How to heal negative memories- Extremely powerful
skydog replied to skydog's topic in General Discussion
Friend is right (sometimes you should stick more to the original ways of doing it) you can also tap after the side of the body points: on the side of the thumb, side of the index, pinky finger, karate chop point, the bit on the back of the hand beneath the fourth finger, after tapping that you can hymn a song for 5-10 seconds, count to 5 then hymn a song again for 5-10 seconds, after that, you can shake your hands out take a few deep breaths. Also every 10 minutes or so you want some water to change the energy systems. And every half hour it might be helpful to have a short 2 minute break walking around going to the toilet. I didnt tap on those other points because I spent sometimes 5 minutes just tapping out the energy on one of the meridian points, I dont know I just saw it as a waste to move on when so much was being discharged. This is something that's had a dramatic effect for me anyways- I feel more peaceful, I feel a lot younger as well suprisingly its like my skin feels new, I walk around these days often feeling like im in a trance having compassionate wishes for people, I have less resentment for my parents and thus better relationships, and stand up for myself a lot more, Im a lot more honest, not really scared of other peoples opinions so much. IMO this is one of the best real life applications of spirituality stuff as it really affects behaviour in such a short period of time whereas an hour of meditation might not neccessarily. It would be nice to see more tips from proffesionals- I am not a proffesional, but what Ive done has been quite dramatic for myself, and sometimes its better to just do it at 95% of the efficiency than not doing it at all. Something I find helpful is to search for the feelings like in the sedona method, spend maybe 20 minutes with that, if your finding it difficult to understand your reactions to certain things Also I watched a film yesterday Disney's the Kid. It was all about a man that had lost his playful child, too rigid, it was all about this inner child stuff and going back to certain memories or events and changing them thus the whole course of his history, Its a funny movie. -
How to heal negative memories- Extremely powerful

yeh EFT Matrix re-imprinting, wrote it for my dad though.. -
Ive read that book but I find that matrix re-imprinting book is more powerful IMO, I will release all the pain from one memory and be shaking, burping, yawning, laughing/crying out tension...
-
There are schools of thought EFT Matrix Re-imprinting, feeding your demons- books That say that those "demons, or hurt inner children/traumatic memories" already exist in a sort of dimension and are attached to every cell in your body, when you love or release the pain of those memories or demons they change.
-
I agree, you had a compassionate intention encaphelon, but the point isnt neccessarily to change or kill your demons but to feed and accept them, sometimes anger helps, sometimes selfishness is good, sometimes jealousy is good.etc Love all parts of yourself, then IF you feel like it work on improvement

Well the technique is to speak to that repressed part of the personality and ask what wisdom does it have for me, how can It better my life to use it, or even just to try and understand that part of the personality In the opposite way, I just thought we could flip it Speak to the overused part of the personality and ask how might it be negative, how can it harm. Then your in a situation where you dont over or undervalue other people or yourself.

Yes interesting- For example Intelligence-It can be bad to be smart as you think too much, what is intelligence, but knowledge which can be argued, smart can cause nuclear weapons, belief that you are always right and do bad things, more likely to lie, curious, believe my own bullshit, believe other peoples bullshit Care about other people can be bad- May mean doing things which jeaopordise myself or family, may mean not actually helping other people, may mean that I suffer for other people, may mean that Im not selfish when I need to be
-
But we are also a part of nature Our thoughts to want to change something are also a part of nature Our thoughts that something is not right is also a part of nature
-
Thanks for everyones replys, not going to lie..I actually agree with everyones opinions.. This post was interesting because I think I dont like this about myself, but I probably do. Also maybe better to look at what you appreciate about yourself, although that might be just as dysfunctional also maybe there is never a time to stop healing ones self or point to trying to heal the past.. No-ones opinion seems right or wrong..lol

I know Ive been mean and hurtful to people in the past and will probably continue to be, but how can I try and make sure I heal the pain, that I may have been somewhat responsible in causing, eg insulting brother when younger, insulting parents during an argument? Is this just needless suffering?

Well interesting that you dont agree with the concept that what we hate in others is what we hate in ourself. I suppose it is just a concept. I tend to believe it as somewhat true..eg if a child is taught that being angry is wrong, he might see someone angry and dislike them for it, or might feel bad about being angry. I also think that what we hate in others is usually what we consider a threat to our survival, so it could be personality traits or it could be actions people are taken. Im also open to the view that that could just be a concept.

well if you ever notice someone else you dont like, that is usually a part of yourself, you dont like. I havent done this exercise in a couple of years, your right at some point you got to kick back and say yeah ok, but this is still a useful exercise. If you look at everyone you dont like, you will find what you dont like about yourself, at least it frees up some energy. This thread is making me look like i hate myself, no one is perfect, you cant help unconscious repression of personality traits lol

