Ok Nei gong/stillness movement says relaxed awareness in the dan tien. Many other traditions emphasise the heart, I also feel the heart has some value and immense power.. ?

I hope no one minds but I welcome critiscm and may edit some parts of this stuff, I respect everyones opinions on the tao bums one thing I like about it is that there are many different people with different but equally useful opinions. Every person is capable of getting angry, killing someone, having to..even the most so called holy people could find themselves in such situations Every so called "murderer" has good aspects to themselves too, kindness, buddha nature is their too. To call someone murderer is grossly ignorant To call someone holy is grossly ignorant.. conceptually

yeah but it all depends on who was killed/who did the killing. Politicians, judges, lawyers, businessmen are not murderers...saints who "had" to murder someone to save someones life is not a "murderer" But anyone else is a "murderer" One persons terrorist is another persons freedom fighter and one persons greatest warrior is the most evil person who ever existed according to someone else

I dont need to do tantra I do these kind of exercises by myself during stillness movement or in the shower, and it has been helpful.. opening the hips, relaxing, conserving jing, not smashing 50 random women yeh a few times, sex too but shes going to america in a few days alas, this is good motivates me to get on with my life, make enough money to do qigong whilst doing things I love, also improve sexual performance as the penis side of it wasnt amazing I seem to have charmed her mum anyways lol

I feel while it might be tempting to engage in fantasy, dwelling on these negative predictions could possibly become a self fulfilling prophecy, if the world dies the world dies and that is that.
