Hi JoeBlast, Craig and Yue Thank you very much for the responses and the information. I appreciate it. I will purchase the "Qigong Meditation: Small Circulation" book. It looks like a popular book, has won some awards even and has some instructions on breathing techniques (which was my next question). I noticed that Mantak Chia's instructions do not include any breathing techniques during the practice. TI

Hi About a week and a half ago, after a session of opening the crown, smiling and channeling divine energy which included focusing on my heart, I noticed this little white form of a person sitting in a full lotus floating about two feet in front of me. I immediately bound it in the name of Jesus Christ and prayed the blood of Jesus over it. Then I asked it to leave if it was not from the highest purest regions. The figure remained. This was not my guide. So, I asked it "Who are you?". It replied "You". I could see that it was connected to me by a chord of misty white light. I can make it spin around, go up and down and even come back to my abdomen. I think it came out of my heart area in my chest. I sent it to the world with the water and the sun in the sky to sit there for a while. I also sent it to visit someone I know and when I did, I could see the person sitting at a table. I could sense the whole room. Now, after reading the Immortal Foetus in "Taoist Yoga - Alchemy & Immortality", I'm wondering if this 'astral self' is the Immortal Foetus spoken of in this book. Any ideas anyone? TI

Hi Steam Thank you for your response! It is nice to know someone else has been to the world of sun and water. I haven't had anyone kick me out of there yet. This helps to reaffirm that this might not be something I'm hallucinating or some condition like schizophrenia.. I first left my body during a motorcycle accident when I was 16. I broadsided a stationwagon and watched the whole accident in slow motion from about 30 feet away. Since then, yes, I too embarked on a journey of Casteneda, Robert Monroe, Yogananda, yoga, meditation etc. Hmmm.. I can see my root chakra all of the time. It is a golden pyramid with four dark red petals on the edges. It has a thread coming out of the top. Every now and then there is a droplet of whitish substance on the thread. Sometimes there are two droplets. Just above that is a what appears to be a darkish mangled pretzel or knot of some kind. I have also seen my crown chakra as a radiant pool of molten white light on the top of my head like a bathing cap. I've taken this molten light all the way down my spine to charge the root chakra. When I did (three times now) and 'imagined' the kundalini rising, when the kundalini was about 5 inches up, I had sensations that were 100 times better than any orgasm I've ever had. After that, I kind of lost interest in sex. I also see a new kind of aura on people since doing Kunlun for a few days, since four weeks ago. The auras look like different colored fires upon fires. I see them at the front of my forehead, not through my eyes. Some people have just a black flame in the center of their body. Others have green flames on top of different colored flames. One lady I saw had a 2 foot purple flame coming out of her throat area but the flame did not go straight up. It angled about 25 degrees off to her left. I wonder if that is her soul star. She also had a red round patch on her right abdomen where I guess her stomach would be. I saw an elderly lady today walking down the sidewalk with a cane. Her upper back was seriously hunched over. When I 'saw' her, I could see that she had a big black cloud on her upper back like an entity or something was attached to her. I started to cry. I sent her divine energy and prayed for her. I bound it in the name of Jesus and told it to leave. I did everything I could think of to get rid of it. I don't know if I succeeded or not but she did seem to be walking a little straighter after a while. I can also see what I now believe to be a past life lance connected to my root chakra. It is red, has a long tail about 1 1/2 feet in length and about 3/4 inch in width and a triangle-shaped head. Most of the time it is waving about through my lower abdomen. I'm still contemplating on how to remove it. Again, steam, I am very glad to hear about other experiences that people are having, and how they are similar to mine. It makes me feel more normal and gives me courage to keep pursuing my practices. Thank you. TI

