I was doing an exercise where I write every thought down and look at it seeing how it could be innaccurate, It was quite a profound experience. Got me to the point where even what I think I see and feel could just be a dream. So when I was dreaming, I started doing this too, and lucid dreamt for the first time. I have several books about lucid dreaming/astral projection but consider it quite outside my abilities to even bother with yet, Im pretty sure Ive experienced another dimension under peyote and telepathy and OBE. Can anyone astral project/lucid dream, how do you do it, do you think its worth doing or easy?

My dad my psychic friend, Im definately going to not overeat and be more relaxed and desireless...fasting and is very powerful although i much prefer gentleness...coincidentally I learn about gentleness and self kindness from the pains of things like fasting and vipassana...all is good

I like to do both everyday and do it all day long, with everything I am doing, walking, lying down, sitting. But actually I may experiment with Old Greens advice also I am only doing 12-13 moves of gift of the Tao that I wrote down from the workshop havent yet bought the Dvds. I am close to 100 days of practice. Here are some "benefits" gained. 1) I have drastically improved my overall productivity, action taking and habits, slowly snowballing everyday something new I do/dont do everyday. 2) I seem to be able to heal my own pains somewhat. 3) I feel much lighter and smoother. 4) I feel much more grounded as I am usually in my lower dantien. Even had my first day of sleep in stillness movement. 5) I am more in control of what I say/dont say, and being more socially acceptable. 6) I feel more powerful generally. It has helped my eating habits and whether or not I drain myself with porn. 7) I seem to accomplish most things I desire, maybe law of attraction? 8) I get a lot of epiphanies around things like kindness. 9) I am seeing much more purpose around life and am clearer of my own direction, I think I may have awakened a few natural "gifts" 10) I cant think of number 10, It would be nice to finish with 10 lol, I am still a beginner and hope to keep my beginner mentality. Ill go with the flow maybe find work that is ok and pays my way, so I feel completely relaxed/desireless when it comes to making art and it will be purely for my own enjoyment..hmmm lol, I will go with the flow with relaxed plans but if I had to make plans and had no limitations I like the idea of creating permaculture communities, energy medicine, volunteering projects for others...hmm but wont go off too much on that atm and yeh art or music seems cool too Thanks for your clarity shenlung

Yes you make fair points...and yeh I will post...at some point cheers...I guess I got to keep my intentions pure, it is quite easy to get into a trap of "money seeking" and fear based stuff, but guess I got to let the fear go, be with work that serves the purpose of making ends meet and who knows maybe I will learn from it/ could be ok/cool and do art for my own enjoyment, purely for my own enjoyment...cheers..

yeh I was tripping out the other day while fasting I thought it was kind of cool but I really preffered the empty it was starting to get annoying, still Im sure that it may be cool to remote view, play with the astral world, go back in time/future...(maybe)
