Thank you for sharing. It sounds like you have both a friend and teacher that you trust. I am not familiar with (or trying to defend) Winn, more just questioning the concept of things like passwords that give access to something or some being. in my experience, divine beings look for an open heart, not a password to give access.

I am not trying to be critical, but I was wondering why you felt that these points made a significant difference between the two? Is it that you feel that Master Wei has the power to give some formal transmission that increases the effectiveness? Or believe that a password phrase would somehow make a difference on internal work? Or is it more that you trust the view of your friend? Thanks, Jeff

Very cool. My younger brother died on cancer when we were in our twenties. In our discussions, he promised to try to make contact after death if possible. We were lucky that he was able to pass in my parents home. At the moment of death, his dog that had avoided him for the week before came running over and jumped onto the bed. I first thought that is was the dog knowing and showing his love. But, rather than really go to my brother, he sat at the end of the bed at attention and stared at all of us. Watching us and taking it all in. This went on for about 10 minutes and then he dropped down and resumed more normal dog like activity. To me, my little brother had kept his promise... Much love

Welcome Maybe consider reading the Tao Te Ching as a starting point and see if it resonates (for you at your heart). If is similar in many ways to Buddhist Sutra, but with a slightly different spin and focus.

Hi Dawn90, Your issue is not that you are being attacked by black magic, but more that you are open and highly receptive at the 5th chakra. You are subconsciously connecting to people and the environment around you with that energy streaming in. That energy then “hits” (or resonates) with your own issues and fears, which causes the feeling of lack of energy. The black mark that you have seen at the 3rd is most likely issues around your sense of self that is resonating with those energy flows. As you clear those subconscious issues, the mark gets smaller. Kind of like your mind has created a conscious translation of this subconscious energy process. The key is trying to more energetically balance. Learn to transmit more at the 5th, so that you can release (or let pass thru) the outside energy you are taking in. It is sort of like you are a big tank that is taking in stuff (and it gets heavy and full), and the goal is to be more like a river flowing. While it may not seem this way with your experiences, you really have a fairly high level of openness. It is just a question of sort of opening up both sides of the spectrum. Best, Jeff

I guess we will just have to agree to disagree. Opening the secret door is the first step of the Tao Te Ching chapter 28. Feel the flow and you will know what I mean... Know the strength of man, But keep a woman's care! Be the stream of the universe! Being the stream of the universe, Ever true and unswerving, Become as a little child once more. Know the white, But keep the black! Be an example to the world! Being an example to the world, Ever true and unwavering, Return to the infinite. Know honor, Yet keep humility. Be the valley of the universe! Being the valley of the universe, Ever true and resourceful, Return to the state of the uncarved block. When the block is carved, it becomes useful. When the sage uses it, he becomes the ruler. Thus, "A great tailor cuts little." Know the strength of man, But keep a woman's care!

The secret door is not a place or place on the body. It is an expansion of polarity of the energy body. Noticing male and female sides. In some traditions, they think about it as separate channels, but it is not really that. More like expanding the range of the pendulum flow of polarities for the energy body. As I stated earlier, it is noticing the “two” aspect by a 10,000 thing (human, so they can move to the “three”. It is not “enlightenment” or what some like to call the realization of the “one”, and it is not the realization of the Dao.

Here is more about the door... TWENTY-SEVEN - Tao Te Ching A good walker leaves no tracks; A good speaker makes no slips; A good reckoner needs no tally. A good door needs no lock, Yet no one can open it. Good binding requires no knots, Yet no one can loosen it. Therefore the wise take care of everyone And abandon no one. They take care of all things And abandon nothing. This is called “following the light.” What is a good person? The teacher of a bad person. What is a bad person? A good person’s charge. If the teacher is not respected, And the student not cared for, Confusion will arise, however clever one is. This is the crux of mystery. No one (person) can open the door, or loosen the knot (easily). That is why wise (sage/immortal) helps others and abandons no one. Helping like that is called the “light” or following/sharing the light.

Untying knots, clearing crap (issues and fears), it is all the same. From the tantras... [We are] bound by the knots in the central, right, and left channels To the confused appearances of samsara. Freeing them is the wisdom of nirvana. Realize the polarity of the secret door, and one can better start to untie those knots.

The secret door is not Realization, it is simply a (important) step to realization.

