I've heard voices 3 times that I remember, all in the past couple of years I don't think it's coincidence that it's since I started practicing energy work and meditation. It took the second time(which was an urging to do something whilst I was dithering) to make me really believe the 1st time (an answer to a question I asked the clouds) wasn't my imagination/auditory hallucination. Kind of inside the top front of my head but outside and in/from the sky at the same time It felt/sounded like more than one entity. I like to think it was a heavenly counsel. 3rd time last Xmas day very different much louder channeling through crown chakra within a kind of cold rushing wind, just one sentence and what was said makes me think it was an earthbound spirit guide. Or maybe I should see a doctor

I agree entirely, but I don't think it's all smokescreen. Lots of it probably is so harder to distinguish the truth. The mainstream media whether knowingly or not also play their part quote from the original Daily Mail article posted - "Chillingly, he claimed our technology is 'not nearly as sophisticated' as theirs and "had they been hostile", he warned 'we would be been gone by now'." What is so chilling about that?!? Pretty obvious our technology would be less advanced then theirs but what is so scary about the fact they're friendly, or at least not hostile? They're trying to scare us. Again. Then again if you know the Daily Mail that's par for the course. There's a youtube vid of a former canadian deputy president claiming contact has been made and rather than ask questions we attacked them. That course of action likely to be pretty futile isn't it? You can see why governments would want to hush this up, what better way to remind us that as a race, on this planet, we are all in this together. Not even a race, Gaia.

I gave up on wearing a wristwatch when I was a child as they always stopped working on me and as an adult seem to affect computers ipods and cameras, but also remained skeptical as it it might just be coincidence, or more likely apples increasingly appalling hardware build quality. Anyway the last few times it's been a power issue with a camera, which I use for work, and I was explaining to someone as I photographed them why I carried two bodies - in case one malfunctions. Died in my hands as I said it. The second time I was thinking about the previous times and it happened again. That made me think intention might play a part in it, so I try and think only tickety-boo thoughts when around cameras and computers. So I would add closing down and positive thinking to grounding as ways to avoid problems! peace Sam

Hello Teddy I've recently started Kunlun, but revel in knowing nothing about nothing so will leave your questions for someone far more knowledgable and eloquent, except to say it's not chi-kung its a nei-kung practice and there is a difference. That might just of given you another question you want answering when its answers that you seek, but sometimes that's the way it goes. Some people say also able to trigger an earthquake and the US (or military/elite who really control America - again youtube will keep you entertained/occupied for hours if you so wish) attacked China for whatever reason. Whatever you believe it's interfering with the earths natural frequencies/vibrations and I don't think that's a good thing. Now where did I leave my tinfoil hat..

Have you tried using earplugs? I had some made custom fit for a sport I do but seem to use them more for meditation, as I'm living in a big ol' noisy city. Even the cheap foam plugs do a good job of reducing background noise. They do tend to make you more aware of your heartbeat and breathing, which I'm not sure is a good thing, but the benefits outweigh that, certainly for me. Sorry to drag your thread a little of topic (here comes the K word!) but I've just started Kunlun and though using earplugs for the breath purifying meditation I seem reluctant to keep them in while practicing level 1. Just wondered if anybody had any thoughts on that and whether it matters? Doing what feels right is I guess probably right. love always Sam x

Your friend might of physically been shaking and felt electricity but as mwight eplxains through placebo effect or the power of suggestion, so it's good advice given I think. If you are looking for explanations, then that is one you can at least rule out if you have the same effect. Your username suggests it, maybe you are the one that will remind the modern world of that which it has forgotten.
