^ From my own experience...I get these kind of issues sometimes...not from specific work on chakras but through stillness movement I know certain chakras are being worked on, also when Ive depleted my energy from a couple times masturbating or something. The external also affects the internal chakras....so the way you think and interact with the outside world affects the blockages of certain chakras too not just inside out...some epiphanies Ive had about power recently are- Powerless and powerful are one and the same sometimes people think that you need to be pwoerful in a situation whereas powerlessness is bad, sometimes "powerlessness" is the way things are meant to be...I find it helpful to disconnect from thoughts, by staying in dan tien and watching/letting thoughts go, not taking them too seriously, also feelings and beliefs one may think "I am powerless because xyz, this means I am powerless, I need power" but often that is conceptual so one can acknowledge/watch the feelings too not taking it too seriously, weak is the one who tries to be powerful...the weakest thing is no less weak than the strongest thing, the smallest thing is no less significant or big than the biggest thing, The master doesnt try to be powerful. Feelings of power/powerlessness are merely feeling you can feel full of power and truly everyone is blessed with insane amounts of potential but they are disempowered from limiting thought patterns from tv/school/family, everyone is a buddha, genius etc deep down, but is it neccessary to be that way, The universe is the truly powerful thing you are at the mercy of it, so humility is needed when one thinks "I" did that and takes too much personal credit for the way the wind blew this leads to arragance. (some conceptuality in the last paragraph) But yeh like half of my posts, I am writing to teach myself...hope this helps.

Well it went like this 2 hours in the forest barefoot, another 1 and a half hours creating/designing (what the trees told me ahah) although I dont count that, 1 hour walk to the shop, 1 hour taking my dog for a walk, from 5:30 to 12:30 am (7 hours) I was walking/on the train/waiting to do ecstatic dance and during ecstatic dance did it plus the walk home...you can do stillness movement when in conversation, revising, on the computer, eating, sleeping (even for a little bit, lying down before sleeping) although it dpends when you count that. Yeh I kind of sometimes consider that, but I also want to contribute to the world, Im sure there will be opportunities and plus I enjoy some aspects of normal life Although it is important to do all these (hours) properly and not just put hour in eg, watching thoughts letting them go etc plus michael and the serious practitioners probably do it all day long.

I think there are creative ways to make money if you are inclined to think outside the box(which doesnt exist), cant say Ive made any money yet but I guess I could with effort and time...also beliefs about money eg feeling guilty about making money, thinking its bad to be rich it makes you a bad person corrupt, etc etc

You talk a lot of shit...just shut up

so if you rob someone (or someones energy as you seem to be attempting to do) and the other person doesnt like it, it is all their fault? You seem to blind

To Jetsun, I think the structure/stages of enlightenment is kind of illusory personally...like it may not happen in such a structured logical order per se...I may be wrong though..I would much reccomend attending a workshop or distance class, powerful stuff in a good way...Have a nice day To Raimonio....Yh I owe it to not working lol...Yes I am agreeing I think I have an inclination to rationalise and talk about "progress" but progress and regress are not always so clear cut as it seems possibly conceptual, like sometimes you need to get worse in order to get better...Interesting, yes interesting to hear others experiences, keep a journal it would be nice to read (if you want hehe) good day to you

To Dreamlight fugitive (hehe) ah cool, I googled that they say the next step is enlightenment lol... I have been practicing on average 5-6 hours a day for the last month of stillness movement- walking, sitting, standing, gift of the tao, To Chi 2012 no, but it varies on each person I guess..the body shakes and we dont place any particular detail on the contraction of the sphincter, but if I havent masturbated for a few days my sexual energy is pretty high and am feeling like I am having an orgasm most of the day.

Im going to do a training session (free trial) for yin style Bagua, may try other trial session and Pakua in that place you suggested Grandmaster P.. Just wondering if yin style bagua is useful for martial arts/a crappy watered down version as some suggest normal tai chi is. Also apart from the obvious are there reccomended protocols for making sure your teacher is high quality. Also want to ask the same question for Tai Chi...is it tai chi yang style that is reccomended how do I judge the quality of the teachers in the age of great marketing.. Cheers -
I like this post just to connect my own thoughts on this.... We have all these ideas, social conditionings that we need to have friends, we need to be doing things with friends all the time, a friend is this but not that, these are merely ideas just like the idea we have to be doing something instead of eating, sleeping, walking...all addiction to stimulation and the external other animals dont have this idea of friendship and in many ways desire for friendship/adoration/to be valued are pretty egoic, not to say that everyone isnt your friend, or that friends are bad or that it isnt great to seek like minded company and connect but rather than it is not neccessary if one doesnt feel like it merely social conditioning,

some may find your posts irritating..so you are failing to do no harm...rationalise that This post may seem mean and possibly is (depending on which way you want to rationalise) but yeh wake up to non duality, be in your dan tien instead of in your head, yeh you can say im telling you what to do, guess I am

Cheers snowmonki very informative post. I will look up those details, did it today was bringing out a lot of aggression so not sure whether I like this quality plus it was getting tiring concentrating on the detailed drills, didnt know what to expect, still will give me something to do, open my kwa, might try other bagua styles..fun is an important thing I agree with what you said. Cheers..Have a nice day -
There are many kinds or translations you can google them and see which one suits you or buy one if you prefer on amazon or something, I also enjoy Chuang Tzu, Alan Watts and the Tao of Pooh

.I will try it de paradiso... Just getting some thoughts about money though. A lot of people try to repress their natural drives eg for money, or sex and this repression results in a lot of disharmony...we are human beings, human beings want to live nicely, human beings want to be free from stress, human beings want to mate. I have seen a lot of repressed "holy" people who attempt to shut off their drives but end up trying to seek it in much less honest way.
