NO offense, none what so ever, but that is kind of offensive! As if free thinkers were rare or unherd of! well it's not you whom is offending, but the fact of the matter, and that people seem to actually EXPECT conformity over free thought... people encourage it, and then a few, like yourself, are like "wow, that's refreshing".... it's redundantly depriving of the soul to think that way!!! if free thinking refreshes you, why not think freely?

hyok probably lives in a more HUMAN nation than the USA, or at least a more human location thereof.... i need to find this place Seems like all the people around me are soulless robots, finding love here is like looking for a virgin prostitute. -
In alchemy, the elixer of life is brewed with unrefined sea salt and morning dew water. the means of collecting and preserving these two elements in their natural original state is essential. Distilled dew water and refined sea salt have no spirit and thus no life, therefore hold no power. To brew it, you need a 1 liter bottle and plenty of patience. i am still researching the processes of balnco mary and sand baths. i have no clue what i am learning about right now XD I wont even be able to start collecting dew till next spring anyways D: Wanted to this spring, but shit happens...

SURE you know! in fact you plainly stated it! The right thing is to respect everyone's free will! THERE CAN BE NO WRONG DONE so long as no consent is neglected, no free will is trespassed upon. For "right" and "wrong" and individual opinions! WE ALL Know the truth between right and wrong in our hearts. it is how we are able to take or forsake responsibility for our actions. Mind you, i wasnt street preaching, but frequently bringing it up amongst companions, who generally agreed. A few times i spoke of the law of free will in more public places, but i am no soap box preacher, i dont go looking to create drama or to sensationalize the reality of our lives. The only time i "preached" was at homeless feeds, and even that was on an individual basis and more private conversation than actual preaching. My methods are to conform to the ideals which i am preaching, therefore outright preaching would be contrary to the very ideals i am preaching!

I will definitely keep that in mind! So what do you recommend, refined or sea salt?
-
Absolutely! While i was on the streets last summer, i was preachin' "the homeless revolution", that we all take personal responsibility for our production and progress, rather than placing faith that someone else's responsibility will provide for us. I promote a "goldless" society that values reputation over bank account. Values what you can DO for the community over what you can BUY for the community. Values and respects your personal self over your incorporated self. Values HUMANITY over MACHINERY. Values the lessons of imperfection over the "perfection" of technology. It will take a massive group effort, but if we dont put that effort up, it will never happen. Go out in the streets, talk to the misfortune and deprived. encourage them to take a stand and retake their sovereignty by working together to help each other learn how to respect the law of free will, which protects all willing participants who put an effort to provide that protection, without depriving the willing consent of any others whom have not deprived anyone of consenting free will. If we all dont put forth the effort, we all will suffer for our laziness, as others with all the resources will continue to dominate the wills of the PEOPLE. WE the PEOPLE of this planet EARTH are all recognized in the eyes of the ultimate authority over all law(s) as individual sovereign human beings, each one of us responsible only for our own selves and actions with no authorities above us but our victims and the ultimate authority. To create a victim, one must simply disregard another's free will of choice and consent, whereupon trespassing against their consent creates a victim of them and a criminal of you. Upon trespassing against the free will of another, you physically speak into effect that your will need not be respected, and anyone can kill you without committing a crime, for you have given up your rights to free will upon depriving any other of that very same right, without which, our will to live or to prosper becomes Null and void, completely invalid. While only a vast minority adhere to and uphold this law, it is not a law which is recognized in any nationality or court of [human] law, therefore proving that such are all treasonous to life itself and can be legally removed if only the PEOPLE come together and DO it.

Oh, no, not at all, i dont mean to cut you down, im in the same fucking boat! I've never bothered socializing because i know that socialists arent human. it's sad and lonely to be the only human being left in the world. But all the HUMAN persons i meet are online in forums like this one. YOU, VAJ, MARBLEHEAD. we here are REAL HUMAN BEINGS. more often than not, we must sacrifice our humanity to get the things and relationships we want, but alas, i am not willing to give up my humanity to gain something that wont fill the void of what i had given up. SO i keep looking for HUMAN girls who might lvie in Oregon. They dont exist downtown, they dont exist in shelters, i dont know where to look anymore. I am definitely not the one to give advice, but i did want to clarify whatyou meant by your situation. Anything you learn, pass word alongto me! I need the help too bro! LOL -
LOL i dont even have enough bones in my body to count all the unruly children that parents should have cooked up for dinner! XD Christian morals have poisoned the environment through human arrogance, ignorance, and interactions thereof by treating the quantity of life as more sacred than the quality thereof. No one considers childbirth, raising, or education a responsibility anymore, but the end game goal of their life is to get laid every day. Everyone just wants to get laid, to hell with the consequences. That automatically deprives responsible individuals of respect and dignity, as well as limits or deprives their ability to establish a working family. ...a and what reason do i have NOT to murder, kill, and destroy these wretched creatures? Just angst, but be that as it may, SOMEONE must take responsibility sooner or later! That someone will have to be the "bad guy" if this gets any further out of hand.
-
eeeh, i didnt think millions of miles separated the east and west coast XD I tend to think and take things quite literally.

