  19. Surrender to it. I know its hard and it seems like the opposite thing to what you want to do. Know that you're truly blessed. These symptoms you're experiencing is sign you're progressing through a lot of rubbish inside your system. Keep your spirits high, place a positive meaning to your situation and you will be fine.

  21. Celibacy and fasting seems to provoke an ego response. If this state of discomfort is transcended I can see growth opportunities in this. However it may be likely that one is pulled back into the power of their own mind.

  24. What the hell, I was going to post this same question. This is like seeing my own question written by someone else. I get massive LDT shaking, like my heart is inside my stomach and pumping so hard, my whole body starts shaking dealing sexually with females.
