How not knowing ones path could be a much greater form of wisdom and power
skydog replied to skydog's topic in General Discussion
Actually I can read energy, I can tell you about things that your overly scientific rational mind would need 10,00 experiments and a john chang signature before you accept, I can also read energy of others in this thread. Not being able to read energy, or even understand spontaneous movements or feel energy as well as your constant negativity is proof alone of your cultivation level. I have a teacher, a secretive teacher, who is "high level" and his main practice he reccomends is spontaneous movements. I do not need to discuss things with people like you, who do not believe anything anyways. -

I wonder if you know what Intuition is More Pie Guy. Seeming as you think you have the authority to attack other people in this forum as "new age drivel" Based on your standards of evaluating people (powers) etc, a lot of people in this thread alone, could be YOUR teacher. Let alone running some nonsense about John Chang. If you dont understand what Intuition is, what spontaneous movements are or how much logic can be a hindrance to success, you HAVE NO AUTHORITY OR PLACE to insult others in this thread who imo have a much greater level of energetic cultivation. Everything is not science. -

I agree with your post Zerostao and.. "skydog, you kinda look more like a sky tiger today , but never-the-less" Yeh decide to work with animal symbolism/totems/spirits intuitively, the tiger is showing up quite strongly right now- showed up about this time last year too http://www.spiritanimal.info/tiger-spirit-animal/ Peace (oh wait should I mention this in front of line people) lol -

Its funny that Bushmen Shamans often refer to Westerners as "the line people" because of their strict adherence to logic, they call themselves people of the circle. Not that I condone such separation, but its a stark contrast to a lot of people who say you must know what you are doing at all times, and act "logically". They actually make fun of people who behave like this. -

Spontaneous movement is not really flopping around on the floor. -

Spontaneous movements are widely considered High level Qigong by many teachers. I have reported your post regarding "real spiritual systems" please troll another thread. -
Ok this is purely for my own exploration, at the same time it might be nice to see what anyone else thinks or if anyone else gets something out of this that is cool. Was just noticing things that make me feel less rooted, grounded, belonging so to speak and want to shed light on them through contemplation and writing. So one has the belief that they dislike the world. Well that is purely a belief s there are probably equally just as many things that they like about the world, ones house, technology, food, safety etc. The belief that one dislikes the way the world is run only comes about as a skewed paradigm when one feels fed up with a situation. Or dislikes the way the world is compared to the way they believe it could be or might be in the future. One may think the world should be a certain way, but how do they know that would create immediate or long lasting greatness. Perhaps things would quickly return back to normal under the same consciousness or its some peoples path in life to live a certain way or not due to karma etc. Perhaps everything evolves at its own natural pace, and keeping ideas of a future world in mind might be relevant occasionally but is perhaps not so wise to always dwell in imaginary scenarios of what could be. Perhaps one creates their version of the world through their thinking and beliefs and someone else creates another version. Ones ideas of why they think something can be improved may be false. Ok to be continued had to stop for a moment.

I have done sungazing before and it is very very powerful heard a couple of people mentioned skygazing, so I tried it, feel pretty good after I guess. Does anyone have information about this?, not that it is neccessary am just a curious cat. Peace

