That YouTube channel is interesting, plan to watch a few more videos. Was driving to work and listened to the semen retention video that was interesting too.

Apologies for not adding anything further to the above post. Would like to discuss the above video and implications and the difference of transcending the subtle body vs transcending the casual body. I have had some interesting insights lately in regards to both so this video appearing has been quite timely.

Possible the internal wind energies is causing some friction and resulting in heat. I would think heat during mediation is a good sign, as it can mean energy is moving.

Its interesting that I have read a few people who have experienced NDA, have come back with certain qualities/powers only allowed once you cross over. I wouldn't be surprised if your later OBE's are a result of the NDE.

Welcome, looking inside can be a daunting task. Finding all the repressed pain and suffering. Know that this is just a part of you that is hurting and wants to be embraced with loving kindness. I think surrender in the moment is extremely important. Relaxing into the pain will move it. Trying to ignore, fight or push away a feeling/thought/memory will just continue the energy staying stuck.

Another interesting point, brought to my attention from a facebook group post was, some people use non-dual teachings to proclaim there is no good or bad. This can be dangerous as there can be those whose ego will take advantage of this and create pain and suffering for others, then explain away their bad behaviour as being nothing.

I wanted to post that after having the good fortune to listen to both videos and listen to a few of her other videos on her channel, I am extremely grateful to have come in contact with them. Lama Lena for me, uses few words and cuts to the bone. I very much like this style. She reminds me of Master Yoda, teaching Luke Skywalker. I have had some insights from the instruction that has help me considerably for my meditation practice.

I was reading recently whereby someone stated it was impossible to gain enlightenment without transmission from a lineage. I also saw the below posted on a Facebook group. Is it possible to awaken without transmission? Can you wake up by reading the cheat codes in a book as opposed to learning them from a living teacher? There is also the possibility of unseen help from forces that are not of this realm. I'm in two minds about the answer to this question, some perspective would be appreciated.

IP Board has the ability to display a notification on the main forum webpage, when someone enters the chat room. The notification appears on the 'Chat' button that is located on the main forum page. This will then notify others visually that there is activity in the chatroom and help keep it populated. I was wondering if this could be implemented on Daobums?

I agree, it's the manifestation of the one being. Many years ago I had a mystical experience of this during mediation. I remember fondly thinking if I marry someone I'll just be marrying myself. Your reply prompted me to remember. Unfortunately like other mystical experiences afterwards it drops back to normal consciousness.
