  1. Hair Growth Recipes

    Anybody have any Taoist or nonTaoist hair growth recipes? I was born with a ton of hair - but the temples have receded and over all my hair is not as thick as my teens. Luckily I can still hide my temples and nobody notices. So anybody have any suggestions on keeping my or regrowing my hair?

  3. Hair Growth Recipes

    Thanks guys. I think I might order that Chinese tonic. About 5 years ago I was big into combating hair loss from multiple angles. I think it slowed it down somewhat. Then I quit everything and I think it speeded up again. I took Acutane when I was 18 and then about 4 years later I noticed that my hair overall was thinner. MPB isn't suppose to effect the sides and back.. I have a friend that took acutane and noticed the same thing. My friend started Propecia about 10 years ago and hasn't lost another hair. I ordered Propecia through an online pharmacy around the same time - but I quit a week into it because my boners got weak and I didn't feel horny anymore. My friend never had this problem. There's a good chance that the whole Acutane thing is just in my head - I think most people have some weird belief like this. I just don't have the motivation to jump back into the hair loss forums and to see what the new trends are. It's always just a bunch of arguements between paranoid people. The pharmecutical and "natural" people like to argue forever. If I had a cueball head - I would shave it in a heartbeat. I have one of those weird heads where with hair girls tell me I'm a 9 or a 10. When I shave it I turn into a 5. Instead of researching I'm just going to do this. Go to a health store and buy a good shampoo and vitamins. Order the chinese Tonic. Hang over my bed for 5 minutes a day and massage my head. Start using the hair max laser comb again which I have. And finally no excessive ejaculations. And of course my Spring Forest Qigong. All of this combined should have a good effect.

    R.I.P. Eazy E also. You have to remember if E didn't piss off Dre - he might not of broken away - and you would of never heard of guys like Snoop Dog and Nate Dog.

    David Hawkins said when he became enlightened that he had to quit meditating because the bliss would become to intense - making him unable to function in the world. If I'm not mistaking - this guys experience is from watching a video of Gabriel Cousins that Drew Hempel posted. Drew needs to knock this stuff off. Giving people a taste of enlightenment in addition to orgasms is going overboard. I bet he's sitting full lotus somewhere saying "haha".
  8. 2012 is my year

    Hi, Just signed up. I'm basically devoting 2012 to two things. Spring Forest Qigong and manifestation. Basically everyday I'm starting my day with SFQ and then I'm dedicating the the rest of my time everyday to manifesting my goals. I'm currently using mostly Sedona Method releasing to achieve my manifestations. I've studied many manifestion/goal setting techniques and have had the most success with releasing. Basically for me it is western zen because of the goal setting aspect. The last 3 days I've started off the day with 3 hours of SFQ Qigong. What I do is I alternate between the Active Exercises, laying down on my bed small universe, and sitting in a chair small universe. When I combine these 3 I could probably go all day if I wanted to. I'm also thinking of starting bodybuilding again. To do this I need to eat 5 or 6 times a day. I wonder if this will conflict with my qigong. It shouldn't because I usually do my qigong first thing. I was reading about Drew Hempel saying food with SFQ makes him smell. I hope this doesn't happen to me - because the main reason for bodybuilding is to attract the ladies.

    The Sedona Method and/or Release Technique. If I'm unaware and I release - I have no choice but to become aware.

    Training. To keep me focused - to learn how to direct the "one power". Goal setting can be a practice toward achieving enlightenment just like meditation. Lester Levenson said in the early stages we must have goals. Goal setting combined with Sedona Releasing is using the ego to undo the ego.
  11. I think I've lost it

    I was watching a talkshow once that had the Slvia Browne physic lady on as a guest. An audience member told her that one night she woke up and there was a being sitting next to her bed that attacked her. She fought with this thing and ended up all bloody. Slvia Browne told the lady that what actually happened was that she had an out of body expeience while sleeping. Her soul couldn't get back into her body and she freaked out. What really happened is that her body thrashed herself around the house while she was asleep making her all bloody. Her mind projected the story of a fight with the "being" in order to make sense of her thrashing around in her sleep making her all bloody.
  12. Heart Rate during Qigong

    I'm pretty sure if I never practiced Spring Forest Qigong - I would have some kind of a heart problem. I did some stupid stuff a while back and would feel little heart pains. I would do SFQ and could literally feel the Chi working on my heart - little heart palpitations combined with little heart pains - but the pains were good - I could tell blockages were being worked on.

    Hardcore Zen by Brad Warner and The Sedona Method by Hale Dwoskin. I consider the Sedona Method a Zen technique - although most people probably don't.

  17. Not needing to eat

    I'm starting to become aware of how eating big meals kicks my ass. Today I started the day with a 2 hour and 45 minute Spring Forest Qigong session. Afterwards I felt great and had some big plans for the day. After Qigong I was cleaning up my apartment and the day was going good. I needed to eat so I went to a restraunt and ate a double cheeseburger with fries and a big cobb salad. I also had a large Dr. Pepper. I figured since this would be my only meal for the day I should eat a lot. After I had the big meal - It just wacked me out. I couldn't get anything done and spent hours wasting time on the internet. From now on I'm only doing small meals throughout the day. I can't figure out how over weight people can eat like that all day and still be over achievers. When I do this it makes me tired, lazy, and undisciplined.

    Before you leave the house each day - I would go to youtube and watch the 7 Intelligent Warrior subliminal videos by Nelson Berry. Trust me these are powerful - but be careful because sometimes they can make you to cocky and you might mouth off to people if you don't watch yourself. Next I would practice Spring Forest Qigong for a minimum of 2 hours a day. If you can do this - it will cure you in the long term. I would also learn and do EFT when you get the chance. Last, I would look into Matrix Energetics and try and get a phone healing. ME can change things instantly - because the change happens at the quantum level. Also if you have the money I would be on Michael Mohoric's monthly healing energy. At the very least - sign up for his newsletter and be on his energy one week out of the month for free.
  20. I'm the opposite - his writing style always cracks me up. I've been reading his stuff for a little while and some of the terms he uses should be trademarked. Things like "perv attack", "white trash diet" "O at a D's", and of course "haha". The "haha" thing sometimes bugs me because I sometimes use that too. So for this site I guess I'll have to use LOL. Haven't used that for a while. haha

    I tried this guys services once http://manifestation-master.com/ I believe he is the real deal - and what he does is similiar to distance healing. I haven't worked up enough balls to pay a bunch of money for his services long term. That fear itself is probably one thing that is holding me back financialy. Basically a fear of spending money.
  22. Burt Goldman teaches a technique called Quantum Jumping - where basically you use a meditation technique to ask another "you" on how to do something. According to Burt - this other "you" is you in a parallel reality who has allready mastered whatever it is you would like to learn. I've never tried Quantum Jumping - but I think Burt said he got this idea from Napoleon Hill's invisible counsler technique.

  25. Spring Forest/Alchemy Correllation

    Hey Drew - thanks for the other answer. I'm about to go practice again today - but I have another quick question. You said you saw spirits come down to get Chunyi Lin's energy. When I do small universe I usually see these white things darting around. They move kind of quick - they move the same way as little small organisms moving around pond water - if that makes sense. I see these things with my eyes open too. This started about 5 years ago. If I'm in a room by myself and sit still - I can usually see them out of the corner of my eye. I also see sparkles sometimes. I know you are not supposed to make a big deal about this stuff - but any idea what these thing are that dart around?
