eeeehhh.... i'd say it's mostly trying to maintain high water intake (and higher coffee intake ) and minimize "eating" when it comes to not having a choice but to buy affordable over healthy. Keeping up with breath coordination helps minimize hunger as well.

im still not convinced of death, life, birth, killing, etc... ESPECIALLY if reality is a singular dimensional point!
