New Podcast Q & A with Spring Forest Qigong Master Jim Nance
chi 2012 replied to voidisyinyang's topic in General Discussion
Ok. Question1 - Last year Chunyi Lin said something on his Facebook page about the energy being a lot better in Washington then the previous year. I forgot the details - but I think he had sent group energy to the Capital. So this got me wondering...before the election did Jim Nance happen to read Obama, Romney's, or any of the other candidates energy? If so, who had the best energy? Question 2 - Is smiling really that important? if someone has a naturally serious face - should they still work on smiling more - even if it seems unnatural and uncomfortable? -

I asked Drew to ask Jim Nance about this whole situation. He comments on it for the last 3 minutes of the recording. https://archive.org/details/DR00000008 -

If Michael Lomax told John C that lots of Qigong would get rid of the entity - then that might be the answer. 3,4,5, hours a day of Spring Forest Qigong or Lomax Qigong would probably do the trick. How many hours a day are you practicing? Also I heard Gary Clyman say in an interview that sometimes his emotional liposuction turns into an exorcism. He said it's like 100 times more brutal than the emo/lipo you see on youtube. He sucks the demon into his forearm than goes and shoots it down the drain. I think his emo/lipo is only $250. -

That would be cool if you could show David the "O at a D". Then he could vouch that it is real. -

I've often wondered how often people show up at the Spring Forest Qigong center - wanting to become Qigong masters. So I guess if you ever need more questions you could use that one. -

Did you still ask the questions? I'm trying to think of some better questions. I'll PM you when I think of them. I listened to the last recording. I see some similarities between Jim Nance and Richard Bartlett of Matrix Energetics. Bartlett had an experience growing up where a school bully tried to beat him up and everything went into slow motion - and he took the bully down. Same thing as Jim Nance and his slow motion Kung Fu. Also both Bartlett and Nance are both really right brained, spontaneous and non linear with their healings. Although Bartlett doesn't call what he does "healings".....But they seem very similiar to me. -
Energy Healing - Does it really work?
chi 2012 replied to clariceedward's topic in General Discussion
I would increase the SFQ small universe to at least 3 hours a day. For a few years I would mix alcohol and energy drinks a few days a week. The next day my stomach would always be hurting and torn up. But I learned that if I lied down and did SFQ small universe for about 2 hours that it would fix everything. Sometimes I would have to do it longer or for a few days in a row - but the stomach would always be healed from doing this. I've learned that just 30 minutes of SFQ small universe will just began to work on stomach and heart blockages.....but to really clear the blockages you need to do a couple hours a day. Once after a heavy night of drinking I woke up with a blood clot in my heart. I could tell it was a clot because it had a heavy feeling to it and it moved around in my heart as I tried to get out of bed. Instead of going to the hospital I just lied down and did the SFQ small universe. About an hour in - I could feel the clot being worked on - then a few hours later it was gone. A trick you can do with SFQ to heal blockages is to just rotate the lying down small universe with some active exercises and just do this all day. You can also do some of the active exercises lying down. You won't build up huge amounts of energy by doing this - but you will heal all the major organs and you will have that peaceful chi sensation in your body. It's almost like cheating - but it works. I've healed so many heart and stomach blockages with the Small Universe - that now I can figure out if I have any blockages by just lying down and doing the small universe. If I get a stomach grumble or a heart palpitation - that means I have a blockage - and I will just keep doing the MCO untill they are gone. Also Michael Mohoric is giving out free energy this week. Always good to get as much energy as you can. -

