  1. You have to love Alan Wallace

Yes! This is my way of showing disgust to the posters here whom use the term "westerner" as some kind of insult. It's annoying and short sighted.
  2. You have to love Alan Wallace

Hi BKA, That link goes directly to the podcast.. Here is the link to the page: http://www.sbinstitute.com/node/775/podcast It is the last podcast at the bottom. You might have to install a player... should be no problem for you and your background.. ?

Just spent two hours on that site. What a joy! Thank you Gatito
  6. Book on trecko, thogal and Dzogchen

I have broken no forum rules. However, you are invading my personal privacy Reported.
  7. Book on trecko, thogal and Dzogchen

How do you know I didn't get the PDF from Scribd? Further more it is none of your fecking business what I have on my personal computer. You are right out of line here.
  8. Book on trecko, thogal and Dzogchen

Dude, I own the book. If you'd have bothered to even look at picture that I had posted... I'm not posting any links to illegal copies on forums, though.
  9. Are you saying that MPG is Zoom? More Pie Guy?
  10. Book on trecko, thogal and Dzogchen

Ah, so it must have been you who posted a link to Namdak's bootleg PDF and now your post has been deleted... Dissolved away like clouds in the sky... Like thoughts in the mind... Like lifetimes through the ages..?
  11. Book on trecko, thogal and Dzogchen

I take it back about that book. At first it was interesting to read about the Kati channel and all, but upon a second reading, the English is so bad and the book is so poorly written that it is more confusing than anything else. It actually comes across like some confused scholar wannabe is mashing all these concepts together without any iota of realization... I give this book a thumbs down.
  12. Zoom, There are books out there about the practices of trecko and togal. http://www.amazon.com/The-Main-Dzogchen-Practices-Transmission/dp/B0076WSCJQ http://www.amazon.com/Meditation-Clear-Light-Transmission-Perfection/dp/B0076WQZ8Q/ref=sr_1_4?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1405795366&sr=1-4&keywords=The+meditation+on+the+clear+light Also, Heart Drops of Dharmakaya is related as well.. But, you really should be a seasoned meditator, able to achieve stability and see visions before you jump in. It's like taking swimming lessons. First you start at the beginners level at the shallow end of the pool. As you progress, you advance to intermediate, then seniors. If you are a natural born swimmer, then jump into the deep end right away. If not, you will surely drown. I would also suggest a little humility in your posts. You come across like a young naive beginner whom has just discovered a pot of honey. People won't want to help you if you persist like that. I would suggest spending a few years in meditation, watching your thoughts. You will learn how ridiculous most of them are...
  13. My No Pain Meditation Seat

Yup, about forty five minutes for me and my legs would go numb and get very painful. With my bench, I can sit for three one hour sessions with absolutely no pain. Let's me focus on what is important. Pain is the body's way of telling you something is wrong. How are you going to calm the mind when the body is screaming at you?
  14. Book on trecko, thogal and Dzogchen

    Thanks for your response.
  15. Not bad except that you didn't differentiate between the son and the mother. It is easy to see the son natural state, not so easy to stay in it. One has to practice and stay in that state, attain stability in it until the point where the division between the son and the mother dissolves. Son rigpa, mother rigpa. You can transmit or teach someone how to attain the son rigpa, but technically that is not the natural state, not the big, mind blowing, earth shattering natural state. You talk like there is no division, If there was no division, why would you need to "perfect" anything?
  16. Book on trecko, thogal and Dzogchen

Did someone post a link to copyrighted material? I don't see any evidence.. Was it deleted?
  17. My No Pain Meditation Seat

And how long can you sit on that before your legs scream in pain?
  18. Hi Zoom, Tenzin Namdak says himself that Karma exists and one has to be wary.. From page 164 of the same book that you are quoting:
  19. My No Pain Meditation Seat

Why don't you take a picture and show it to us? (The cushion and mat, that is...)
  20. Pictures of rainbow body, footprints in stone

I stand corrected.. I found this: http://vajracakra.com/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=1136 What I meant to say is that when ChNN becomes your guru, you don't automatically become a Nyingma, or a Kagyu, or a Bon, or anything, do you? He is non secular? I also found this... https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/kagyu/conversations/topics/34218
  21. Pictures of rainbow body, footprints in stone

Thanks for the link. Didn't know they had a new book out. I've added it to my collection. The mind sure can be cruel sometimes... It's good that the heart is more powerful and can cut the intellect without even trying.
  22. Book on trecko, thogal and Dzogchen

Thanks zoom. I have that book and some others too...

CN Norbu does not have a lineage. Neither did Buddha.