Hi Chanwu I sit here and I can see 'my astral body' there in front of me. I tell my astral body to go someplace, anywhere. In a second, it is as if I am looking at a round scene with darkness on the outside. On the inside I do not see the astral body; I see a scene. The scene is kind of hazy as if looking through vapors. I think that I am actually looking through the eyes in my astral body because my psychic sight is way clearer than that. Now that I think of it, a month ago, after a session of deep silence meditation when I started to explore the cave with only water on the floor and darkness above, the sun rose up into the sky revealing a huge still ocean over which a clay figure was floating. A few days later, when I focused on the scene, the sun was directing electrical beams/waves at the clay figure, and this process pulled out a small body of light which the sun then proceeded to swing back and forth like a pendulum. This went on for three days. It was kind of alarming to me. Sometimes I would imagine myself in the little body of light and feel the movements. Sometimes the path or orbits were like circle eights.. Perhaps this was the birth of the foetus or astral body? I have no idea about the logical sequence of time; I thought everybody has an astral body and that the astral body is what we sense emotions, feeling and sensory data like taste and pain through. Perhaps the birth of the astral body or foetus is in a different time? Or maybe the birth of the astral body is not a birth but a splitting or bifurcation from the body. ?? And, when it is ready, it just appears three feet before you level with your heart? TI

Hi, Yes, I can dress it (my astral body?) up, make it change clothes and appearance. I can turn it into a bear. I just sent it to visit taomeow and saw a large open room with hard wood floors and a long rail on the wall. There is a female standing in black leotards with one hand on the rail, lifting her right leg up away from her body. It looks like a dance studio with someone practicing.. TI

Hi WYG When I first noticed parts of it, my eyes were closed. It was after a heart chakra meditation, focussing downwards. The astral body (little white body) has changed into a clearer colored body which looks like me; it now has skin tones but no hair. It floats and I can send it places. I haven't really done too much with it because, I'm kind of shocked and wondering maybe if I'm just going crazy. I can see it always if I just focus on it. It appears even more clearly, even if I don't think of it, if I focus my eyes between my brows and relax. It just appears.. TI Hi Steve This phenonmenon developed over 3 heart meditations. At first, I could see just the legs and didn't realize that it was a body. The next meditation, it was still kind of hazy and I could see it from the waist down. The third time is when i could see the whole shape. I also try to ignore the one-time visions that I see during meditation. I see all kinds of people, faces and scenes which I ignore now. The ones I pay attention to are the ones that occur when I'm not meditating or the ones that are persistent. Thanks for your input TI Hi Steam Yes, that video is exactly what it looked like when it first appeared along with the cord. Now, it has changed to have skin tones and I can see a lot more detail. Hmmm. I wonder if I can influence the appearance.. I will have to try.. Thanks for your response. That is a great video, by the way. TI

Hi, Sorry if this question has been asked, but if I do a search on "tao kundalini" on this forum it errors out.. Do Taoists believe, acknowledge or even recognize kundalini? I'm not that familiar with Taoism. I've read Mantak Chia's Taoist Cosmic Healing book. In it, he recognizes the perenium as a center of energy but there is no mention of unleashing the kundalini. Do Taoists ever have kundalini experiences? TI

Hi Matt Thanks for your reply and insight. TI

Hi Everyone Thank you everyone for your responses. I've enjoyed reading your observations and approaches. It is so nice to have someone to talk to about all of this! I received Charles Luk's "Taoist Yoga - Alchemy & Immortality" today and I think I found some insight on this subject (apart from what was posted by everyone ). On page 171 it says this: "This is the method of uniting the five vitalities oin the heart, spleen, lungs, liver and kidneys into a single vitality which will then rise from the base of the spine and pass through the second gate (between the kidneys) and the back of the head to reach the brain (ni wan) and thrust through the original cavity of the spirit (tsu Ch'iao between and behind the eyes) to knock at the source of the nervous system (pai Hui). The practiser should look up quickly in order to force open the heavenly gate (at the top of the skull); this consists of opening the eyes to look up (and so give a) thrust to burst open the gate with the combined force of the heart, intellect and thought. If the five vitalities are full a golden light will soar up to unite with the light of (essential) nature to become a single light which is the union of the radiant vitality of the positive principle (yang) in the head and the bright light of the negative principle (yin) in the abdomen into one single light which will result in the egress from the immortal foetus". This sure sounds like kundalini to me; combining Shakti (female) at the root with Shiva (male) at the top of the head. The root chakra is golden and emits a golden light. When I breathe a golden yellow electric current from my root chakra up my spine into my crown, I feel flames rising up to my heart level. This is all so interesting! Now I'm wondering if both taoism and kundalini might complement each other and have practices that might help out or accelerate development. For example, kechari, which is placing the tongue on the soft palate is also mentioned in Micro Cosmic Orbit and other practices.. However, the yogis go a step further and cut the frenum and end up putting the tongue directly up the nasal cavity to cause ecstacy and other powerful developments. Hmmm.. TI

