    I agree. Its probably you becoming more sensitive to your own energy. Just passively watch it. You might find when you become angry or emotional, the energy will become strong and turbulent. When you are at peace within yourself, it will start to feel like bliss/formless space.

    When you say vibration, can you expand on what you mean by it.
  7. Accepting the present moment does not necessarily mean becoming completely passive to it in the sense that you become frozen stiff. Accepting means to break the habitual pre-programmed response to certain situations. Breaking a habit is empowering as it allows more freedom of choice instead of being a slave to the subconscious mind.

  11. If you're still experiencing suffering then you're not free. To be 100% fully content with the present moment accepting whatever is, can be more than a lifetimes work.

    Acting without acting. Effortless action. Bringing this to meditation or practice, nothing needs to be done because what you are seeking has already been accomplished or obtained, it just hasn't been recognized yet. Some call this recognition pointing out instruction.

    I agree. Grains, or namely gluton causes inflammation. Depending on if you notice it, depends on how sensitive you are to it.

    I find the more powerful something is, the stronger the purging. Purging by way of liberating past karmic energy. It's not fun but if one uses skillful means to diffuse it it can be very beneficial.

    I find it helps to sink your attention into the intestinal area and adjacent section of spine if you're feeling that irritable/insomnia state. I find if you practice fasting or complete celibacy it can also bring on this irritable/insomnia state, and in itself it is not a bad thing, as it will force negative aspects of the psych up into conscious awareness. The great test for you at this time is to deal with it and not letting it overcome you through negative thoughts or emotions. Pay specific attention to what arises in the mind at this time and look to resolve any concealed mental baggage by letting it go.

    I would say it first started spreading early December. Also I do not believe that Western Governments did not know about it until it broke in the media. I believe many Western Governments knew about it late December.

    You get rid of the sensations by, surrendering to them, instead of fighting against them either physically, emotionally or mentally. Move your attention to the area and dive into it, accepting the pain. It will be hard and painful but it is necessary to remove the sensation.
