My advice would be not to let this concern you. What you are describing here is simply the human condition. It was ever so and I, for one, see no end in site. This need not however be a barrier to your own progress along the way. Simply make a point of questioning everything and then make up your own mind rather than letting others make it up for you.

The state that you are describing here is conscious anger. What most of us experience is unconscious anger. Unconscious anger controls us. Conscious anger we control and can therefor decide if we wish to be angry or not. To have reached such a state is to have travelled far along the way.

I am afraid that I am in agreement with Marblehead on this matter. In all my years of experience in meditation and taoist cultivation I have never encountered aliens / reptilians or other "demonic" entities. I have however met a few people who make claim to have done so, they would have done well to take Marbleheads advice to search out the true cause or causes of their problems and deal with them.

As fine a description of the practice of mantric meditation as one could hope to find.

I feel that you are making a great assumption in believing that she is "dumbing her message down" to suit her audience. My own suspicion is that she is sufficiently more advanced than her fan base to impress them and even to induce a state of adoration. That is as far as it goes. She sets the warning bells ringing and I fear that she is in fact serious bad news.

Teal Swan speaks well and puts her point across in a straightforward way without any sign of hesitation. She is also possessed of an air of power and confidence. There is something about her however that sets the warning bells ringing. There is a certain deadness in the eyes which somehow reminds me of a shark. Perhaps she will join our forum.

It may be worthwhile to explain what is meant by the term fusion in respect to the dantien?
