i find this interesting. The greatest masters live normal life spans. some up to 200 years (as far as i know), but rarely further. The big question is Do they die from pre-heaven exhaustion? Or maybe they die from....something else? old age i guess? but that wouldnt make sense if they had completely merged their physical body with the light (celestial immortal..) so why do they die?! maybe pre-heaven qi exhaustion..

change is the only constant "only that which does not change can perceive change." hmm

In Daoist alchemy is it the capacity of shen that forms the halo, or is that something separate?

Plastic it is everywhere. Its creation and disposal is disrupting the spiritual well-being of the planet.. The invention is to transform the plastic. Think if every home instead of throwing away their plastic they put it inside a 3d printing machine and turn the plasic into something else they can use. turn 10 water bottles into a lego set for a child. Does anyone have any good reading material on this subject? I am not referring to sex or "bedroom arts." But instead the information regarding growth and development, aging, and life rhythmics. THe Taoists created systems and knowledge to help people in all stages of life so that they can remain in balance and master the ups and downs of ordinary life. Any experience or suggested reading? In Wang Liping's book ETDG (pg.240) they discuss observing the rhythms of sexual desire and emotions. These fluctuate up and down and often lead to different feelings. Emotional lows lead to depression, and sexual highs lead to being easily stirred and a lack of self control. These arts teach methods of creating balance

so if you woke up what would you be doing? running a marathon? playing video games? creating a book? or maybe... just maybe... you would be studying ancient Chinese theories of consciousness expansion