Does the book say how such a number was calculated? Also, are you saying that you believe Glen Morris is enlightened and hence qualified to make such a statement?

For those who are interested in the polarity aspects that go with the “secret door” and what I call the “female side” (relative to a male)... When taking up the practices of the Mother Tantra, we primarily work with the feminine aspect and energy. In this case, we visualize the mandala of mostly female deities and Dakinis who are naked, and adorned by only bone ornaments. In the Mother Tantra, we focus on the practices of the perfection stage, which work with the essences, which can also be translated as "wisdom drops." However, we should not take this explanation to mean that the Mother Tantra relies only on the perfection stage. As I have already mentioned, both the Father and Mother Tantra combine the methods of generation and perfection stages. But in the case of the Mother Tantra, the perfection fection stage is taken up as the primary practice, and the generation stage as the complement. - The Union of Dzogchen and Bodhicitta The above case can also be done with an “earthly dakini” to create the purification energy dynamic that is described. As you clear away the crap, you naturally get the “wisdom drops”.

Then maybe you would prefer it in the words of Buddha from the Lotus Sutra. My “clearing away the crap” is just translated as “wiping out”... Then he broadly expounded the Law of the twelve-linked chain of causation: ignorance causes action, action causes consciousness, consciousness causes name and form, name and form cause the six sense organs, the six sense organs cause contact, contact causes sensation, sensation causes desire, desire causes attachment, attachment causes existence, existence causes birth, birth causes old age and death. Worry and grief, suffering and anguish. If ignorance is wiped out, then action will be wiped out. If action is wiped out, then consciousness will be wiped out. If consciousness is wiped out, then name and form will be wiped out. If name and form are wiped out, then the six sense organs will be wiped out., then contact will be wiped out. If contact is wiped out, then sensation will be wiped out. If sensation is wiped out, then desire is wiped out. If desire is wiped out, then birth will be wiped out. If birth is wiped out, then old age and death will be wiped out. If birth is wiped out, then old age and death, worry and grief, suffering and anguish will be wiped out.

If such things bother you so much, feel free to use the word “notice” in that context.

Transforming is not making energy. It is more clearing away the attachments(crap) that made the energy less refined in the first place. Clear away those attachments and you will find that the energy is increasingly unlimited.

If one thinks they are “making” energy, then they are definitely easily subject to delusion. In my personal opinion, any teacher or tradition that says that it is teaching you to make energy should be avoided. Things are not made, it is more like crap is cleared away, so that you can realize what was always really there underneath in the first place.

Very nice that you have found a teacher to help you on your path.

Guess it is not surprising that you would not find such things written in books and texts. But the energy dynamic is easily felt by anyone who has reached such an energy/clarity level. In particular, this is why Awaken is always saying she is randomingly feeling good or bad energy stuff from posters. Additionally, only about 4-5% of people have reached this level 5th chakra clarity to support the energy dynamic. On proving what I say is correct or not, for those with the capacity, it is easily directly demonstrated.

Releasing semen or not, will have no effect on the energy dynamic I am describing. Additionally, if someone has realized the chakra levels that I am describing (and partner flow), there are no “naughty thoughts” going through the mind while having “loving sex” as I am describing. It is more like a quiet mind with a flowing love and energy between the partners.

The topic of discussion was not Realization, but the opening of the “secret door”. The secret door is about opening the relative polarities of energy flows. As described earlier, such an opening requires the equivalent of an opening of at least the 5th chakra. With the realization of the 5th chakra, one has already begun to subconsciously connect to people and the environment around them. Such a person is already way beyond your “simply course bodies”. Additionally, the loving sex between two parties at that level, will create a natural male-female purification loop from chakras 2-5 between them. That purification loop and the relative polarities, helps to raise it to a conscious level, so that it can be more easily noticed (secret door). At a more mundane level, such partners may even experience it with things like momentarily “switching bodies” and other energetic effects. It is not really about the sex, but more about the joint, open and loving energy flow/exchange. In some other traditions, this same dynamic is attempted with deity/dakini practices.

Awakening the 5th or 6th chakra is not the secret door. Simply awakening the 5th and 6th is just the “strength of a man” part of the equation. Additionally, refraining from sex will have no effect on opening the secret door. In many ways, having truly loving sex with a partner is actually very helpful to finding the door.