Hi F D I do not know what the "kun and li" practices are.. I've ordered a book called "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy & Immortality". Will the kun and li practices be in there, I wonder.. Or, is there a better book? I've seen a referral to the Wong book, but didn't see the title or anything else I could search Google on. Does the fire element all of sudden become active, licking flames throughout the body, cleansing blockages and opening channels? In kundalini, the energy is referred to as Shakti (yin) and 'she' wants to join Shiva (yang) energy in the crown chakra. Does Taoism have that concept? TI

Hi, Well I finally got the "Reiki Tummo - An Effective Technique For Health and Happiness" in the mail today! It is supposed to be the safest easiest way to raise the kundalini. It is a mixture of Reiki, Chi practices and kundalini yoga. One point in the book that it emphasizes is correct posture. Sitting properly, standing properly, no slouching. So, I have been making an effort to sit up straight. Well, I was reading parts of the book, sitting up straight, getting some rushes from my heart chakra and now my butt is hot. The heat is also coming up the lower back and starting to flame my heart. I'm really surprised because I was just sitting straight, smiling, reading the book, getting a few rushes. This book states that the kundalini is in it's own location (not the root chakra) at the perineum. After you get to the root chakra at the base of the spine, you go three or four inches foward. It also says that if you have good posture, kundalini will flow and you can have kundalini flow all of the time if you keep correct posture. You can also use Chi balls to help clear chakras and the roots of the chakras. Has anyone else here in this forum ever practiced Reiki Tummo or read this book? Comments? TI

Help with Negative effects of Meditation?
Tibetan_Ice replied to satyagraha's topic in General Discussion
Hi satyagraha, Doing hard drugs leaves big holes in your aura. (so does drinking alcohol. This is what I would do if I were you: 1) Lift your hand in the air and pray to Jesus. Ask that he come and visit you and heal you. He always helps people who seek him. I will pray for you too. 2) I would learn and practice this exercise to rebuild your aura: http://www.mysticalwonders.org/group/download.php?id=53 If you don't know what the aura is, do a search on the net. Probably Barbara Ann Brennan is the best source. Go buy her book called "Hands of Light". She has pictures in there of people on LSD on cocaine.. 3) I would find a Reiki healer, or a "Hands of Light" healer and ask them to repair my aura. It will probably take more than one session.. 4) Quit meditating until you can repair your aura. Keep good posture, don't slouch. Eat lots of yogurt. Good luck. TI -
Bummer! That's a pretty assinine comment! Trying to make me the butt of your joke? I had good vibes going here but now you've rectum. Hi mgd I enjoy having fun! Yes, I'm still doing Kunlun. Yesterday, I bounced my legs for hours while sitting at work. I did have another comment about kunlun but everyone seems to have ignored it. It is found on this link: http://www.thetaobums.com/Kunlun-Rediscovered-t4616.html TI

