why do we always shove political and ideological workings into boxes they dont fit? I think you're both going off the wrong direction of your own paths in this discussion. Generalizations should be the warning sign for y'all, but in case you missed them: MH: "... desire of the communists" and WWROA: "communist means [atheist]" and even if it was quoted from a source: "a marxist must be [a materialist]" These three statements invalidate your arguments. I believe communism roots back to "community" so let's try to keep it there instead of spreading its reach out into the extra-political-sphere of rediculousness. Let each COMMUNITY define its interdependency instead of creating a false-umbrella-name "communism" and applying it to everyone who even "looks like they might smell like a communist". edit in: also, suggesting that you must apparently be a marxist thinking individual if you are talking about communism Communism works harder and more effectively at dispearsing and sharing equality amongst its practicioners than any other system. we only choose to fault its success by focusing on its sour history and malformities of other-political agendists, such as, but not limited to: democracy, socailism, representation, and despotism. It is not so much that the "now" does not exist, but our perception thereof is not in synch with the moment of now until after it has already passed. we are no less exposed to "the now", we only lag a little, that's all! Edit: Experiencing "the now "in the now"" would be akin to "reading a program "within the program"... Do you REALLY want to sit there and filter through hundreds of billions of ones and zeros until their equation paints the picture of the so precious "now" you seek? BY the time you finally DO "get" the "now-picture" it will have had passed long ago in fluid-time. Damn lag-kills! or Damn, lag kills! -

I think that is all of our pursuits: to prepare a world worthy of our descendants to inherit... This is why I am appalled by trespasses of free will, and I can see it is a similar outrage to you when LGBT rights are infringed. You and I think the same on the issue of free will; if nothing else, in relation to gay rights. However, I have felt that this forum was not either/or but neutral ground for both sides... I wouldn't want that to change any more than I would encourage gay bashing. -
