ANONYMOUS Declaration of Freedom Nov. 5, 2013

hmm yeh I guess so.. I was watching this video on Tibetan demonstrations and even though I felt sad about all the tibetans (even made me cry) I can kind of understand how some people only think in terms of monetary gain and power and dont care about other stuff, maybe that is there role in life or something. Then spirituality could often be viewed as bad for society (and trust me this is probably the first time I have articulated this thought) So it seems there will always be two extremes between society and spirituality, keeping in balance and harmony avoiding becoming too extreme or maybe they are meant to become extreme then rebalance again. But anyways I definately want and know there will be changes in the future. But reading some of that stuff about "eg bankers will be put on trial" sounded a bit extreme, I mean my dad was a banker, and some people find it hard to understand different perspectives. I dont know rambling here. Agree and disagree -

not so sure about this.. it could easily be a government controlled opposition.. -
I thought words would ruin the energy/intent of this thread lol i moved it to general, soon to offtopic if you don't post any content. please don't post stuff like this in the articles section. someone made a post about spirituality and drugs so I thought I would make one about spirituality and dogs Being silly, playful is spiritual. Everything is somewhat spiritual. In my opinion, articles that are way too serious and philosophical do not belong in the articles section. I am joking but serious too, and it might sound offensive, but not really my intention. Oh yeh please can I have this back in the contributed articles section, cos it belongs there lol

Heart-centered living and Middle Dan Tien precautions

Thought I would share some info. Imo one of the best ways of opening the heart is through ecstatic dance in a group whilst focusing on strong feelings of love, appreciation and forgiveness. The ancients had it right, almost all them worked with ecstatic dance, gospel singers, sufis, celts, bushmen, native americans etc Playing to listening to music eg the flute of a high vibration. Drumming activates the heart and other things (if you wana be all scientific about it) dancing is a form of qigong especially if your channels are open, it becomes more spontaneous. Shamans imitate animals frequently in this process, similar to animal play qigong. Then with the mind people pray strongly. Eg think of and conjure up strong feelings of love, by thinking of loved ones, sending love to others and oneself, forgiving self and others, imagining one is in heaven now, and this would be it, joy appreciating desires as if one has it, appreciating things, laughter. In a group activates the heart better because by oneself one can feel less together and sharing the love etc. One of my Qigong teachers methods for developing the heart is singing, I think...because it lets go and works with surrender and the soul takes over, Also when one focuses on feelings it can also bring up a lot of bad stuff, eg a poor person focusing on thinking they are rich conjures up feelings of being rich and not being rich etc, so one can delete the weaknesses too, it can also help, to have a more natural open heart all the time. But I find conjuring up emotions very powerful too. Also one can get carried away with deleting weaknesses and become unnatural, being one with nature has some relevance to the heart. Love..lol -
WHen one poses a question to oneself, ones subconscious mind will work on the task to enable the question to be answered. Either that or you could call it "akashic records" asking where does this issue come from? ANyways questions phrased in a way such as How can I create this? WHat is the best way to make this happen? What do I want in life, if I had no limitations? What are my obstacles? Why cant I achieve that? Is this true? What is silly about this idea? How can I make sure this happens and that doesnt happen? When will this happen? How is it true, that this could very likely happen/there is no way this wont happen? How can I make this simpler? How can I make this easy? How can I make this more productive? If one poses the question and lets it go, then goes for a walk, or later on in the day, or after waking up, one can receive the answers to many things. edit : Some inspiration from Byron Katies "The work"

Another thing that I felt like contemplating, ideas that can ground or unground one, make one feel less like they belong, less rooted, thought id share while I contemplate the topic. Feel free to share the discussion So I notice while I find many comedy programs entertaining, I do notice their exists a subtle manipulation to control peoples minds through the use of humour. This is not new, racist jokes exist, homophobic jokes exist, and actually jokes are a very powerful way to deliver messages or communicate ideas. While you may find this paranoid fair enough, you can just ignore this idea. So in some comedy programs it is like they make fun of everyone, just for being who they are, it is like you shouldnt act like this or you should act like that otherwise you are not normal and will be teased. Now again this sounds paranoid, but why is it certain people make jokes about some things and not others. Im assuming a lot of people wouldnt make racist jokes to the race they are talking to unless it was all taken light heartedely and friendly manner which is rare. People usually make these jokes to deliver some kind of message or assertation. You shouldnt act like this or that. So anyways being normal does not mean that you are not unique. Being normal does not mean you do not have your own interests, ideas, perspectives, feelings. Being normal does not mean behave like everyone else. It sort of feels like a divide and conquer tactic, if everyone feels seperate from each other, they will not unite together and rulers are strong (again this probably sounds paranoid so ignore me lol) Some people feel have s trong energetic weakness around being different, that means when they contemplate the topic of being different for a second, their body is not neutral (not empty but rather peaceful, not too for or against, balanced etc) when one contemplates the topic of being different rather it makes their body weak and imbalanced if one notice, one can shed light on this on some form or another until they are fine being different. Similarly some people have strong energetic weakness around being the same, they don't want to be the same as others. So one can shed light on this too. Until they are balanced between same/different. In nature things are created uniquely, everyone has different experiences, perceptions and maybe that is good and beautiful. I dont really have much else to say on this topic. Thanks for reading.

Also one can have weaknesses to judging other people as different/normal. Some people show their light in different ways, some people are very social, which helps them in some aspects in others not so much. SOme people are very dedicated with intense focus, which helps them in some aspects and not others. Some people are very assertive. Some people follow rules. Some people are good at telling jokes. Often people are bron to naturally have a certain personality type, which means they may be better at some things than others. SO by following ones heart and doing what they are naturally good at they are making the most skillful virtous actions, using their own light. Oh yeh this post is puerly me contemplating plus sharing.

