Does anyone know information regarding psychics influence in the scientific field? I remember reading that psychics actually perceived the dna structure, or maybe a different structure that is very small. and this helped our current scientific paradigm. Having trouble finding information..

conscious realization, is enlightenment. the path goes deeper and deeper and never ends, but it is the path of enlightenment. enlightenment is usually associated with 8th chakra or xiantian fusion, which is just a level of awareness

the experience of realizing yourself

what ever you are doing that causes you to experience self-realization while you do it. is an outward form of reaching a meditative state, or calming the mind as you describe.

it can happen when your doing anything connected with your soul awareness. for some it is making music... for others it is carving...for some it is singing...i know a friend who coding stock market data does it for him. the creative process can usually do it.

because you dont need meditation to quiet your mind.

I'm basically just pointing out that meditation is not the only way to facilitate the expansion of the awareness. Know yourself, yes. A lot of people start learning and come to insist meditation is the secret key that fits into the lock opening the door of perception. Many paths up the mountain...
