Not all sensations are bad. Some are very pleasant. I try to "tune" in to this kind of sensation, magenify it and spread to my whole body. Actually I believe those sensations are always present, we're just not sensetive enough to pick up the signal. Maybe the good yogi can get bliss anytime they want. I think tibetan_ice in this forum claimed he could do it as well.

"Restore Jing and the Gracious" is the translation. There isn't an English term for Jing. I don't suppose there is english term for "Fu Jing Rui" either.

A male body is yan. The jing is essence of yan. Once it has in contact with air, it'll be oxidized. If the same male or another male consume it orally, the effective agent couldn't be absorbed. However, female have special enzyme in their saliva to enable them to restore the xoidized jing. Since their body is yin, the essence of yan would be of very valuable to their etheral body and spiritual development.

I just watched his "post apocalyptic lightmare" on youtube. I really admire his bravery. This guy's got balls. In his "nightmare", he's the only "survivor" of a apocalyptic disaster. He wondered where all the other saints, learned scholars and spiritual leaders. He searched long and hard. He couldn't find no one. He came to the conclusion all of gurus were B.S. Wow, talking about dillusional! A person with some intelligence would have asked "am I alive or dead?" A person with sense of shame would have asked "is this hell or heaven?" A person with some modesty would have asked "What have done right or wrong to be here?" Not Jed. He immediately believed that he's the only worthy person to be "alive", and all others "dead". It never occured to him that he's alone in the very "hell" and the other worthy person were together having a party in heaven. He even got the balls to write a book to teach others how to get to his idead of enlightment.

Sometimes, cliche is useful "life is a journey, not a destination" We're not in a race to reach crossline. we're on a trip to explore the world and redicover ourselves. Each one of us has unique DNA, such different characters, and different path. If our creator wanted us to go straight home, he wouldn't created so many "distractions".

I got the Kunlun book last night. I read a few pages. It was very good so far. I also had a weird dream about Max last night. It happened in a university campus. I was buying dinner(fish) in the cafeteria. A bold stocky man in tradition Chinese suit showed up and started teaching. I knew it was Max. I introduced myself after his teaching. We walked down a flight of stairs. I told him that I might have two kundalini awakening episodes. He turned around, clawed my skull with his single hand. It was painful. He told me that my head bone structure was good, whatever that meant. We kept walking. Max turned into a Chinese guy with full head of hair and told me that he needed a bath. It tuned out he went to a barber shop to get a hair cut. Some other members also mentioned he dreamed of Max after receiving his book. Could be my dream a result of auto sugguestion? Anyway, It may be a sign that I should walk with Max for a while.

Did they figure out where the original human come from, mate? Did they figure out revolution before Darwin? In the beginning, there was a real universe and a real earth. A single organic cell started to evolve. After billions years of revolution, a race of real human emerged. They developed technology so advanced that they could live forever. Based on current technology, I can speculate that they could make brain like computer and transfter their mind into it, and the biologic body to go with it. For whatever reason, they created a new universe and earth, created "human" like themselves. They also "buried" different type of fossils for us to figure out the origin of human. Eventually the "human" would develop to the same stage that they could live forever and created new universe. I bet they would do the same. I don't know if our creator was the original "human" or the children race of the original "human". Please show me the references that those Vedanta came up with this theory before me. I boldly declare I AM the first.

I wish I could figure out the pattern I meant the original post was funny. In the spirit the original poster, we should side track this thread to Jed McKenna. I don't know if he's enlighted or not. Actually that's not the point. I watched a few of his youtube. He has not idea about meditation. For example "stop bullshiting yourself go take acid". I just don't get his point. WTF is his problem? If someone wants to get high through meditaion, so what? It's better than taking acid. People are free to do whatever they want so long they don't hurt others. Either Jed McKenna doesn't know much about meditation or he thinks only his way of meditation is correct.

I don't know the benefits. But all the miracles are possible: walk on water, survive without food, visit past and future, appear different places at same time, change a fishbone back to live fish. It's just a simple matter of modifying your location/time or property tag. Get the decrypted key is the hard part. Actually the AI is the first crude model. The more realistic model is software and hardware in one. We're not pure AI (software). We're the hardware that the software run on as well. Each one of us is exactly the duplication of the whole system. Each one of us is complete and a part of the whole at same time. It's a distributed network system. We're the world (can't believe Michael is right . Without us, the universe won't exist. We're powering the whole universe. The whole universe is runing on us. Since we live on earth. The earth IS the center of the universe (can't belive the bible is right after all . We currently don't have the exact the same technology yet. Since the "real human" developed it from scratch. We just need reverse engineer it to get the design. It should be easier for us. It's just a matter of time.