Remaining grounded, in tune with the world..whilst disliking certain things in the world.
skydog replied to skydog's topic in General Discussion
So some people in the world, many people in the world have different interests and across many cultures and time periods, many people respond to things more of their vibration, their was socialism, capitalism, etc, someone could feel like their ideals are met in one culture and not in another doesnt mean they belong to earth less. -
Another contemplation- What is a "spiritual/earthly person"
skydog posted a topic in General Discussion
I feel this is an unconscious belief some people have about themself (hopefully not just me) because of their respect for "spiritual matters" They may seperate between people who are "spiritual and not" But this kind of thinking may heavily unground one. Because it will make one view themself as not a person anymore and something different. So contemplating this. A person is a person Heaven is heaven Eath is earth What is an earthly activity- well some people may suggest it is taking care of ones needs, desires, but how can one not call this a heavenly activity too. What is a heavenly activity- thinking about connection to all, love, higher vibration stuff, etc, well isnt that also an earthly activity. Can a heavenly person exist? Well a person is a person with needs, desires, beliefs, thoughts, feelings, they may have a greater or lesser connection to nature, heaven/earth, but it doesnt really make them less of a person. Also ones connection can change too. Every human has a spirit, body, mind so one cannot be a different kind of person. -
Not 100% sure why Im writing this, experimenting with not deleting stuff. Ok so what is realistic Realistic is a goal which one person or society at large considers to be more probable to happen than something else, easy to attain, something backed by hard evidence, harder evidence. One person will decide if something is a reasonable goal for themself based on life experience, evidence, strong feelings of the potential to achieve something. One person may have achieved many things against great impossiblity, and so not see limitations and the topic of being realistic as other people do. ANother may have always stuck to what they believe they thought they could achieve which may have been heavily dependent on the society they were raised in. Many people in society are disempowered to believe they cannot achieve what they want, there is all kinds of conditioning and programming to keep people stupid, weak and disempowered, from subtle jokes in comedy programs to school etc. If a group of people are all heavily disempowered and so have lower goals and expectations, but someone else has very strong belief in themself, life experiences, a strong faith in the power of themself to achieve what they put their mind to, then how can one deem whether one is being realistic or not based on the views of people with low opinions of their own capabilitys. When one has done thorough work on their beliefs, traumas or has just seen things more clearly, they notice all kinds of emotions, and conditioning which prevent them from feeling like they can advance, what they thought was a reason that they couldnt achieve something, was really nonsense. They rely on the society that they live in, to tell them whether or not something is accomplishable as if only if something has been accomplished before can it be accomplished. Building a lightbulb, a plane, etc was considered unrealistic. Until people did it, now its considered completely viable. It seems to depend upon who one asks. Getting rid of a physical condition through energy work, when four or five doctors reccomend various things, or even try and get you to pay for expensive surgery might seem unrealistic to some. Depends who one is asking, when they are asking. Perhaps some peoples role in life is to take care of security and assess risk, thus they see "realistic" as a high value. Another persons role in life is to create things, achieve, live life to the full, thus they see "realistic" as more of a fear based limitation. One person relies on their intuition and heart to make decisions, another persons thinks thats nonsense and they should always use logic. These types often oppose each other, can they even find a balance. People believe they cannot achieve things, and because of their belief they dont. Whereas some people find a way, and ask them self How? instead of Why wont this work? working from the paradigm of focusing on beliefs etc, even seems absurd for some, and "unrealistic" because they have not yet seen evidence in their own life of the power of belief, and how ones mind looks for proof of it. Some people demand hard evidence for everything, they cannot walk a step outside the door without receiving hard evidence for something, others rely on their intuition and heart to often lead decisions. Is it even possible to tell one that they should rely on logic, when they have seen the effect of their intution and heart. We know people have energy, yet people doubt it, and say its all hokey pokey until someone measures it with a camera or something, but yet someone has missed out on so much because they didnt have proof for attaining it. SOmething is unrealistic until it has been achieved. Well then that leaves no room for more creation does it. Yeh.

Yes, thanks for sharing, that is an interesting comment.
-
Sorry not everything is about you, I contemplate the topic of realistic, because I am developing business/ideas and always have to listen to people insult me for "not being realistic" Intuition is not logical, well it kind of is depending on ones definition of logic, it is sort of a feeling/emotion. Some people, women especially rely on emotions making decisions, a lot of people use their emotions.
-
Ok more writing after a walk Ok so logic has its place in reality too, one often needs logic to get by and make decisions. One needs to take into account the more likely options and not feel like thinking somethings are more likely is a limitation to creation or achievement. Somethings may be more accomplishable later, than now, and there is value in sometimes seeing things as more likely, it is not neccessarily harsh, sometimes it is like mathematics, 5 plus 5 =10, however it is not always so. One doesnt have to abandon what they want to achieve, or accomplish or what excites their heart because of wanting to remain safe. They just need to bear certain things in mind which are more viable, or at least at the moment and not completely neglect these things. realistic doesnt mean one doesnt imagine or receive ideas. Imagination and ideas put into action creates results, thus imagination and ideas are part of reality too. One must bear in mind the logical likelyhood of something to be achieved or not achieved as well as ones heart and intuitive likelihood. They dont have to work with either way neccessarily as they are combination of all. One doesnt have to rely on other peoples definition of realistic to create their definition but must not neglect the use of knowledge, mathematics, facts, things which are more likely, less likely, and be completely taken by their feelings. Ones feelings may be powerful but attaining balance does not mean an expressive idealistic person becomes a cold logical person, just that both sides know a little bit more of their opposite. A man is more man than a woman is not 50% 50%. Why Im writing this. I used to contemplate, write, write poetry ask questions, discuss things, until I started deleting weaknesses. The latter seems more natural, I am experimenting. Ones thoughts affect their energy it seems too.

