So i was irritated, heart feeling jagged, even though doing qigong etc...decided to start spontaneous painting within a couple of minutes my heart and body shifted enourmously, the colours really effected my energy levels (in the offtopic thread some art) so this got me thinking, often we try to change the world by thinking about it or talking about it, but what matters most is how we feel, energetically as well. Like for instance with that same issue I was thinking about a certain topic whilst in that emotional state, and then attributing that crappy state with how I feel, truly believing that the cause of my feelings relies on this issue or thing that causes it, but after shifting my emotions and energy the thing that seemed so real, so true, suddenly loses all its power and doesnt even seem to exist. Have experience the first big self healing recently where I project energy at a part of my body thats been a concentration of blockage and poof it went, this got me thinking its energy that matters, feelings that matters, words have some value but not 90% value but more like 10% value. On the same topic of art its crazy how just a painting with its colours can truly shift how you feel inside..no words or logic used,

Ive been doing a ton more art lately, painting quite a lot, it seems because of all my qigong practice the energy goes into my art, and its very shifting for my energy, heart and emotions, even though I was doing lots of qigong I was feeling very shitty before 5 minutes of painting,it seems my higher self heals my body with the colours

I dont know too much but there is a guy caled tibetan_ice who seems very knowledgeable and made a long post/rant about what he dislikes about it, if you search for it, Im sure you can find it.

Fuck swear I just got images of certain cells in my body where the nerves where all gangly or there was a blockage in parts of my body, so I kept sending light or awareness there or relaxation and there seemed to be a demon trapped in one part, so I remember from tibetan feeding your demons book, about making it come outside then asking it what it wants so it said attention, then i fed it juice of attention and it changed a bit, then i fed myself to it, did this again a few times, things like acceptance, freedom, understanding, and i seemed to be laughing (releasing tension) and almost vomitting feeling dizzy.. Once again making an effort not to doubt myself

Im having fun tommorow and sunday with a girl, but yeh these things happen when they happen, doing a lot of hours of it everyday, and I know other people do it, also there is this idea I have to be doing something or drinking, I dont like drinking, I dont hang around friends who I dont share similar interests to.

I was on the internet a few weeks ago saw a picture of a girl who was going to the same dance class doing an art class, she was pretty but for some reason, I kept staring at the picture, like crazy, I didnt even choose my attraction to her my heart just did, during ecstatic dance, I would be on the other side of the room and randomly move right behind hers, with my heart, opening to her or feeling pain when not with her, she told me we had past lives together. I do not like being skeptical...so fuck it aaa

not so sure, though, if you watch a few and keep a skeptical mind, I know someone who is very into this aliens and hybrid children topic, I do not think they are just making it up
