Apparently he writes about shooting electricity out of his hands and burning things. However I have zero reason to believe he isnt just making it up, Very few people walk the talk. I doubt he has any videos or evidence to his feats. Regarding his background and travels, it seems like it might be worth a read. The secret door has to be about realization. Especially if Lao Tzu is talking about it and it is being compared to the Dao.

Nonsense. One can practice meditation every day in the correct way and refrain from too much sex, and their kundalini will rise, their lower dantien will fill, their middle dantien will fill. When their chest is warm, they can be sure the middle dantien is ready to break through the bridge, 5 chakra, and awaken the 6th. This is Yog. (Union). The more natural way... a person can be completely honest to others, because they realize that honestly outward is honesty inward, work hard/support themselves, and be kind. These people will naturally awaken, because the universe will bring their mind to silence, which is the same goal as meditation. There is no teacher required for both these methods. What is beyond the six chakra awakening is more of a mystery. But the fusion experience is well verified and can be reached without help.

I think these teachings are basically explaining that we are connected in the way that hurting another is the same as hurting one's self. (Or helping another is the same as helping the self). However, you shouldnt go as far as to think personal growth is no longer relevant, because we are all "the same." I think that is going too far. Im still convinced that hating one's family is an approach that means distancing yourself from relying on people who are compelled to overly serve you. Family, father, mother, have a tendency to be taken advantage of and not care. When it obviously damages the child's growth. We cant ignore that obvious fact. A person that cant stand on their own two feet, doesnt have a mind that thinks for itself (or is sober). We can agree to disagree on this one and move on.