Observations on the Horse Stance and Grounding in general
skydog posted a topic in General Discussion
I have been doing a few exercises recently as part of an increase effort to be more in tune with the world after my third eye and areas above the head opened up. So first of all I started doing the PC muscle exercises, starting at 100 reps, then a month later 900 reps x4 sets, 2 minute holds etc. This pumps a lot of energy to the root chakra. The other is horse stance. I mean deep, good posture, 90 degree horse stance with hands still in prayer position above chest, relaxed. Ok so a few months ago my best in complete stillness and occassional leg shaking was about 3 and a half minutes. With shaking and hands healing my body it was about 12 minutes or so. I started this recently again, and first started at 1 minute but did it four times a day or so. Eventually it got to 4 and a half minutes, then 6 minutes, then 7 minutes, then 8 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 17 minutes. Now its no longer a "Muscle exercise" Rather the energy keeps me there, but Im choosing to progress slowly. As I already had a fair amount of energy. So I notice that being grounded is related to things like Feeling safe and prioritising safety Being responsible Assessing priorities and risk Being to the point Sexuality Money and Abundance Comfortable expressing all parts of oneself etc etc Ive spent time going over memories related to this stuff. But also I notice after the Horse Stance and during all kinds of thoughts and beliefs pop up related to being grounded eg. I am not grounded because I take a lot of risks Grounded people never have fun and are always worried. I dont like to follow rules so Im not grounded etc. Some of these are complete nonsense. So deleting the weaknesses helps or strengthening a part of behaviour. SO by having certain beliefs about why your not grounded makes you ungrounded. But yeh acting or not acting a certain way can ground one or unground one. I guess its more having your feet on the ground. I also notice that if one isnt careful this heavy earth energy can open up a lot of crap which blocks the spiritual stuff. For example. I notice there is an urge to not bother with big ideas, "be realistic" etc. A lot of people on this site favour practices related to working with earth energy first. But often this can have the effect of working entirely with the earth energy and neglecting the spiritual. This can leave people feel groggy, tense with the energy sinking, instead of the light of the higher energy. When people ignore the spiritual, they are too "realistic" lacking imagination, creativity, perception, heart blockages. Too much aggression etc. However equally if one ignores earth energy, they lack vitality and being in tune with the world. Also I was discussing with someone yesterday saying how I like how the Chinese keep things quiet and humble with their QIgong and he mentioned yeh sometimes its out of humility but often its to prevent progress and the students from out progressing them, so they keep things hidden. With the third eye open, ones intuition is the practice, they know exactly how much and when, they know all kinds of things about nature and the future and reading others energy. Without they are stuck. -
Observations on the Horse Stance and Grounding in general

To edit todays session made me realise yesterdays session was not quite thighs flat more 70-80% getting lazy (at least yesterday), so not as good as I thought. Also this post was perhaps more for me since I highly value things like creativity, perception, imagination, having an open heart, not too much aggression, Having high expectations such that people may deem realistic or unrealistic. Perhaps this is not everyones values or path. Also deleting the weaknesses with the yuen method/whatever will ensure that the energy goes up/down, not just the physical exercise. For example some beliefs popped out today "I am a spiritual person I am not an earthly person A memory of not belonging at one school I feel strongly that people should work in jobs they enjoy and not slave labour I dont like Tv shows that other people like. etc etc I find beliefs like this make one feel less like they belong and less rooted so to speak. So deleting weaknesses, beliefs, and changing behaviour patterns can keep ones feet on the grounding. However as someone I respect once said the goal is not to keep the energy down, the energy can and should stay up as it does so naturally, but if it is not going down, naturally then one should look to there life and behaviour patterns to make sure there are no reasons the energy isnt getting stuck. These are all my own observations. I am no master. -

In my experience pain, is usually channels trying to open, and resisting the process in someway or not being comfortable with "spiritual opening" can cause pain. Ive never really had this sort of pain, it usually just feels good there. I feel that for you it is related to an unconscious repression of opening that area and what you would believe would happen to you if it did. That is merely my own perception however, and I would ask someone more experienced. Haha yeh, I thought I would share my experiences, and a reccomendation to not lose the spiritual stuff, I reccomend learning to delete weaknesses as they pop up from the horse stance. Haha have fun with pegasus lol. Peace -
But in your case, you dont know, or speak. Just like to trash on people who do.

Lately I just cant describe how powerful I feel these practices are. The more power/light one has, and the greater ones insight/wisdom/intuition, the quicker it works. Natural Methods, being in nature, different types of Qigong are great and can work very well in conjunction with this, in fact they are the same thing. One can delete whole negative personality traits or things that bother them in like 20 seconds- 10 minutes at most, the trick is to be specific and find the specific thing that bothers them. I know I wrote an article in the contributed articles section, but Im not getting any replies so I thought I would post again. Here is my thoughts on grounding. Grounding can be helped using energetic methods such as bodywork, walking barefoot etc. But often these can be like a band-aid. A temporary relief. Similar to people taking care of their normally bad mood with drugs, tv, porn, bad music, alchohol etc. If one is silent and still all their stuff comes up. A single belief can impact ones whole body and cause major health issues, A single memory can also do the same. I was just reading past stuff Ive posted an clarity mentioned a weakness to critisizing self and others, and for ancestors so I spent 5-10 minutes deleting some stuff and I strongly notice a shift, due to sensitive perception of my heart I really can notice it. I also realised that other peoples thoughts and emotions towards you can affect you, so I spent 10-15 minutes deleting as much from other people as I could and felt a strong shift, I dont think this is manipulative since Im actually ridding them of anger and dont know them anymore really. That is only in the last hour that I took a walk, lol I could write a lot more. Yeh, that is one of those mainpulative guru techniques to lull people into a state of hypnosis. Like whenever someone makes a comment. Quote them this passage or tell them they dont exist, so why are they getting annoyed. I dont need fancy marketing, or to listen to very well written words of eloquent grammar, some people believe that is the only credibility and I feel sorry for them. Luckily enough I rely on my intuition lol.