What is your favorite Qigong System and Why?

ONLY the greatest fool can grow up to become the wisest elder... it is a matter of surviving and reflecting upon one's own foolhardiness. If you cannot reflect, only then are you a true fool. -
Anyone who cant already tell that all economics re just one huge pyramid scam REALLY need to step outside and hang out with the bums!

It's majority rule. if the majority is willing to let people police their sovereignty (inherently giving up such) then there will be police who believe they have authority to police even sovereigns. For the majority is on their side, an egoistic confidence bolster. like i said, you can choose to submit, or you can choose to resist. Resistance is not futile if you maintain your bodily capabilities and preserve that sovereignty with your very life. No rules are currently adhered to by any majorities that say that we must respect the free will of others yet. and until then, sovereigns will never be respected. Absolutely. No one has the right to enforce rule or law over anyone but themselves without breakingthe law of free will, which no majority currently adheres to yet. I will continueto promote and educate in the ways of free will. Just because we HAVE free will does not entitle us to being RESPECTED. EVERYONE has free will, but not everyone is going to respect that inherent common ground. We are, as you said, conditioned by our childhoods. it is only those of us who are taught to respect free will who learn to respect free will. However, we are children until we die, it is only when we allow our minds to beleive we are not that we lose the ability to learn. Remember that you are a child before god and look for guidance in learning to teach the law of free will so that one day, our descendants can look back on history and thank their ancestors for building a utopia for them. I'S NOT. Your sovereignty is entirely yours to command with no authority above you but the way of the universe. physics are THE law. So it still comes down to two choices. fight or flight. fight for what's right, or flee from your morals. Fight back, stand your ground, PHYSICALLY STATE that you ARE SOVEREIGN. Or Dont fight, jsut let them do what they want, sicne we're all going to inevitably die anyways, it doesnt matter, right? It's up to you how you conduct yourself. as such is the nature of free will. Just dont expect anyone to repect that till you teach them and give a good and proper example. But knowing that y/our free will is conditioned by your childhood, you can then reflect on your childhood and gain new insights that you could not have had as a child, thus altering your free will. Reflection is a beautiful element. intangible and nonexistent except in the mind.

When you put it like that, we are all born free and liberated, and only then learn to bind ourselves to our perceptions and ego. A silly pattern of sorts, to be born at the end goal, only to grow up to begin searching for that goal! Beautiful work of art; the way of the world.

See, that's why i like you. You've got that eloquence going on that i might never accomplish in this lifetime assuming it's not my next-to last. if it is, then i've got a lot left to do lol eh plenty of time. just no definitive path. It'll be a real challenge, but not impossible i think. BESIDES: I dont think "The Dharma Bums" is nearly as catchy anyhow!

I think this is the only one that needs to be quoted. Misinterpreted the meanings of those emoticons, they appeared more condescending than anything els ein the context of your words. Took 'em the wrong way, there was no "excuuuuuuuse me" moment like i thought Well overall i have to say, buddhism is like the yin to the taoism yang they are both so very much alike and for much the same purpose, but take two slightly conflicting routes. One of subservience to the teachings and one of subservience to diversified learning. Buddhism promotes a "way" while taoism promotes "the way" is all there is, and the choice of weather or not to follow it's example or flee from it. We are both rehashing each other and saying the same things, from opposite perspectives. While the coin is in the air, you see heads and i see tails, even though we see the same coin, we're arguing over it needlessly! I think this is much like Buddha's comparison of blind men and an elephant... Truly, i think i should have quit 4 posts ago but i do so love a good debate, especially when my partner isnt being rude, callouse, and insulting! Im not used to responsible and rational debated It's quite refreshing, thank you! NOW... Can you tell me what exactly we've been arguing about?

