as well. But I won't in this thread. As has become clear, what I've described...and hope to get to further elucidating on once the clammering of the agitated dies down...is a male thing. Therefore: An honest thread discussing your experience and others of our female membership would be most instructive and...dare I say it...enlightening! You've got the female equivalent of balls...so I'm hoping you'll take the challenge and choose to inspire, as I know you can, an insightful discussion of the female equivalent of the topic of this thread. I believe you said it best..."it's different for girls". Please share with us, the ignorati, how it's different. I promise to have many pointed but polite questions. But not in this thread. Agape, xeno

Yes, a long time ago. It had to do with the Yar-gyi-sang-thal-chen-po. The Great Straight Upward Path. It being one of the doctrines of Northern Buddhism which states that emancipation from the Sangsara may be won instantaneously, without entering upon the Bardo plane (i.e. without having to die) and without further suffering on the age-long pathway of normal spiritual evolution which traverses the various worlds of Sangsaric existence (which awaits the many who die who in ignorance of the self tutelaries of one's own mind). This doctrine permeates the Bardo Thodol, the Tibetan Book of the Dead. The first step on the Great Straight Upward Path is Faith. Then comes Illumination and with it Certainty; and, with that the Goal is won, Emancipation. All of these may be accomplished in Life by means of the Great Straight Upward Path. Now quoting from the Tibetan Book of the Dead regarding the Great Straight Upward Path: "It is the aim of the Tathagata to connect the the vital-force, having been centered in the Seventh Psychic Center or Thousand Petaled Lotus, by exercise of the awakened Serpent-Power, through the Center, as through a wireless receiving station, thereby receiving the spiritual gift waves of the Supreme Guru. This is the divine grace received into the human organism and made to glow, as electricity is made to glow when conducted to the vacuum of an electric bulb; and the true initiation is thereby conferred and the Buddha Illuminated." The centering of the vital-force in the Seventh Psychic Center or Thousand Petaled Lotus describes the act and the object of SKF...movement of chi to the crown center. The "spiritual gift waves" and "divine grace" refer to activation of the Thousand Petaled Lotus, AKA Crown Center Orgasm. It's up to you to decide.

Too bad for the Forum (and themselves) that some female Bums choose to not expend their energies in more positive and productive ways. I've offered one avenue that they could illuminate to our benefit. Apparently they choose not to. Alas. Within the confines of this thread, I'm now going to ignore these harpies.
-
No, none and yes, respectively.

Maybe she was truthful and right and you were foolish and ignorant. If you think I'm representing myself as "the shining example of me is right in front of you all along but you're not taking advantage of it", you're very much mistaken. If you read my first post on the TTB you'll see that I came here looking for others who'd experienced these extraordinary experiences for the stated purpose of comparing notes in order to help others experience them as well. Sadly (for TTB), no one has presented their self in a credible manner. Does this situation make sharing my experience with my fellow Bums more or less important and difficult. More in both cases. You makes your choices and you lives with 'em. Yes, apparently it is. As such, I suggest that you and other female Bums refrain from posting further negativity in this thread, on a subject which you can know nothing about. Why not spend your energies in the far more productive manner of posting a thread that elucidates on this?: Something us male Bums can know nothing about. Please give the gift of sharing your experience. As have I.
-
Yes. With respect to the former, my experience here is not sad at all. Indeed, I visit TTB because I enjoy doing so. I'm no masochist. With respect to the latter, the states of ignorance with respect to the view of the condition of the ego-unencumbered spirit that CCO allows that I understand my fellow Bums to be living saddened me out of a sense of empathy for the great loss of insight in their Lives that they're experiencing. As I've indicated, wise advice by some of our fellow Bums has relieved me of this source of sadness. And I'm very grateful. I hope my explanation has informed you otherwise. If not, so be it. In either case, you would enhance the credibility of your comments with use of correct spelling.
-
Negative. But since you've mention it, your reply warrants a clarifying comment. It's not that my "experience here has been so sad", but that I'm so sad for so many of you. Which is the origin of my offerings of my experience here on this Forum. To help. Others comments have helped me to understand that it's the giving that matters, not the acceptance of what's given.