Hi Yoda Have you seen this post? http://www.thetaobums.com/Kunlun-Rediscovered-t4616.html Here is the main content: In my analysis of kunlun and Pillars of Bliss, the technique starts with a chi or cosmic energy gathering session, then you practice bioenergetic therapy which increases energy flow and releases blocks, and then you close by storing the extra chi to your tan tien. There are no warnings of harmful effects in "Hands Of Light". There are actually many books I've read that claim that a good way to clear yourself is through shaking, violent movements, screaming, panting etc. I don't see how increasing your energy flow is detrimental to someone with their kundalini active other than, if your kundalini is already flowing, you don't really need to increase your energy flow. But what do I know? However, it would seem that the question is this: Can you mix chi and kundalini energy? Chi is supposed to be very stupid energy, or energy that needs to be directed. Kundalini energy is very intelligent and can't be directed. I've posted a question to Drew Hempel about growing a third harmonic which might produce energy sickness as Pillars of Bliss claims, but he hasn't responded yet. TI

Hi satyagraha, You have to find a Rock and Gem store, or a lapidary shop or ask around. If you live in a major center, you might even do a search on the internet or check the yellow pages (phone book). It is best that you go in and hold the crystals in your hand before buying one. Crystals have their own vibrations and by holding them, you should be able to feel where or if they resonate on your body. Only buy the crystals that call out to you. TI

Secrets of Female Formless Awareness
Tibetan_Ice replied to voidisyinyang's topic in General Discussion
Hi Drew, You know, I would be fascinated to hear your analysis of the third harmonic and Kunlun, and whether or not it is detrimental with regards to kundalini energy. In the "Pillars of Bliss" book on page 31, it states: Have you ever heard of this? Comments? TI -
Hi Satyagraha That is very interesting. It reminds me of gathering cosmic energy. Like in this movie: http://video.google.com.au/videoplay?docid...179343156674979 The mind is faster than light. Light travels at 186,282.397 miles per second. I can imagine or visualize going to and from the north star in a second, which is 143 light years away. This may not be correct, but, to get rid of the visual stimulation and resulting pictures in my head, I push higher into a place of silence; no vibration, no light, no pictures. Probably doesn't make any sense.. deep silence? Yes, Yoda, thanks for explaining AYP To ground yourself means to transmit excess energy in the body into the ground, or get rid of it, or store it somewhere, like storing it in your tan tien (or dantien) or burn it up through exercise. I suppose you could even say that you can get rid of excess energy by transmuting it into higher forms like Shen, but that's more of a topic for Drew Hempel.. Also, you can get a black rock like obsidian, black tourmaline, smoky quartz and put it at the base of your feet for a while. That helps ground you. Grounding can also be thought of as the reason there are often three wires on an electric circuit. If there happens to be an electrical spike, the excess is carried off into the ground. Ever hear of lightning rods? They have a wire from the metal going into the ground. Same idea. You can find lots of information about chakra meditation on the net. I have several books. One I like is "Way of Chakra". There are many ways to activate chakras. Usually, when I do chakra meditation, I use the conventional colors like red for the root chakra, orange for the sacral and yellow for the solar plexus. If I were to do a root chakra meditation, I would focus all of my attention on the root chakra, imagine it red, imagine a chord coming out of it into the center of the earth. Next, I imagine it spinning clockwise faster and faster. Most of the time, well nearly always, these white hands appear and help give the chakra a spin. When the chakra starts spinning faster, you imagine red light coming up from it filling your body with red light. That said, the root chakra may be red, but looking through the third eye, it is a golden four sided pyramid with four dark red petals on each side. It emits golden light and has a thread coming out ot the top. Perhaps that is what it looks like in the astral body? You can also use crystals to activate and clear chakras. Conventionally, you would use a red rock like garnet or red jasper and place in near the base of your spine. Or, if you want to clear all your chakras at once, try this: Lie down on the floor with no clothes on. Put a black obsidian or black tourmaline at your feet. Put a red garnet at your root; an orange carnelian on the sacral chakra, some citrine on your solar plexus, green moldavite on your heart, lapis lazuli on your throat, apophyllite on your brow and white quartz at the top of the head. Then lie there for 20 minutes. The first time I did that I met my guide and went on three surprising astral journeys. That's another story.. The crystals really enhance your internal vision. Oh yes, if you put a crystal or stone on a chakra and it starts to hurt, that means it's clearing a blockage. Let it do it's work. You can also use essential oils to help open chakras. I like a few drops of patchouli, sandlewood and lavendar in the bath. I have about 20 different oils that I alternate. After all, smell helps the astral body resonate.. Good luck TI

