  1. 金丹四百字(张紫阳): 不可执以无为,不可行于有作,不可泥于存想,不可着于持守,不可枯坐灰心,不可盲修瞎炼。 Four hundred words about NeiDan(Zhang Ziyang): Can not run to inaction, is not feasible to have to make, not like mud in the deposit, not forward to hold on, not just sit and lose heart, not silly religious refining.
  2. It is not easy to explain. A good point about Tao has to come up after you read lots of books which were written by the chinese ancient sages. Let me try to find some way to help you understand what I am saying. So give me some time here.
  3. You misunderstand what is real neigong. That is not your fault. That is because most of the Chinese people who study Taoism misunderstood Taoism, and their thoughts were spread to the whole world.
  4. How to comprehend such words is the key.
  5. OK, It is not the best way to practise Tao. Because you must keep in one certain state in which you are paying attention to your own body. It is opposite to the core spirit of the Taoism or Buddhism. That can only help you feel the Chi. It can hardly help you make you more healthy.

  8. I didn't say meditation is not a way for Taoism. I just say it is not a good way, at least not the best way. Because it opposite to the spirit of Taoism and Buddhism. Anyway, I know there are thousands of people who have been engaged into meditation since a long time before. That is a big problem which has lasted for hundreds of years.
  9. When I was young and started to learn "Qi Gong", I did some meditation. I can not remenmber if it is more than 100 days. But finally, after I had read many books and been thinking of what the sages said, I realized that meditation is a wrong way for the Way.
  10. Remind me of the truth of the world, and try to stick to it! The truth is what the sages told us.
  11. I hope I was Lao Zi, but I am not.
  12. Thank you for your suggestion. It is not easy to find the proof, so I just put an idea here. I will try to give the proof when I have more time.
  13. I got that idea from the books which were written by some sages in ancient China.
  14. I have no idea about this. Can you explain it to me please?
  15. I am engaged in "find true self and the turth of the nature" I don't think your way is a good way.
  16. Let us talk based on my point: If you want practice Taoism, the best way is not meditation.
  17. Usually, when they are zazening(打坐),they are thinking of sth rather than the spirit of the Taoism, or just trying to keep their minds empty, right? If it is ture, then that is not a good way to practise Tao.
  18. That is just a idea which came after I have read lots of books written by sages. So, if you want exact cite, it will need sometime for me to search. But before that, I need to confirm what is meditation you guys think. Because it seems that I misunderstand the concept as somebody mentioned here.
  19. Thank you for your reply! Maybe you can give me a typical example for meditataion in practising Taoism? Or just tell me what kind of practice are you engaged in? Thanks.
  20. Because Tao have been misdeliverd or misunderstood a lot.
  21. Could you give me a typical example of meditation? And based on that, I will try to show you the proof.

  23. If that is the definition of meditation, you can ignore what I have said here.
