Not as simple as that I am afraid. Most people sleeping rough are inadequates and cannot cope with life. Twas always so. In the old days large numbers of those who are now sleeping rough would have found themselves spending their life in the ubiquitous mental institutions which dotted the country. These are all gone now, replaced by Care in the Community, the result is what you see. A storm is always coming and it is an ill wind that blows nobody any good. In the U.K. we will not see the spontaneous demonstrations and riots that are prevalent in France. Any such events here will be orchestrated. As the Left are far better organised than the right (The Right are the silent majority in the U.K.) it will be they who take to the streets, burn cars and build barricades. At the end of the day the Brexiteers demonstrate by vote but the Remainer cause will do anything to get their own way.

In the long term grand scheme of things Brexit is but a flash in the pan. The Tories have to be looking towards the next general election (Under a new leader) and need to safeguard their funding. The only sadness is that there are still establishment figures in the U.K. running cap in hand to this tinpot politico and begging for favours.
