I'm talking only about Shaolin Temple arts. Hahahaha lets not be so sensitive. This isn't high school.

Sorry but everyone should watch this movie!

On the walls of the shaolin temple are Indian and Chinese monks practicing together that's the only evidence of it but we will never know. The same with Zhang San Feng.

In the early 6th century when Bodhidharma took Buddhism with him to China (Shaolin Temple), he also took and introduced to the Chinese monks an Indian martial arts called Kalaripayattu. This came to be known as Kung-Fu and later on went on to several Asian countries and took shape of several Asian fighting arts.

Sorry, but spontaneous and form don't go together. This is a short form of the mediation.

The important task is not to just reliably achieve De Qi, but to decide what to do with it each time. Whether it is due to misunderstanding or misrepresentation, tangibly and reliably manipulating Qi with ones hands or a needle seem to have taken an esoteric turn in the West. In actuality, it is a very grounded and simple process. What was once common knowledge is now being seen as high level skill. Sadly, this has greatly affected the efficacy, and thus reputation, of Chinese medicine. -Andrew N. This goes for all practices.

Before the movies of tai chi master this tv series was made first in the 80's. It starts with San Feng as a shaolin monk then goes on to be a Taoist. It's similar to the Taiji Prodigy series. http://www.tudou.com/listplay/PgLV4RyEWWI/UQEPSSp9Jpw.html
