*sigh* it's so simple and yet you seem to refuse to even consider thinking about it for even a moment, as if it would taint and corrupt and defile your humanity, to put your mind in the body of a cow... Why? it actually hurts me to read this stuff, but im not saying you're wrong, i just cannot comprehend.

it is a means of conveying thoughts and ideas which transcends simple words, sentences, pictures, and definitions. "internet memes" are most popular, but an indicator of the evolution of communication and the truth behind the (radio) tower of Babel. Internet memes are such things as demotivational posters, kittens doing cute stuff, and exemplifying stupidity as [being] self evident. Just about everything about my little pony is rehashed and recycled memes from every popular culture, game, song, show, and movie. and i dont even watch it, i just gathered that from the freaking MLP thread from the pit! I am becoming aware of "meme centers" in the brain which is responsible for such things as psychic communication without time or distance as obstacles, manifestations via intent or "over thinking" (such as Ganying), and Dejavous. (sp? wtf, i thought i knew how to spell it LOL damn French!)

All i ask is that you consider the person you are eating to actually have had personhood before they were killed so you could consume their flesh. Im sure they would appreciate your consideration more than i would. Have you ever felt an emotion? That's something genuinely shared by animals, but they are SO ALIEN to humans that their expressions are by and large ignored by "intellectuals" who think they "know" better than to believe in such childish fantasies as universal personhood and spirituality... ALL i ask is that you consider the person you are about to eat was once a living, breathing, aware person. not HUMAN person, but personhood is not reserved for humans alone. no one has any such authority of truth as to make any such claims pertaining to who "isnt" a person... But i ask... if i were to corral, pasturize, and slaughter your offspring... how would you feel? THAT is where empathy can surface. apply that emotional attachment you have to your own loved ones to the people who die so you can eat their bodies. That is how we can know if you are heartless or not. are you willing to empathize with your meal?

haha... god... i really dont know how i figured it out eventually, but i did.... im sure it has a lot to do with meditation and personal practices such as, but not limited to qi gong, taijiquan, bagua, and yoga, and the sort. but i believe the clincher is meditation, reflection, and pondering the nature of... well everything/anything, but in this specific case, spirits and self. I realized, about 3 years ago, that there were many entities feeding off me and began trying to secure my energies and take control. Suffice to say, i've not succeeded. HOWEVER, i have put forth enough intent, i believe, to ensure only benign and beneficial spirits will interact with me unawares, however i have come to know when negative entities are leeching off me and renew my cultivation practices until either they got what they wanted, or i am able to "shrug them off" so to speak. Part of this has come about in realizing my true nature as not being masculine or male energies, but being feminine and healing energies... it actually breaks my heart now to even consider to turn away spirits... angry OR joyful... Heal their anger, multiply their love. It's taxing, and i'll have some days where i cant even get out of bed, but there are always others that "come back to me" for helping entities (angry or loving), weather knowingly or not. The fact of the matter is that it is ONE-dimensional shared "occupancy"... so we're all leeching off of others even if we arent aware of it. Spirits, insects, planets, galaxies, doesnt matter. We're all expressions of each other, and we are all interacting with each other, weather taking energy or giving it, weather it's a galaxy 42 billion lightyears away, or the moniter in front of your face: We are all observing, exchanging, taking, giving, and "emptying" energies in and of and to and from and around each other. I cannot say that i have identified anything/one though... but i suspect my grandmother is unwilling to depart and has come and gone many, many, many times... but im not convinced yet.

buffalo and cow dont compare. well, i suppose you can give free range beef a shot at comparison, but buffalo cannot be legally herded or farmed/bred for the slaughter. Buffalo is strictly a free range wild animal. If cows were too, im sure their meat would be 5,000% better than it is now, but i still think buffalo is 10,000% better than current market beef

Spirits cannot drain of you what you have secured of yourself or have not lent to them. though if your energies are not secured, they can act like parasites... i have a shotload of spiritual parasites, but they typically just come and go.

Actually, think of it as i do: WE didnt kill the animal, but allowing its meat to go to waste is just as bad of us, as it is of the slaughterhouses that breed animals for their meat. Honor that animals unconsensual slaughter by blessing its meat and asking forgiveness that you will participate in its consumption, as well as expressing your gratitude to the spirit of the person's body you are about to consume.

the 5 element flow of wholeness might be: Jing, Chi, Shen, Emptiness, Tao... And i am making sense of this nonsense, so there must be SOME sense... Tao is as though Earth. Housing the elements and their interactions to create Jing, which is as though Earth, body, and manipulates metals. Transforming Jing into Chi is like building a dam... Chi into shen is like watering your garden with your dammed up reservoirs. Shen into emptyness is like burning fields. Emptiness into Tao is like the fires in the core of our Earth, shaping our bodies... Our Jing... Or maybe i am just creating my own patterns n_~