I've been meaning to catch up on the Jim Nance stuff when I have the time. So far I've listened to one of his interviews....Your voice sounded deep - so you must of been eating lots of meat and milk...I remember you writing that when you eat meat it makes your voice deep. Anyway, here's some questions...... 1. When I sit on the floor and do small universe - I get these energy rushes and my urinary/sphincter muscles will contract on their own. Can I voluntary contract the urinary/sphincter muscles on each spot of the small universe to make it more intense? Or is this too dangerous and is it better just to let the contractions happen naturally? 2. I know Jim Nance used to practice Zen. I've seen it written where some people consider just sitting(Zazen) the highest form of Qigong. Does he ever recommend Zazen? Can he compare the 2 from his personal experience. 3. What does Jim think about the frequent eating and protein consumption that weightlifters/bodybuilders and certain athletes need to maintain a high amount of muscle mass? Does this conflict with Qigong or does the Qigong just fix problems caused by high protein and calorie consumption. 4. As people age their natural testosterone levels decrease. Many males miss the feeling of feeling like their 18. Does he think that men should consider testosterone replacement or take testosterone boosters? Or is it good to have a slightly less libido with age? Thought of a couple more. 5. Jim said that certain types of music can cause holes in peoples auras. I've read the same things about tattoos and piercings. Do tattoos and piercings cause people to get holes in their auras? 6. Should people get their mercury fillings taking out? Does it really cause problems? Or is it a bunch of bunk? -
Well, I've done 2 hour SFQ standing exercise sessions before - and last year I did 1 hour and 19 minutes straight of moving of yin and yang. I think I recorded it in my journal. SFQ standing active exercises will make you well balanced and clear blockages - but I think it fills the dantien at a much slower rate than Clyman's exercises. Qigong is best mixed with Tai Chi. Clyman wrote that his Chikung is like the equivalent to practicing Temple Style Tai Chi for 4 years I believe.(I might have the numbers wrong). So I notice after practicing his exercises - I am in the present moment at all times.....And no shitty news can make me resort into any kind of dysfunctional behavior. It makes you physically and mentally tougher. For example there's a poster on here who just got suspended - and seems to be suffering from emotional problems and internet addiction. I guarantee that 2 sessions a day of Clyman's Youtube videos would fix this person fast. Drew, As an experiment try Clyman's 6 youtube exercises twice a day for a month. Actually 4 of the exercises are sitting and only the first two are standing. I do 3 sets of Condensing Breathing into the stickman for 10 minutes. The first set for 6 minutes and then the next 2 sets for 2 minutes. After that I just do the remaining 5 exercises for 2 minutes. 4 of them are seated. Try it as an experiment.

Gary teaches 6 of his Tidal Wave Chikung exercises on Youtube for free. Actually 7 - but you just do the first one time. I dabbled with them for a few months and they are very intense. About 5 weeks ago I decided to do them for 20 minutes twice a day. Since doing this - my "presence" is now inside my body at all times. Basically the stuff that Eckhart Tolle teaches about being in the moment at all times - you can pretty much reach this state by accident if you do Gary's practices. Basically, I think people have dysfunctional habits because they either become bored or they become afraid. With Gary's youtube practices - I have become more centered and even if I get really crappy news - something has changed where it won't bother me anymore. I still practice Spring Forest Qigong tonight at night for health. I'm not sure how good Gary's Youtube practices are for health - I just notice my presence is more inside my body. I'll probably order the Tidal Wave Chikung this week as I have the money. I challenge anybody out there to do Gary's Youtube exercises for 20 minutes twice a day. They are intense as hell - but you'll feel different overall after a couple weeks.

Debunking Spring Forest Qigong Healing
chi 2012 replied to alleswasderfallist's topic in General Discussion
The best place to get info on Spring Forest Qigong is probably the LearningStrategies website. First read about the Spring Forest Qigong product itself - and then spend some time in their SFQ forum. After a few days you should have a better idea of what SFQ can do. You can also posts questions that will be answered. -
But then you got the free spirits who just don't give a fuck. For example if I try and google "Drew Hempel O at a D". As soon as I hit the letter O - the "at a D" just pops up by itself. haha

People would still troll if they had normal names like Bob Jones or Jane Smith. I'm the only person in the world with my name - so if I were a troll it would work on me. Luckily I'm not a troll.

What I would like to see is Punk defeat Taker and end the stupid streak. I would like to see Lesnar defeat HHH cleanly - because if it was real Lesnar would kill him. And finally, I would like to see Cena cheat and turn heel and defeat The Rock. But I'm thinking the opposite of what I want is more likely to happen.

Which alternative health practitioners would you recommend for health & diet advice?
chi 2012 replied to Jetsun's topic in General Discussion
I'd recommend Dr. Greg Tefft at http://www.personalizednutritionconsultants.com/index.htm I have his book called "For Your Body Only" and he incorporates many different systems and takes the blood type diet to the next level. He even describes how different blood types have different Myers Briggs personality types. So after I read the book I would guess someones blood type and I would usually be right. I think if you use his services he send you a testing kit - then he puts you on a certain diet for your body only. -

The truth about Gary Clyman's Golden Bell demo :D
chi 2012 replied to Wells's topic in Daoist Discussion
Gary Clyman is a textbook Enneagram 8. 8's don't want to be controlled by anyone or anything. So the fact that he rebelled against the system when was younger is just his nature. -