MPG Real spontaneous movement will require transmission from a high level teacher, or youd have to have decent amount with energy. Transmissions from teachers can advance ones practice by months even years. You dont have to meet Buddha to have spiritual progress, you can learn things from everyone, I learn things from you too, like being more logical and grounded. Ones diet eg too much meat can make ones energy cultivation weak for certain people, it can be good for others, for you, it would help to adopt a more vegetarian diet. Also retaining sexual energy is very powerful especially if your young, Im assuming you are, there are not real dangers, you just have to use the energy for other things. Find a teacher who can advance the level your at, then if your lucky and progress a lot, find another teacher. Everyone has the ability to progress an extreme amount, it takes thousands of hours of work, if one has a lot of karma, it can be more helpful to remove the karma but that may come later. I admit I got a bit annoyed, but also being somewhat ruthless in trying to convince people of certain things. -

""he grandfather, I was feeling wise, peaceful, trickster-like letting the young ones make mistakes and yet with a watchful eye lest they make one too grave for my liking while at the same time not interfering with their lessons (in effect - wise from experience)."" This is a nice share srichi Thanks

Creating sustainable transformational communities Gofund me account
skydog posted a topic in The Rabbit Hole
http://www.gofundme.com/45o91o I am looking to create communities for people who wish to transform themselves, develop their creativity, pursue or find out their passion or become more empowered and in tune with the world, whilst living with like minded people in a peaceful, inexpensive environment. I am looking to make this in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. I have created an account for support, with every support received one can receive artwork from me, if they wish. I am starting a Business course in a Week and already have a few people interested in buying a house/supporting me. Check it out. Peace -

Actually a few times doing strong heart practices I noticed that there was so much joy it was like my heart couldnt take any more and I would just explode lol, or I felt so sensitive/about to get emotional at the slightest provocation. So I just changed around a bit, more grounding less heart work, after hours of heart practices one can feel what an open heart feels like, and notices when one doesnt have an open heart, but then leave the practices for a while, but learn much from the time when one was doing heart practices and go back to it later. When people say the heart, I actually feel my physical heart and it changes, not so sure about the area in the middle of the chest. Sometimes working on the root or grounding etc is good for the heart, sometimes working on the third eye/throat is good for the heart etc, it seems to be all related to each other somewhat. I prefer to not concentrate on chakras with my mind, rather through the body, spontaneous movements or through some natural stuff, like dancing, being in nature etc. Heart work can just be doing good deeds, not doing bad things, horse stance can on one level block the heart but be good for the heart if one is too impulsive etc, paying attention to the way one thinks about things or memories and beliefs can strongly affect the heart, contemplating animals. Living life in a way that pleases the heart, even being assertive and not repressing oneself or being courageous seems to affect the heart. One is usually doing what is instinctually the most appropriate thing for their soul anyways. -

Ok...so back on original topic. Having plans can definately be very powerful and some people can become too "spontaneous" But one can gain deep relaxation and trust in life by simply being comfortable with the unknown and uncertainty, and rely on the universe and their higher self whilst taking appropriate action too. It takes a lot of letting go and trust to deal with uncertainty but it can also be a powerful ally. In the book Autobiography of a Yogi, the guy goes to travel, on a particular task and his guru says all he has to do is trust, have complete trust, if he doubted it wouldnt work. There was a long story involved there. Slowly I am becoming more comfortable trusting and being open to not having to plan things, but I notice it strongly affects my sense of peace. -
Would like to hear other peoples perspectives on this. Also if when one dies, one has a new incarnation, learns new things, is that part of nature? Why did people value it so much? Perhaps one feels good now, but in the past one may have had bad experiences so justifies things from their current feelings. Its good to enjoy life, now right?

Now I feel like Im bragging, fuck it some things need to be said. I do not like the term Genius, everyone is a "genius", everyone can develop genius, I have developed some level of it. I always like to think I can learn more. I have learned from many people, practice many forms. As Yamu said in another thread, one doesnt know when one will develop "special abilities" it depends on past lives, it is dependent on vibration. As Leandro mentioned on another thread, first you work with Qi, then you work with Shen, working with shen is different, relies on quality of energy, once you have some shen, it does the work. -

Im not really sure that was his intention. That is not how I see his comments, this is granted my own perception, but I dont see it as him bragging rather him making factual statements. I agree MPG has strong logic and intense motivation, but that is not an excuse for insulting others. It also doesnt mean his energetic cultivation level is higher than many members here. Again not everything works according to human logic. Sometimes one has to practice less and more efficiently to "gain", I think this is the point of my thread. For example he may have intense motivation, but that doesnt mean he has practiced more or used high quality methods. I see my own progress in a couple of years about as much as many masters have developed, not working spending up to 15 hours a day doing efficient practices based on intuition. I dont take kindly to be talked down to like some idiot on every thread I make. -

" I don't think anyone is entitled to their opinion, only what they can defend. If you can't defend your opinion you don't have one." I would like to remind you that this is a discussion forum, and I don't have to defend anything from attack. This is not the boxing ring. -

Sorry you are justifying things and rationalising them in your own mind to avoid seeing things clearly, members who have no experience with the Mopai, travelled to other countries with many masters or met many teachers who have developed a certain level, seem to think they know everything about everything. Mjjbecker is completely valid in what he said. Perhaps the word idiot was strong, but somewhat neccessary to those who blabber about things they have zero knowledge about and insult everyone on this forum constantly. -
Many thanks all
