I do think the fish oil may be having a mood boosting effect for me.

Witch, Your signature line looks good! When we see you demo-ing your higher chakra orgasms on Oprah, we Taobums can know we played our little part! *Yoda chugs another bottle...* Seriously though, it's marketing time, girl!! Don't feel foolish about that... selling it aggressively isn't about the money... it's for the sake of a kinder, gentler America. I would order up all those "how to publicize your book" books and start working the AM talk shows! But even if you let your book fend for itself, I think word will get out. Yours, Yoda PS, my vitamin pill does have a bit of iron in it. Nix it?

Great idea! Second that.

I thought it was awesome of you to make those discoveries and share them and I'm sure it'll be a huge success in both spiritual and material ways for you. It's great to see you checking up on us too!

Trunk, What was the answer? (It's been awhile since I've read PBTS... I felt that book had some really good insights but I felt that it didn't have the whole picture somehow.) ~~~ Witch, Have you quit your day job yet? 6,900th in sales at Amazon totally rocks!! I just reviewed it for you. Once your reviews start coming in and you go paperback, you'll be top 3,000 easy. I'll update my review when I've had more time in the saddle, so to speak. So I'm trying to get used to decaf tea in the meantime. There's still some caffeine in there... do you have to be 100% strict? (actually, you answered this in the book... no, but every little bit helps). And I'm phasing back to drinking milk rather than soy milk. Even without following everything, the insights are still very helpful. -Yoda

Gino, Welcome! I've always liked what the Dalai Lama said on this subject. He recommend to use new practices and approaches as fertilizer to help deepen the connection to the religion that you are born with. Yoda

Yes but up and down is so 90s ... I prefer equilibration vs over accumulation... better geared for today's metrosexual topography. *Yoda continues reverie involving several sexy advaita gurus and experiencing intense okayness*

Here's Winn's recent commentary on sexual practices and the key sound: http://forum.healingdao.com/general/message/13345%5C Sort of what I thought... just the healing sounds repackaged.

So from my last few days of experimenting, the Witch Diet does what it says it does. I'm sure it gets more powerful over time too. The next question is is this a good thing?? I've been reading up on the research and not enough dopamine and mice get otherworldly as they don't get around to eating and too much and they are little sex fiends. Got to find the right balance point. The right balance point is probably the one that everyone is at naturally right now and supported by their habitual diet and lifestyle. Tweaking it just a bit probably can't hurt, though... Yoda

Cat- I just started taking a tablespoon of Carlsons a day. Interesting thoughts, y'all! I just finished the book... it's got a lot of recommendations that might be a bit hard to follow 100% but she suggests experimenting with each step at a time to see what you think. It's a lot of fish oil it's 4.5 grams of the DHA and EFA combined for a 170lb individual. -Yoda

True, but to split hairs... the trouble is that people, myself included, often prioritize happiness as being 5th or 6th priority or something... the second you make it a secondary goal it gets lost in the shuffle. And as the life force dissipates, it gets hard to get back on the trail again. But that's just the game we are playing in this realm and the whole process is a strengthening one even if we do get lost here and there and need a fresh body to get back to the signal.

Feeling as good as reasonably possible, then.

Btw, Witch's book "the Orgasmic Diet" is on Amazon right now. What I've read of it so far, it is very interesting. Itunes has removed Sex is Fun podcasts, but I found a link here: http://archive-a02.libsyn.com/podcasts/29b...femalegspot.mp3 Haven't listened to the show yet. Imo, I think ???'s advice is correct from a perspective of a high level yogi. But it's better to find a balance of moderation and enjoyment for most modern day yogis. If you are an average yogi but have high ambitions, it's better to get very serious about meditation practice and just leave energy cultivation/discipline practices at an easy going level.

I can do 1 inch and will work up to zero inch. Wall squats are good for pistol training too.