Thanks for your compassion, but I am just shedding light to disowned parts of myself, Carl Jung said you dont fight personality parts by repressing them but by accepting them, Alan Watts was also like this. Occassionally I just like to be honest about what parts I dislike, and use it to better myself and love others more. I did copy and paste a word document with looking at each of those personality parts and choosing to accept it as good, and seeing how its perfectly acceptable that those personality traits exist.. Ill just copy and paste a couple. That I think my theories on life are the truest Strong belief in theories and life, at least I am realising now that they are just theories, It is ok to be extremely certain, the universe can be extremely certain sometimes, I am both strong theories and weak theories theyre both the same none are better than the other Occasionally when I lack control, by masturbating, sexual issues, getting angry at people I like, being in negative states of mind What is control, who is the controller, There are forces- anger, sexual energy, insulting, negative emotions which crave attention, who is the me that thinks I can repress things Not being productive Maybe the universe didn’t want “me” to be productive, other things felt better, productiveness gets destroyed, who is the “I” that is worthy when “achievement happens” achievement is a concept that doesn’t exist in the now Starting a project and not finishing it What is a project, starting a project and finishing, what is starting, what is finishing, who is the I that started it, who is the I that finished it, decided to change my mind or go with the mind or feelings, there is no such thing as going without the mind as not going with the mind, why is it good to finish something that doesn’t last, why is it good not to finish it, why is it bad not to finish it, how do I know when something is finished

I agree with you that often people try to do good, just for the reward or for the fear of punishment, which is why I was very unsure about absolute moralism for a long time, however its more of a feeling of being just like or connected to the other person and feeling bad about my actions.

solutions: Transformation of consciousness- whatever ways most effective- drugs, brainwave entrainment, meditation centers that are free and open to everyone, Opportunities to fairly distribute wealth- eg projects to build homes, organic food, vegetarian food, pure water, technology makes education free for all, chances to travel and experience other cultures whilst helping Potentially no other way but of harming the elite into giving up their resources, fighting to overthrow the rulers I dont see as unspiritual no advertising everywhere Hemp clothes, materials, homes

Just curious...Can building shapes/materials affect consciousness/brainwaves
skydog posted a topic in General Discussion
Briefly watched something about sacred geometry and how it was apparantely used in egypt to affect brainwaves into a higher state of consciousness and how people find it easy to meditate in pyramids in bosnia. Does anyone know anything about this? -
Matrix Re-Imprinting for memories The healing codes Magical Passes, then shaking medicine and gibberish meditation combined with periods of meditation Qigong- Ken cohen's routine Zen- looking at every thought writing it down Microcosmic orbit and Inner smile (really get it down) Yoga for the hips Yin Jin Jing and Five animal frolics Astral projection Trying to memorise at least all the theory before I go travelling, some days Ive done 7 hours or more, however some days Ive wasted my day sleeping drained my energy masturbating

No informer havent done any experimenting, but if it was true then maybe houses/buildings should be constructed that way lol, that picture of the flower is pretty to look at, I once saw a book about sacred geometry but it was massive, and at the time I couldnt be bothered to read it lol -
Lightbulb Alternative in the Phillipines
skydog replied to konchog uma's topic in General Discussion
That documentary is interesting, so it seems that most products, cars, computer, lightbulbs, washing machines, clothes are being made to have an extremely short life, so that people will continue buying it..That is outrageous, stealing my fucking money! also that waste dumping is pretty terrible too. Think I might start to buying hemp clothes, look at products that arent planned to obselete quickly -
I decided to try and accept everything as perfect the way it is..however I wanted to do some research on the richest people on the planet First of all the true richest people are not on any list because that would be extremely offensive. It is rumoured the rothschilds and rockefeller family own 111 trillion dollars although that figure is probably too small. The queen for example..lives of previously stolen lands and exploited slave labour Then we look at people like Bill Gates- Dont get me wrong in some ways I can agree that he was a smart man, "somewhat" responsible for his success, however he is viewed by millions as the anti-christ. He is said to have prevented an increase in technology, massive monopolisation of the markets, purposely putting viruses into computers etc, his philanthropy is questionable as he donates to causes which benefit his business for example giving money to venezualian government to use his software instead of open software. Then you get things like walmart. It is pretty much slave labour, anything for profit, not to mention all the food products have been exploited. Anyways in all my research I also came to the conclusion that us spending a few pounds on some chocolate needlessly is like billionaires spending money on another car needlessly. Also wealth doesnt equate to happiness for example a lot of people want bill gates dead. I also decided to do some research into religion..judaism in particular, a religion that feeds on this chosen few superior to gentiles stuff, the messchiah is someone who all jews should aim to be and will win many wars and land for israel..that is dangerous and poisoinous.