I never said the "emptiness" wasn't correct. I think we need a new model which is easier to understand and relate to the new generation. I think the computer similation model is a lot easier to understand than "emptiness". "And who created the 'real humans'?" They came from a single cell after billion years of evolution. They gave us some many clues to figure that out. The "emptiness" folk just ignore the obvious evidence. "It's just as valid to say that this entire world is on a leaf blowing in the wind by a river." No, you still didn't get my concept. AI (artificial intelligence) is us. The world is virtual world. Our body is virtual body. Our mind is virtual mind. Us is virtual. There isn't any need of "hardwired" as you've seen in the movie of Matrix. That idea is like to feed food to a hungry child in a book you're reading.

The one who gave birth to me, fed me with her milk is my mother. The one who brought me up and taught me is my father. The one who grew up with me is my brother. The one I changed diaper and held in my arm at night is my daughter. The one who cheers me up when I'm down is my frirend. The ones who grow food, build houses, clean the road and serve food in the restaurants are my people. This is my earth. This is my world. I know exactly who I am. Apparently you didn't understand my statment. We're not real human in flesh and blood. We're bunch of AI in a simulated world which was created by the real human or children of the real human. I wonder if the real human have dreams.

It was a typo made by my subconscious. "cheat" was too strong a word. I do think God withdrawl informations from us. Probably we simply can't handle the "truth". For whatever reason that God made me. I'm grateful. I do belive it was out of love. I just happy to do something in return. The God even "buried" all those fossils for us to find. They gave us clues about the origin of God. Since we're "children" of God. Their origin is our origin. I haven't found other first prson discription of "holy spirit". I suspect the "image" would be different from person to person. They're still the projection of our mind, a product of our culture, education, upbrining and belief. I suspect the "emptiness" is also customerized. There might be as many flavor of "emptiness" as the population on earth. Of course, there some similar theme, like feeling of oness, universial love and bliss. However, I also experienced deep despair and uttermost loneliness. It was so dark and I was so alone. Anyway, how many contemparies can walk on water, perfrom twin miracles? Apparantly, the art of "emptiness" is lost. All the discussion of "emptiness" is just empty.

Please tell me any actual evidence to back "your emptiness" up? I'm not here to dispute the correctness of "emptiness". I just think the "emptiness" talk is too empty and meaningless for most people who have experiecned "emptiness" or not. The empty model is too empty. We need a "solid" model that the practitioners can build and improve from one generation to next generation. How about the world is a holodeck. Our body is a holodeck. Our senses are build by a bunch of sensors to process informations received. If we treat the "emptiness" as science. We should apply scientific approach. First we need build a model, which initially may look crude and inaccurate representation of the "real" world. But it's "solid" and "visible". it can be looked at, discussed among different people with different "emptiness" experiences. Each person can add their contribution to the model. The model will be improved. And eventuallly it looks more and more like a good presentation of the "real" world. Energy model is another promising one. I still have the suspension we're bunch of energy generators. The total output of the energy must greater or equal to the input energy. Otherwise, the "God" will terminate the simulation. Or the simulation will try to balance the energy until it can sustain. If not, then the whole "world" collapse. The "God" won't contribute any energy to this simulation world except the initial "push"/"big bang". To human is to engineer. We're just reverse engineer the world/our body. As a race, we have to going forward. Which way is forward and which way is backward? I don't believe magic or supernatrual power. I think "God' created us with far more advanced technology. My proposed "computer simulation" is a just model. The "God" may have used something we haven't discovered yet. I'm sure the old guard of the "emptiness" model will sure feel threatened by any new models. It's understandable. I just hope to attract some new generation of meditators who's familiar with video games and computer simulation to think about this. Of course, I also believe some old meditators have valuable experience to share if they're open to new ideas.

I'm not an expert. But I don't think it's a good sign. You're not grounded. You may want to stop practice for a while.

I played with lucid dreaming for a year seven years ago. I'd try to remember my dream when I woke up. The more I could remember, the better. Because dreams tend to repeat itself. When you're in a place that you can remember, you should ask yourself "am I dreaming?". Once you realized that you're in a dream, don't wake up. If you do wake up, don't panic. Try to go back to sleep and pick up from where you left in your dream. Once you know you're in a dream. It's easy to control the dream. It's like second nature. Intuively we know how to be the director of our dreams. At beginning, it was fun. I was flying around like superman. I had some sexual fantasy filled. I'd change the scenery. I'd control the weather in my dreams. I felt like God. I also had OBE. I think I was out of control in my dreams. Finally a scary monstor confronted me. I couldn't kill it. I couldn't change it. I couldn't escape from it. I was so scared that I didn't dare to do lucid dream ever. In a matter of fact, I didn't dare to dream for a year !!!!!! I suspect the dream land is real. There are rules that one should respect. I don't if the tibet dream yoga is similar to lucid dreaming.