Hi Satyagraha Have you tried taking your vibrations higher than light? Perhaps you are stimulating your visual cortex with what you are doing? Seek the quiet region and listen, up higher. Mind is faster than light. Or, if you are doing raspy breathing exercises to stimulate your etheric body, maybe cut back for a while.. On AYP, they would probably say that feeling crazy after meditation is purging blockages and they might suggest resting for 10 minutes after. Rest is probably good. Also, I would ground myself. Hug a tree, eat a heavy meal, hold some smokey quartz or black tourmaline, put your tongue on the roof of your mouth and hold your hands over your tan tien for 20 minutes... These are just suggestions, as I have no idea about what you are doing in your practices. Perhaps if you elaborated more on your practices someone might be able to help you out..? TI

Hi Drew, Thank you for your response. Fibre helps, so does ginger. Now I'm seeing if oil pulling will help. I know the constant ringing in my left ear is almost gone and has been gone for two days now. That had been ringing for months. Thanks for the book suggestion. I will add it to my library and check it out. Tonight I sat in full lotus for seven minutes, left leg over right, and then I reversed it for another seven minutes. There is certainly is a lot of pressure, a bit of pain and it is quite distracting, or rather, you have to make a conscious effort to relax. After that, it sure felt wonderful sitting in easy posture! I will see if I can extend the full lotus sitting time to see what happens.. TI

Hi, I have been practicing Samyama for 1 month now, ever since I had some inner silence to drop things into. Tonight, I did breathing while visualizing golden light coming up from my root chakra through the spinal channel into the center of the head. Then, I visualized pink light coming from the root around the front of my body, up over my nose and into the center of my head. I spent about 10 minutes deep breathing and visualizing that. (as per Barabara Ann Brennan's "Hands of Light". I don't think that has anything to do with what I am about the mention, but I thought I'd say it anyway. I also did the deep silence meditation for 30 minutes. Then, I did Samyama. As I progressed in Samyama, I remember Yogani (AYP) stating that you go deeper and deeper into the quietest parts of your essence to release the sutra. Well, that is what I've been doing. At first, about 3 weeks ago, I got to a point where I would mentally see the words as I released them. I wasn't trying to visualize the words, it was just happening. This was also accompanied by a lot of visions just popping up. I thought I was resonating my visual cortex. Then, I guess I played with the cave of water, releasing the sutras, one drop at a time into a big pool of water, then watching the ripples as they spread out and faded before releasing the next sutra. Another point of interest is that I have been adding 'inner silence' as one of my sutras. Tonight I decided to go back to trying to release the sutra from the quietest part of my mind, forgoing the visual scenery. As I zeroed in on the quietest part, a little tunnel thingy started to appear. It was as if, my persuit of the quieter regions in my mind created a little tunnel or pushed through to create a tunnel? As I focused on it and released a sutra, the tunnel got a little deeper. The tunnel has some light in it and what appears to be a very little yellow light. As I kept pushing further and further into the tunnel, the tunnel got longer and the light was a little brighter. I was kind of puzzled because, although I had read that the third eye is really a reflection, I thought the tunnel should be pointing forward, not backwards. I tried to adjust my perspective, but it remained pointing out of the back of my head. I focused on it some more with intent. Then, a black thing, at first I thought it was a leach, starting slowly creeping out from the end of the tunnel towards me. As I watched it, I realized that the end of the tunnel was splitting open, and it wasn't a leach but blackness was coming through the bottom of the tunnel. The tunnel is at the back of my head and pointing slightly more to the left. I think it is about 4 inches long and no more than 1/4 inch wide. As I kind of pushed myself down to the edge of the tunnel to take a look, an erie feeling overtook me. There is this huge black void in there that I've seen before. Once I meditated for three hours after which I popped out of the top of my head into that black void. At that time, it felt like I was going to die so I quit immediately. That was 16 years ago. Well, that black void is the same! I sat on the edge of the little tunnel at the back of my head and yelled out as loud as I could "I AM". Nothing. No echoes, no response. I tried again. "I AM!!!" Nothing. I must also say, I think I could see very minute very dim little lights way off in the distance in the black void, but it seemed more like a feeling than a visual thing. I'm so thrilled to have discovered the little tunnel and the huge black void. I'm going to go exploring next time. It was so easy to get there, and I can see it persistently now. Has anyone else here discovered this tunnel or the big black void? TI

