Well but I have never done anything to open third eye or even meditated I am having this vision from my childhood I remember I used to look at my teachers face and suddenly it will all start to feel very odd My teachers face will become big and than small depending on my intent lol Once I thought I had x ray vision lol I looked at a box thinking I would see what's inside but everything disappeared including the object inside and box lol

There is one thing I would like to ask Whenever I focus on something, everything else starts disappearing, it's like there comes some waves and take other things away I can't describe it, things start deteriorating, in waves and all Sometimes everything becomes bluish, sometimes it feels like the object I am seeing is far away Its very strange The object I am focusing on also disappears Is this normal ? Everybody see this type of thing ?

Guys tell me Have you ever heard about this practice and is it dangerous by any means or not ? This is supposedly a kundalini meditation So you are supposed to visualize red hot sexual energy at the base of your spine and than move it up through the spine and when it reach the head region, keep it at the third eye area for few seconds, you visualize this with inhale And with exhale again move down to the base of spine So what do you think guys ? And did I tell you this The biggest problem I faced because of new age and law of attraction It makes you think too much, specially negative thoughts Our mind us wired weirdly, we will think of pink elephant of someone says dont think about it So this law of attraction mindset makes you too much attention if your thoughts, it's kind of like obsession Taoism says I see everything but look nothing New age philosophy will make you look everything but see nothing lol I am still trying to get out if this problem Guys if you are not in a good mental shape dint read about law of attraction It will just make you unnecessarily more worried and attentive of your thoughts which is not MINdfulness

New agers are too sweet Actually unbearably sweet, sometimes I feel I will hit them if they won't stop this, seriously its unbearable sometimes They even try to fake unconditional love, love everybody blah blah blah

i have read everywhere that you should love unconditionally but i dont get one thing its not like you just decide and you will start loving unconditionally it just doesnt happen there are two possible solutions for it may be unconditional love is just a side effect of cultivation, and it cant be developed consciously or may be you can actually develop it with some sort of technique or meditation (like i have read that there are loving kindness meditation ) so how does it develop and if there is a meditation to develop it, pls describe

May be unconditional love comes from being detached But again detachment is also easy to say than done Still everybody preaches to stay detached without showing how it is done

I am from India btw and believe me, there is much more pressure to get a job and get married, compare to any other country I don't wanna become a sadhu or become a teacher to get money That's not adventure I get thrill in the journey I wanna experience that journey, that journey of exploring unknown, like a fictional novel story But it should be spiritual,/magical/esoteric journey Like travelling the world exploring unknown But I want this to be a career I wish there was some secret society or something which would pay for these type of adventures, pay for all the expenses And I will just explore the mysteries and even get paid for it That's adventurous

like here in india there is a guru, actually not mine but my father's he has initiated my father , so he is kind of our family guru he is a devotee of Shiva he never asked for even a cent on the contrary he gives us money whenever we need, or whenever he feels like he also teaches yoga and meditation , gives shaktipath all for free, only if you are interested he spends lots of money for charity and for the worship of lord shiva and nobody has an idea from where does he get all this money i think real masters never need money, they have enough of it , they get it somehow whenever they need may be by siddhis or magical means but ya he stresses on giving service so he does ask for your service , mostly for lord shiva or for some household work which he says helps in reducing karmic effect

well i dont know if its the right place to post this but if it isnt than sorry and pls move to the appropriate section so the thing is, i am underweight, and i am like this from years i have tried many things but nothing helped i think there is something wrong , maybe energetically or something else so guys suggest me some good practices, healing techniques, or anything which can increase my weight if you know may be something is wrong with my digestion or there is some other problem i dont know but i am sure there must be something for it in healing or may be some work out if possible suggest me something which targets this area and heal it specifically, something which is actually to increase weight if possible in a month or so
