well thank you guys but i was hoping for a more specific method..... it is very strange that visualization is used in most of the spiritual practices but i have not come across any book or material which is specifically dedicated to increase visualization abilities......

ok i agree that one piece is really lame in the first 20 or so episodes.......but if you keep watching, you will find probably the best anime you have ever seen when i started watching anime, my first anime was death note (i think its ok not super awesome or something) than i thought to watch the three big ones (naruto, bleach, one piece) i started with naruto and one piece, as i said one piece looked pretty lame so i dropped it and continued with naruto naruto is also awesome btw (people also make excuse saying that naruto is for kids but wait, did you watch the second season of naruto before saying it.......? ) naruto shippuden kicks ass, ok so after watching naruto i started bleach and again it was awesome too...... i was free at that time so i thought to give one piece another try and i am still watching it the best arc for me is the "Whitebeard war " arc one piece is one of the few animes which can make you cry , oda made his readers cry on death of even an inanimate object (their ship) one piece shows how much imagination oda have, most of the guys who say that one piece is for kids, have never watched enough episodes

i have seen fairy tail......its ok but not as good as one piece...... i like romantic animes too there is a anime named "the world god only knows", its awesome.......romantic + comedy + supernatural and "please teacher" is also one of the best i have been researching about it do you guys know, we can use anime characters into magic........? i mean just like we evoke spirits ,demons, gods, it is also possible to evoke and work with anime characters check out Taylor Ellwood's books for more information.......

one piece is probably the best anime i have ever seen, sword art online is another one which is currently ongoing and becoming my favourite i dont think one piece is influenced with japanes mythology that much, yeah but naruto sure is you can develop the observation haki by awakening your Hara (i have read that if you have an active Hara you can sense any type of attact without even seeing it) , i think its called hargai in japanes, you can sense anybody's actual intention i like the king's haki concept from one piece, i would like to develop it if its possible...... naruto is surely influenced with japanese mythology sharingan, mangakyo sharingan, its powers mangakyo sharingan powers are depicted as three sisters or something in japanese mythology

Well i am kinda frustrated from the new agers now for them whatever you do, its all belief the other day i was talking to a so called spiritual, new age bunny he said that there are no chakras, no tan tien, no kundalini its all your belief he said that if you dont believe in chakras than they dont exist in you and if you believe than they do one of them said that there is nothing special in mantras too they say you can get equal and even better results by chanting anything you wish, instead of sacred mantras another new ager was talking about how sexual transumutation (using sexual energies for spiritual progress ) is nothing but a thought system i mean he thinks that if you believe that it is true than its true for you......its not a universal truth if you tell them to practice microcosmic orbit than they will tell you its all belief, there is actually no energy channel like that it exists if you believe.......i mean they say that they can move the energy anywhere in the body and produce same effect one of the greatest bunny was really after me......... he was figthing with me and kind like forcing me to believe that i am already a God and i am already enlightened lol i dont need to do anything, because i am already god now i am thinking to challange a bunny to fly.....they keep saying that you can fly if you believe but i have never seen any bunny flying these days so if you wanna become a new ager just think that whatever practice you are doing right now, its working because of your belief in it whether its qi gong, magic, or anything did i mention that they can even say that qi also exists because you believe

well bunnies dont believe in karma or lord buddha....... i mean they believe that if they will give charity they will recieve money back with interest but they dont believe that if they murder someone, than they will have to pay for it i must say quite picky bunnies are they.......

if you are saying that chi exists because we believe than why not believe in something which is more simple than chi like if i believe there is a bunny energy (its not chi) which is all pervading, to increase it i just have to dance and perform silly movements.........etc, its bunny gong this is one of the problem of this new agey belief thing if its all belief than why not believe something simple.......?, they cant answer this question like why believe that there are 7 chakras, why not believe that there is only 1 chakra.......... i guess because some things are beyond belief, they are universal truth like the chakras and chi no matter how many times you do the affirmations, no matter how many times you place an intent that i have only one chakra its not gonna happen you have 7 chakras and they are not based on your belief......

well i dont think its a new age forum is it.........? if new agers are right lol than there is no secret left to discover......no secret techniques, you dont need to buy new books for techniques...... and the best thing you dont need to do anything to get enlightenment because you are already enlightened...... if you believe you are enlightened, no need to meditate.......

Hi guys pls share some good concentration exercises...... i have found that concentration is the most essential skill necessary to reach meditative states...... and most people lack it.....

ok so i am reading it everywhere take a slow deep breath but still i dont understand how to do it its like i can take two type of breaths one is where my breath can be heard and i have to move my shoulders up to expand the chest, this type of breath feels satisfying second is where i just inhale without any noticeable sound and let my belly extend this one is not satisfying and my chest doesnt expand, and its not very long breath, its kinda small when someone says, take a slow deep breath, what type of breathing is he referring to......? may be there is a third type too a video might be helpful