Wow... i need to get a good sized hunk of that stuff and commission a 1 liter quartz flask! I could practice some serious alchemy if i had a crystal flask... Glass can only handle so much before the contents become too unstable for the bottle to contain. What do you call chemistry that preserves every reaction without letting any significant energy or matter escape?

*sigh* Do we really have to point you toward Zen? Understanding the nature of "no-inherent-self" leads to the understanding that self is omnipresent in and of all things. Your absolutistic perspective is holding you back from interdependence. you are on the outside looking in, "trying to get out"! I think you misunderstand... i do not hold will to the cosmos, my will is a gift from the cosmos, which the cosmos can control if i allow it, however i cannot progress unless i allow it. The secret to complete ownership and possession of the self and the will is to give them up to their origination. Glaring at me and then smug. you're really trying my patience. i apologized, what more do you want? But do you know and understand WHY we offer will and merit to others?!? There is no purpose in breaking down all that has been constructed except to see what makes it work. Buddha's final conclusion is that "nothing" makes it work. Like you said, no absolutes. Giving up everything and gaining nothing, but passing it off as "liberation". It is a challenge not all are even willing to embark upon, returning to the nothingness, but an inevitable process in the cycle of the way. We all do it, just not always the way Buddha said to. Reiteration? im pretty sure that's all i said, simply without name dropping. I am certain buddhism is very helpful to a vast majority of people seeking liberation, but i must digress it is not the only way nor is it truly superior in any manner outside of personal uniqueness and opinion. Regardless of what path works for you, there is no one true path except YOUR OWN one true path which is as unique to you as your DNA.

Rather a blatant and stark reality. i cannot NOT see infinity. and i am not speaking merely of quantums, but of ALL. Reality is limited by our perceptions to quantities and sensations, but there is so much more to it than our bodies are equipped to communicate to our minds. learning to see psst our limitations and what the purpose of our limitations is part of the Buddha's scrutiny, but it is not to be put into faith, but into practice... In my own scrutiny of life, i find it arbitrarily arrogant to suggest there is not an unlimited and infinite expression of the way, even if not immediately "accessible" to us directly, we are still a part of the collective. The dis-personalization which Buddha promoted is essential for spiritual understanding, but will inevitably lead into unnecessary deprivation which you are promoting as liberation. liberation, sure, of the self. there is nothing wrong with that, but it is not productive or beneficial to the spirit with NO self at all. there is a significant and troublesome difference between reducing the the ego self, and abandoning the entire self as a whole. From the perspective of the self, all experiences are uncharted. it takes until sufficient experiences have been endured before this truth can be accurately realized. It's one thing to SAY it, but another thing entirely to WALK it. Gee, thanks. i think? uh huh..............? the sound of my being is much like the light of my being, a clear reflection (or echo) of my surroundings. Smug as a bug in a rug aintcha? i cannot deny that which you claim here of yourself, however your judgment of me is no means your authority or understanding. You merely adhere to an indoctrinated way of perception, and have chosen to follow it. I am certain you have tested the teachings first hand and are not speaking outside of direct experience, regardless from what incarnation, however it amazes me how full you are of your own words to speak down upon me/us. that is much more telling of your "place" in life than your Buddhist class and title. I've lived so many lives it would be nothing short of redundant to reflect on any one of them, and merely distracting from the path i must follow. There is no omniversal singular goal in hand, not all incarnations and representations of the way exist for the same purpose, there is no beginning and there will be no end. Only the continual and perpetual cycle of cycling cycles. As such is the way.

Why is jing so important in chi cultivation?
Vanir Thunder Dojo Tan replied to enouch's topic in General Discussion
food for thought; in training to endure: Inconsistent training, intentionally throwing yourself off balance and out of stride.... for the purpose of endurance. By consistently maintaining inconsistency in your practices, you get "thrown off", unbalanced, and this makes practice more difficult. By making practice more difficult than necessary by maintaining inconsistent training, it becomes that much easier to maintain consistently in active practice. It's all about exercising your mind, body, energy, and spirit. -
granted. but since everything started over again, we have to evolve into humans again before you get this message. I wish i knew what to wish for.

Granted, but nobody loves YOU, and nobody believes in you. I feel bad now, i wish i didnt corrupt your wish!