Hi Drew Thank you for your post. Also, thank you for writing in "Secrets of Female Formless Awareness". Some background on me: I started piano when I was 5, got my grade 9 piano and then played bass as a professional musician for 30 years. I can play piano, bass, guitar, trumpet, flute, clarinet, drums, harmonica.. etc. I used to be the top chess player in town and have even played some matches blindfolded and won. Once I played 5 people at the same time and won every game. I used to practice yoga a lot in my early years. I used to be able to do the full lotus while standing on my head. I've practiced nasal irrigation, recti isolation, pranayama etc. I always sit in easy posture, even at work. I program computers 9 - 5 so I sit a lot. I have been listening to Indian music and Prem Joshua for the last month or so. For some reason, I was drawn to it and it is really great! This is a meditation that I did two months ago and have repeated twice since, once with crystals: I focus on the crown chakra, pulling down light into it until it melts into what resembles a swimming cap of very bright light. The center of the cap is like a funnel of light dripping downward in one big drop. I then take the drop and bring it down through each chakra, filling the chakra, making it bright white. I spend 5 or so minutes on each chakra, taking it down to the root chakra. When I reach the root chakra (my back straightens and my full concentration is active) I keep pouring the white light into my root chakra. Then, the snake (it is a medium sized dark greenish snake) starts to rise up my spine. When it hits about 4 inches up, it feels 100 times more intense than any orgasm I've ever experienced. All I want to do at this point is keep the snake going through the tunnel in my spine up to the crown. As the snake progresses inch by inch, my body and spine are rigid, my back arches slightly and I'm just humming with vibrations and sweating. When the snake reaches the crown chakra, it opens it's mouth wide and tries to swallow the whole top. At that point, I'm about 3 feet in back of my body watching. I let it feed for 5 or six minutes and then I close it down. Yesterday, I burped and I noticed that I had a kind of a sweet taste of something in my mouth. It didn't taste like anything I have tasted from a burp before, nor from what I had eaten that day. I have had bad gas and the runs now for 6 month or so. I try to eat a more alkaline diet and that seems to help.. In your posts, you explain about not eating a lot... 1) If you eat too much, do you get the runs? Do your guts gurgle most of the time? The doctor says I have irritable bowel syndrome. 2) I will try the full lotus with the reflecting hand technique as you suggest, just to see what will happen. I can still get into that posture easily. My concerns are these: a) If I tilt my head forward, will I still be able to pull down cosmic energy from the sky? Isn't aligning the spine straight up and down more important? I can focus the third eye without pointing my head down. What do you project into your hands? When I close my eyes, I see purple and green and white lights, I also see the star. Do I pull in light from the star and project it from my third eye into the hands? Or do I pull down cosmic energy from the sky? It sort of sounds like the energy will build upwards towards my head. Is that what I redirect? c) I have never used breath retention (kumbahka) or bhastrika (bellows breath) on the root chakra. Don't you have to have a trail of bright white crown light bread crumbs for the snake to follow first? Thank you for your time and information, Drew. I appreciate it. TI