Cat, I'm glad you liked my report... I wanted to manifest a smile out of you! Just from my playing around with all this, specific is better but not crucial... "I want to dance in on the moon tomorrow first thing in the morning in my physical body" is pretty specific but since I could never really feel like that will happen no matter how good I get at positive thinking, it won't. Esther is more positive about it, though... maybe the person desired is happily married or moon tourism is a long ways off, or both parachutes really are broken... ask and ye shall recieve is a cosmic law and there can be no exceptions to it. The essence of what you want will be yours in the form of a relationship with another person, joining a fun dance class, or after splatting, getting the energy of it in joyful experiences in the spirit realm. I hope she's right!! Cam could have his egolessness and I could have my, um, various desires fulfilled! (Mostly egolessness too, of course. ) Yoda

Abraham is the entity formerly known as Prince. (actually, Abraham is the collection of entities that Esther allegedly channels who has pioneered the modern presentation of the philosophy of the law of attraction.) Esther is often asked to de-Abraham her philosophy of the law of attraction to increase its appeal and she said it wouldn't work. To use the law of attraction, you have to have an appreciation of how the physical and non-physical realms interact with each other and channeling is a good example of that. Also, she says that channelling isn't a special gift but that anyone can channel anyone else, living or dead, whenever... it's a normal ability and the belief that it's impossible or very difficult to do so separates us from a tool 1000x more powerful than the Internet. (Imagine being able to tap into the wisdom of a tree, your ancestors, the Buddha, and your lineage all before lunch! Cheaper than the Internet too!) Is Abraham a god realm deva issuing god realm limited advice? I came at Esther's philosophy from the perspective of a Tibetan Buddhist, so this was a major concern of mine, too. I don't really have a direct answer, but here are some thoughts: It's interesting that different channels, gurus, ouija boards, etc say different things about the LOA, nature of the spirit realm, etc. Esther would say that if you put spiritual masters from different traditions, kids at various slumber parties, scientists, and terrorists in front of a divination tool like a ouija board they'd get a lot of different results... ouija board wouldn't budge for the scientist, it'd inaccurately gossip at the slumber party, assuming the terrorists were Vikings who believed in divination, it'd tell them to kick some ass, etc. Everyone gets what they expect (ie LOA)... which makes the non-physical realm to look gossipy, silly, vengeful, kind, enlightened, etc. From what you get, you could assume that the terrorist was speaking to a demon, the kids were talking to a bored ex-pirate, Esther's students were talking to a deva, and the spiritual master was channeling her enlightened lineage. (While many traditions don't articulate their wisdom in terms of channeling their master or lineage, many do very explicitly and many more talk about taking constant inspiration from their lineage in every moment. Of course, many don't articulate this sort of thing in the slightest.) (The kind of people who show up to Esther are not spiritual aspirants, they just want improvements in health, wealth, and love. So Abraham comes across as a deva/healer.) Per Abraham, even the most funky demon that gets channelled/seen/experienced/etc is actually a very loving presence acting out a role necessitated by the LOA which is necessary part of the evolutionary process of this realm. (the same would apply to anyone you bump into whether human, animal, ghost, god, demigod, etc) I know that's a pretty outrageous claim to make, but I've seen this at least alluded to before in different traditions. In my mind, Abraham is your everyday Joe pitching in at a practical level of reality healing toothaches and heartaches. Yoda

I think dreams reveal the alignment between our minds and our souls/self & Self/ego and egolessness/etc. If they are at one, then no dreams. If they are pals then nice dreams, if they are at odds then conflicting dreams.

I know that in Tibetan lore, lots of the ritual implements and weapons are made out of meteoric iron. My vibe would be that iron is cold and grounding and that meteoric iron would be even more so. So good for overheating issues and grounding purposes possibly.

Killer massage routine, Freeform! qi.org in the forms section has the two most popular forms of qigong: essential soaring crane and fragrant qigong. Both very simple. I've just discovered them from Isvatn. Fragrant can be done while sitting and photos are at http://www16.brinkster.com/xianggong/en/actions.html If you want a taichi type form, I've heard very good things about Winn's medical taichi form. One thing I've noticed about Winn's primodial taichi form is that you can do it in your imagination and still get the same results from it. Kinda weird, but there you have it. I haven't checked to see if that's true with other moving forms, but I wouldn't be surprised.

Cat, Very cool. I've never even heard of black seed oil before. I wonder if they carry it in vitamin shops around here? I'll check around. My Mom has something I don't understand... it's seasonal/pollen and she has some of the normal symptoms but mainly she gets sleepy all the time. She can't take vitamin C, but I'll see if I can get her to try the black seed and the MSM. Thanks, Yoda

Cat, Thanks for the suggestion, I'll definitely try it! What kind of allergies did those remedies work for and how intense were they? Thanks! Yoda

Lino, Sounds like a nice practice. I'll have to check it out. My daughter has minor allergies and I got her to try a few drops of bioAllers homeopathic treatment and she said it worked. Then again her allegies are so slight, that a placebo effect could work too.
