Why does someone need a high purine diet? I have not heard of that. Thank you "That's not always true-the body requirements of some people need the high purine content in protein which is readily found in animals' tissues BUT you can also find high purine content in bee pollen and chlorella (an algae like spirulina)."

That sounds like quite not much (as in quite little), is it enough for you? And i would use fresh tomatoes and dried apples (and other dried fruits) (or depending on the season

Have you heard about the atlas bone too? http://www.consciousmedianetwork.com/members/mhane.htm There is something i can not put to words yet, but it's something like "not trying" but "doing to be it" (without thinking about it and also to enjoy everything about and around it)

i like the ones that you can hook to a computer and biofeedback train yourself with a game. one example is this one: http://www.wilddivine.com/ not so expensive, but not too cheap either. reasonable prices sometimes at ebay imo. the shop price is a bit too high imho ..... at least for many. oh, and here are other ones http://www.google.nl/search?hl=nl&q=bi...mp;aq=f&oq= p.s. would be nice if there are a lot of games for this, and many kinds, maybe one for games consoles as well. and also a special branch of software developers just for this kind of thing. p.s.s. another thing that may also be nice is the mousepointer that you can controle with your mind and typing the keyboard with your mind. http://www.mindmodulations.com/mindmods/bi...dback/index.php

Hm, i had to think for a little bit, but now it came to me. I believe Irish moss has B12 and also fermented things such as miso and natto and tempe and yoghurt and so on. -

yes, quinoa is a grain that has all the essential amino acids in it, not like some other grains. and also, the acerola cherry is a true vitamin C bomb, if you eat just 1 acerola cherry a day you will probably never have any less that the full RDA (although the RDA is probably on the very low side!). only 1 though, that's tiny ..... i think seaweed has great amounts of B12 if i am not mistaken -
What is a good breakfast for a TaoBum?
froggie replied to DalTheJigsaw123's topic in General Discussion
Many things, but i'll share one nice recipe that i realy like A sort of gazpacho (cold pureed soup of raw vegetables with various additions) a handful of sprouts (alfalfa for example) a few slices of cucumber a few slices of tomato some fresh spinach, watercress of lettuce 1/2 cup of toasted oatmeal 2 to 4 tablespoons of hempseed protein powder a teaspoon of barleygrass powder a little bit of gomasio or pumpkinseeds a teaspoon of unrefined salt a tablespoon of red wine vinegar a teaspoon of ricebran oil, and olive oil each 3 to 4 cups of water blend in a blender and eat as a soup -
Green tea edges out coffee as an energy-boosting beverage for several reasons. A cup (8 ounces) of green tea contains 20 to 30 mg of caffeine--enough to pep you up, but not enough to cause jitters. (Coffee contains more than five times as much caffeine. For information about java's side effects, see "When Coffee Is a Bad Choice.") Theophyllin, a stimulant in green tea, increases blood circulation and dilates bronchial passages, which improves the flow of oxygen in your body. Green tea also provides 40 mg per cup of the amino acid L-theanine, which can keep you focused yet calm. That's one important reason why monks sip green tea before meditating, according to psychiatry professor Cass. Bonus: Green tea is loaded with disease-fighting, anti-aging antioxidants. Steep one tea bag in 8 ounces of boiling-hot water for four to six minutes. Some people may feel a lift after just one cup of green tea, while others need more; four cups is a good daily limit.

Uh, (though), if they are building one for a few "elite", why not campaign for anyone who really wants to to have one?

As per my following question, i am making it a seperate topic here. (original thread here) Question: How does one fill this tank that we are talking about? So the question is, in what ways does one fill the tank before hitting the gas pedal? I would also like to propose the additional question: In what ways can one cultivate yin / In what ways can yin be cultivated

I just want to contribute that hemp seeds are a wonderful food, for use in cooking, various snacks, hempseed milk (a super alternative to soy milk), hemp protein powder, hempseed oil, and so on. -
I'm doing a little bit of educationing of myself in regards to physical energy. So far some of my findings have been about San jiao acupuncture and in particular something called the Triple Energizer. And also about CoEnzyme Q10 and L-carnitine, of which Erika Schwartz has written a book http://www.amazon.com/Natural-Energy-Tired...s/dp/0425171582 I thought this could be a nice topic.

I get: "This video is not available in your country or domain". What? I didn't know youtube exersized some kind of politics or favoritism or other strange things? i don't think my country's government blocked it. Already found another source for it though, but it's not very nice. I did see a video where someone charged himself with electricity from the mains outlet, but supposedly he started of really slow and low and worked up the Voltage so that he could start to handle it.

"Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" by Weston Price, now free online

dentistry is in many ways actually horrible. mercury fillings? i mean come on. and the foods we eat? come on. and the toothpaste is just too chemical. nature has things for us, but so many people do not know it yet. anyone know Miswak (toothbrush tree, Salvadora persica) and toothpaste made from miswak and calcium carbonate and water. jeez, now THAT's Toothpaste. -
It could be harmonized. But then the ''baddies'' would have to get less and less attention at least

I feel the same way about knowledge and skills And also about living in peace, everyone on this land and water and living things place. The way i can see it work is if systems of class and so on are eliminated and if sustainable things for healthy living are invented (like the solarpower, like the drinkable water from the air, like not cramming people into too small buildings, etcetera) and maybe a few more details. indeed that everyone has power and everyone is respected, not because one is more powerful than the other, but because we all are equally powerful and not because governments have nuclear flying things, but because everyone is powerful and wise. spiritually and physically. (that is also why i find religions and politics that keep truth away and suppress and play games disgusting.) A question for you: Do you have a website about those skills? And if not, can you reccomend some good ones for us all? It would be an interesting addition to the tao bums in my opinion. Thanks. Sincerely