Hi, Well, I've been very interested in auras lately, since my third eye is opening and I can see people and scenes, even with my eyes closed! I was talking to a very pretty lady about auras and what the colors mean and it made me start browsing some books I have by Barabara Ann Brennan. I found this and it sure sounds like kunlun to me: "Vibrating your body means to hold your body in a position of tension that sets up involuntary physical vibrations in the body. This will increase energy flow and release blocks. These exercises are well known in core and bioenergetic therapy. Stand with your feet parallel and shoulder width apart. After you complete the aura charging exercises given above, stand and again simply breathe out when you go down and in when you go up. Bend your knees as much as you can; let your legs begin to feel tired. If you keep doing this long enough, your legs will begin to physically vibrate in an involuntary way. If they do not, start a vibration by quickly bouncing up and down on your heels. Allow the vibrations to work up into the upper part of your legs and your pelvis. With practice, these vibrations will spread over your whole body. This is a very good way to create a strong energy flow throughout your body. Once you get the feel of it, you can devise exercises to cause any part of your body to vibrate in order to increase the energy flow through that part. In this case, one usually needs the pelvis to vibrate in order to enhance the earthly energies flowing through the first and second chakras. Later, when you are in a healing situation, you can slowly roll your pelvis back and forth (while in a sitting position), then add a little short, fast vibration to the rolling motion. This should help the pelvis vibrate. You will feel the increased energy flow throughout your whole body. " From "Hands Of Light" - Barbara Ann Brennan So now I'm thinking that the kunlun increased my energy flow, allowing other practices that I have been doing to come to fruition. Also, I can see that if the kundalini is active, you wouldn't want to increase your energy flow, would you? Please don't get me wrong. I'm not saying the kunlun is not valid or is a sham. I am trying to understand the principles and science behind it, because a better understanding helps to dispel any fears and myths. I still think kunlun has great value and I'm thankful that it has come accross my path. Comments anyone? TI

Hey Oolong Rabbit, thanks for that suggestion about using the tongue. It works for me! In the AYP lessons, kechari is supposed to help bring ecstatic conductivity up; I didn't realize it would work with bringing kunlun energy down, but it does for me. I appreciate your suggestion. Thanks! And thanks for the not very PC laugh. TI

I am 51 years old. I have been seeking since I was 5. Here is a concise list of things I have been into: Carlos Casteneda, Autobiography of a Yogi, Key to Secret Worlds, Eckankar, yoga, pranayama, crystals, the Bible, Reiki, channelling, Out Of Body Journies, Edgar Cayce, Robert Monroe, Paul Twitchell, judo, karate, kundalini, tai chi, qi qong, The Essence of the Bhagavad Gita, astral travelling, levitation meditation, gazing, third eye opening, rainbows, Samuel Sagan, 2 years of Self Realization Fellowship lessons and energization exercises, chakra meditation, Cosmic Orbit, pyramids, buddhism, nasal irrigation, my own meditation inventions and others. The only problem with writing an in depth history is that it would take a long time, it's not good for my ego and I'd rather be meditating. Ok, here are some highlights from the last three months: I have been doing spinal breathing and deep silence meditation for the last two months or so, twice a day every day before meals, except three times a day on weekends. (AYP Advanced Yoga Practices - Yogani) I did kundalini yoga (Gurmuhk's DVD) 2 times a week along with top-down kundalini meditations once or twice a week. I also did laying of stones (crystal layouts about 6 times). I pray a lot and I am very grateful for what I have experienced I did Kunlun for 5 days, experienced very strong waves and pulses and this seems to have sped up and enhanced everything. Now that I realize that I can store the energy in my dan tien with the help of my tongue (kechari), it should be very interesting (and easier on my head). I have also been oil pulling for 8 days straight. I don't think I have accomplished that much and I hope not to get too distracted by all this mana. TI
