  1. Whopper Freak Out

Mmmm, I like Animal Style at In-n-out, the beef is cooked in mustard and they add pickles too.
  2. Kunlun-style 5 element standing

Hey Cameron, thanks for that tip, I tried it tonight and will keep using it. As for the NO movement part mantra states, that may take quite some time. But for someone who's been very fidgety and restless for as long as they can remember, I'm doing alright.
  3. Kunlun-style 5 element standing

My head and neck is forward constantly from working as a computer tech, do I need to pulling it back to compensate in I-Jong?
  4. Kunlun and Standing practice

Sounds like a good idea. When I do 30 minutes of standing before Kunlun, it feels much stronger. Sometimes I'll do the 5 elements and sometimes just the basic standing posture.
  5. Nice Nootropic article

I tried piracetam. It seems like it would be good support supplement. It had a clarifying effect for me, but didn't really drive me to think and act like a more typical stimulant would.
  6. Hello Taobums

Hi, Long time lurker here. I've been a student of the occult for four years. Last year, I started applying some of the techniques and ideas from Dr. Stephen Chang's dao of sexology. I liked the simplicity and bodily connectedness of the exercises and philosophy. It was a departure from the seemingly endless mental complexity of the western arts. I met friend shortly after who was very much into Mantak Chia and retention - he also lent me the Magus of Java, a cult classic you could say! Naturally, I had questions about these differing methods, it was confusing. That's how I found Taobums. I've attended two kunlun seminars thanks to this forum, and have been making slow but steady progress. I am most interested in the healing potential of the Taoist ways at this time, as I have some challenges to overcome. Anyway, I'm glad to be on this forum and I've enjoyed the insight from reading it in the past months. Michael
