Go swimming! I grew up with a lot of swimming.... my head, literally, under the water, quite often, i learned to curb anxiety by 'sitting' at the bottom of a pool or river. for as long as i could.

... essentially... I am thinking in terms of a reality; not videogame. However, it is expressly for the sake of exactly the opposite. i just hope to take first claim and "do it correctly" as it were, preserve truth and enlightenment in a sense... "make it right".
