Ya i have been veg all my life I'm Hindu I don't think ottermode is good, athletic looks better

i am veg and 21 years old height 5"9' or 5"10' , and i weigh around 53 kg i dont think its heredity because when i was born and even when i was child, my weight was quite good this problem probably started around my teen years (if you call it a problem) my appetite is also not so good right now, though i was still underweight when it was decent enough

but dont you think skinny people probably develop these type of mucles, bruce lee muscles and personally i dont like these type of muscles i prefer mucles with some mass

god i once read somewhere that our thoughts affect our reality , i have read all this law of attraction stuff and now because of the pink elephant effect (google it god), even if i dont wanna think negative thoughts they just keep coming in my mind its like because i dont wanna think negative thoughts because i fear what if they manifest, they now come even more in my mind its along the line, pink elephant effect what should i do

Hi guys i have read on many places that the upward flowing energy makes you more attractive towards opposite sex it increases your sex appeal, its also called the kundalini practice but what happens when you are a water path practitioner like the kunlun system where the energy flows downward what happens then ? does it make you less atttractive ? or may be even more attractive than the fire path ? i would like to hear your valuable insights and probably some experiences of water path practitioner

around a year or so, ago i read about something called law of attraction it says your thoughts create your reality now its fine, there is no problem with this but it somehow backfired on me you guys have probably heard about the pink elephant theory ? your mind thinks what you dont wanna think so these days my mind is on a ramage of negative thoughts i am fighting with my subconscious mind , i am trying to stop negative thoughts wheneve rthere is a negative thought , i try to stop it and replace it with a positive thought but it just doesnt work, it feels stressful and negative thoughts never stops even replacing positive thought is stressful i dont wanna do this, but i am worried about what if this thought will manifest so i try to suppress it with positive thought which, believe me doesnt feel healthy in any way but its of no use its very stressful it goes all day along i am worried that its very harmful for my spiritual and mental health i am literally fighting with my mind i am feeling that i am loosing control over my mental thoughts, habits and mental chatter this also makes meditation also hard because whenever a negaive thought pops up, i cant let it go, i have to do sometthing about it, what if it manifests ? what should i do ?

the main problem is attachment and neediness (and i am not immune from it too, actaully i know that in my case i am also being needy and attached to that girl, but i am just giving my opinion) when you really care about the result and propose the girl, and you want that girl even if it means death, thats where the mistake is but this is really bad, because there is no remedy to relieve you from this attachment and neediness ( i actually asked about it here on TB but i guess no body knows) actually i do remember a technique i read it somewhere just accept your defeat in advance just imagine couple of times how it would be like if that girl rejects you (dont do it frequently, lol) and than just go and approach her, without thinking about either succes or failure i havent tried it, because i havent approache anyone lol

unconditional love seems like a good thing lol my question is, everybody says that you should love unconditionally but nobody realizes that its not a switch which you can just activate its not like that you just decide to love someone unconditionally and it will happen so i would like to know, are there any techniques which can develop this quality in you ? is there any technique you can employ to love someone specific, unconditionally ? i am talking about romantic love here in romantic love there is always a desire to posses, i mean how can you just love someone unconditionally either its a gift , endowed to only few people or its an art which can be developed with certain techniques

well i have read that unconditional love is irresistible even when applied to romantic love (if its possible) so if you somehow love someone unconditionally than he will be irresistibly attracted to you basically nobody can resist unconditional love but i know if you are loving someone unconditional to attract the, it can not be called unconditional (quite a paradox lol)
