  1. Stillness-movement and trauma therapy

I love stillness movement I am doing it right now lol but not 100% sure on whether it deals specifically with one personal trauma though. For example meditation often doesnt clear specific past traumas whilst being helpful in other ways. Yamu said it helps everything however he also mentioned that you can have other tools in your toolbox and he also does. Also TRE I think it also involves focusing on an issue beforehand, and when I did it (incidentally starting in brought about the shaking) didnt really remove the particular pain just made me feel better in general. Although I never bought the actual version just read it off the internet, so it may have been different. However these days I never really think about releasing personal traumas, done a fair bit of that, slightly difficult work, but also enhances self identity and crazy egoicness, although you never know if there may come a time or if it will be helpful for others.
  2. A further updated version is to ask what feeling not belief...eg anger, fear, shame, sadness, apathy, hate, powerlessness. then tap on the feeling, and then ask what does the person feel now, and keep going a few times, then ask the child what they want to change, see what beliefs were believed, associate joy etc
  3. Ayuascha comes from one plant out of 80,000 possible plants in a small area of rainforest (so the total number of possible plants is much higher) which then has to mixed with a seperate special plant again out of 80,000 possible ones in a small area of rainforest which would cancel out the alkaloids which stop the hallucinogary effect from working. ( I am paraphrasing as I cannot remember 100% how the book worded it) How is this possible that early man would find out such things? I don't think trial and error is likely explanation as eating a poisonous plant would probably kill. The amazonian people said that the knowledge was given to them by mushrooms. So I guess the mind is just a powerful tool. Also its a funny coincidence that people who took these plants often report remarkably similar events or scenery eg psychadelic art, must all just be in the mind though.
  4. Sure thats understandable, but what about super skeptical people whos lives can be changed in one day, who then decide not to drink alchohol, take heroin, do immoral things anymore, people with mental illness, people with cancer, depression etc. I took peyote..and personally I would not even classify it as a drug and more like a god, I saw other worlds, life after death, out of body experiences, telepathy, possibly past lifes, changed outlooks on everything..
  5. Now even thinking ayascha is dangerous is completely destroying its credibility.
  6. Well on the one hand he may have died from ayahuasca use. On the other hand he may have received a bad mix from a shaman who was guessing. On the other hand he may have not mentioned other conditions eg taking other drugs or medical problems at the same time. On the other hand it may have been completely unrelated and they found his body or something.. On the other hand a newspaper who was itself scared of these things printed a story about it. Actually my cousins boyfriend worked for a newspaper and he told me it was extremely biased how he would be forced to write bad things about muslims or people who dont work etc.
  7. lets bare in mind...seeming as your being fairly balanced and undogmatic about it mrtiger...we dont actually know the real cause of the death of the death of the guy who died in peru. Also it is a sensitive issue, something like ayuashca can bring so much healing and when people even mention it can randomly kill one person..its quite a claim.
  8. Without going into the details of what stillness movement is out of respect for the system... Something cool (although I guess while im writing this im still doing it so less excitement) I wanted to share is.. Ok today I had a nap...and im sure I was doing stillness movement while asleep because my body is so ridiculously relaxed.. Also started revising and although Ive tended to hate academic study as it ruins my bliss, puts me in the head..in a beta state, Im able to maintain the stillness movement during revision which no longer makes revision a chore but a cool challenge...
  9. lets look at things logically how many people does alchohol, tobacco, unneccessary wars, pharmaceutical pills kill? how many people die from taking a psychadelic
  10. Can't get over my EX

Personally I think eft matrix reimprinting is far superior to regular eft.Although even then clarity mentioned something about wallowing in pain, while this could be true for eft, I didnt mind it and saw it have some effects, however I am also open to the view that there are more gentle ways of healing but all I know is for one memory I worked on there was ana amazing release.
  11. Can't get over my EX

search amazon.com for emotional freedom techniques matrix reimprinting,
  12. FTS

    cool
  13. Can't get over my EX

Yes nice answer, pain and suffering which is often extreme when it comes to situations with women can really motivate one to change ones life, behaviour, goals, values. Also I think Stillness Movement or Taoism is great because there is less ego going on and thus less identification with these kind of issues..
  14. Can't get over my EX

EFT Matrix Reimprinting can be powerful for negative memories and removing the strength of beliefs.
  15. This morning I woke up, and could really feel my heart like never before, I noticed that if my thoughts were calm and loving my heart felt great, whereas during cruelty, impatience, hurry, excessive desire or joy..my heart would hurt apart from the last too i could just guess a bit.. This sensitivity seemed to go away later which would have made being kind a bit easier but anyways interesting
  16. lol i wasnt talking about it in a problematic way more of a cool, look when i have a negative thought my heart feels pain so gonna be difficult for me to be horrible.. but yeh seemed to go away by itself.
  17. Approval seeking and Wu wei

Well personally I find edit most moral based religions a very repressive religion thats destroys naturalness through superficial moral ideas and a lot of these so called priests seem to know little of what they are preaching about. When you have too many rules, regulations, codes, ideas, beliefs, it is of my belief that you thoroughly mess up someones psyche and sense of self esteem even enlightenment, people start TRYING TO DO AS MANY GOOD THINGS as possible, like these do-gooders, so unnatural.. Is it good to educate people? Is it bad to die early? Is it bad to feel pain? Is it bad to defend yourself with agression? Is it bad to lie sometimes? Is it bad to boast occasionally? Imo things that create fear and guilt in the mind are unneccesary and destroy spirituality, fear and guilt is what causes unhappiness and disharmonious actions.. further more people preach about a man in the sky that knows whats best for them and is always watching them and will punish them, this idea is kind of messed up, also creating more and more fear and paranoi but of course good for the edit extremely wealthy moral religions" who are extremely wealthy... when you mess up someones self esteem, create unnneccessary guilt for every possible thing, how do you know your doing wrong...I rely on myself for judgement not a few ideas written by someone else. Is it bad to lie in a job interview to get a job to get things you want? One may reply yes if the people need it, well how can one define what is needed and what is not, especially when some of these moral religions are so rich. I could go on and on with philosophies. Normally I like to leave people with their beliefs..but I get annoyed by moral religions trying to push morality in my throat
  18. Approval seeking and Wu wei

Well Im saying that my idea of god is more like tao which is kind of like god...and perhaps a little insensitive to say "I dont believe in god" I apologise when I feel I have done something harmful out of annoyance or ignorance...maybe it had a small element of approval seeking i dont think so really
  19. Approval seeking and Wu wei

also et- thoughts...I apologise I kind of believe in god or universal godness but not really sure about whether religion has been corrupted but the points you make dispelled some beliefs out,
  20. Revision Stillness movement haha

    yeh cool stuff
  21. Im not writing a "poem" or a "haiku" and Im not trying to make it live up to a superficial standard of good its just spontaneous flow of words...anyways i like it ok...
  22. Approval seeking and Wu wei

I guees their are actions which lead more directly towards negative feelings because others have certain values, ideas, beliefs... Arguing about gods plan is kind of irrelevant to one who doesnt believe in a christian god
