To the extent that you mean mind minus awareness informed by the human experience conditioned electro-fabric portion of it, you are expressing my experience exactly. Once experienced all previously held beliefs no longer exist... ...only knowing, belonging...the Tao.
-
True. Great Straight Upward Path evidences.

When body awareness disappears...bones barely are you aware...Tao only in mind popping awareness are you...experience will understand you enlightenment to be. Moments after death or at your doing before...so few seek the latter...so many fewer will experience it...leaving so many without the experiential basis to understand what it is they seek...until the former occurs...irony permeates the Tao. It happens with a Bang either way... Determination is key...deprivation helps...no wonder so few... Its the way it is and the way its supposed to be...apparently... ...how profoundly unfortunate. Peace an lotsa Love peeps, xeno

Inner smile becomes inner laughter...thanks.

Its an experience. While other experiences certainly exist which can achieve the objective of enlightenment, one in particular is a way in which it may be obtained by means of purposeful endeavor...the experience of crown center awareness. This experience is known as the great straight upward path to enlightenment in the Tibetan Book of the Dead. The effects are only as permanent as the experiencer's ability to effect the changes in the experiencer's Life that the experience of the experience indicates. Love. xeno

is it only me or the TB has lost its magic?
xenolith replied to Pietro's topic in General Discussion
Become a random chat room...used to have a focus on spiritual advancement practices...significant degradation of value to me with its loss. Pop in occasionally...find increasingly less of interest...ironic and sad that the only thread of even minimal interest found in today's three page examination of thread topics was this one...expect return interval to increase. "Life is Elsewhere" (Rimbaud and Milan Kundera)...with respect to TTB, for me, increasingly more so. Much Later. Love. xeno -
Allow me to compliment you on your astute perceptivity. Wise choice. "Life is elsewhere" (Rimbaud and Milan Kundera)...in particular, not on the internet. Check in from time to time to see who has learned this as evidenced by their absence...this post, ahem, notwithstanding...funny, the ultimate achievement of a Taoist website is one where noobs post to a void...must within look for answers entail would it...mmmm Gautama? Now do your self a favor and go culture it on your own...all the Buddhas are doing it . Lovin' y'all... May I never see your name on this site again , xeno

Perfectly articulated Spectrum. Nothing to add. Cameron, may you have the humility to recognize your failings in the personal accountability and courage departments as articulated in Spectrum's words and understand the opportunity for advancement in those areas that's contained within that recognition. And know that I Love you. S'pec Spec does too

Who is a Christian here and believes in JESUS CHRIST?
xenolith replied to Spirit Ape's topic in General Discussion
Jesus was a Bodhisattva on the basis of the content of his actions, his Loving of others...fact...whether he knew the word Bodhisattva is a rabbit hole. The particulars of the Bible are highly suspect...don't make me discuss the Council of Nicea (in fact, I won't), but the general theme of Jesus' Life is clear, he was about Love. His claim of Son of God was his way of trying to make more comprehensible to the phenomenally misguided naturalistic and idolistic believers of the near middle east of his day the surprisingly incomprehensible (not to those reading this post...but very much so to those poor misguided people that Jesus wanted to inform about the God that he understood) concept that Love is God and that we are all the components of God when we Love...supposition...but supported by the facts as best as I can discern them. But I could be wrong -
...do you really want to know? (...gonna assume yes was the answer...) ...electrochemically remove your cerebrum and what is one aware of? All that is real. The Tao. Human experience founded awareness goes bye-bye. Those that have been paying attention know how to electrochemically remove the cerebrum...

Struggling over vasectomy... need advice.
xenolith replied to Oolong Rabbit's topic in General Discussion
oolong...dude, it sounds like the feminine energy in your space is too tweaky to stand a chance at succeeding with SKF...based on my experience with a waaaay relaxed, non-procreation interested woman. I'll get back to you in PM with further thoughts, but know the yin sitch is a serious hitch in makin' this horse giddeeup. First thoughts: a cooperative agreement where she gets her fertility awareness happenin' and you get your MCO relief valve workin' aughta help things right away. Details re: both to follow in that PM. And fer pitysakes, don't get sliced...you can achieve the same objective and a whole kitankaboodle more with a little effort from both of you. cripes. -
What's it say? Please.

Fertility awareness...great comment cat. Enrolled mrs. x and I in the class as gift to our Live's together many years ago. What was learned was instrumental in mrs. x's non-period missing experiences in the years while I was learning SKF. Wasn't kidding oolong, I'll help you with SKF if you'd like. -

Don't do it. FWIW, 16 years of boingin' mrs. x without contraceptives...not a period missed. She's fertile, I'm fertile. Search semen kung. Plan on 10 years to own it. What's 3650 days of practice, commitment and great health compared to gettin' sliced open? You were plannin' on livin' those days anyway weren't you? Do it un-sliced. B'sides, the progress exams are fun I'll help if you want, but do must you...few have the balls to save their balls...
