Whether the Cabal controls both the Left and the Right in this instance, it is still unseen. Are they gearing up for war, I hope not. Are people led through propaganda to rally behind the cause orchestrated by the Cabal, unfortunately so. People need to start thinking for themselves and stop letting the Media think for them. The media is carefully measured drug and beamed straight into your mind if you're unaware.

I believe these events are not by chance and have been carefully orchestrated.

When you look into these events, you must look at it from the viewpoint of who has most to gain from the event. Russia has nothing to gain and everything to lose by bringing down the MH aircraft. The West and Ukrainian puppet government has everything to gain by this event as it will greatly increase international pressure against the pro Russian forces in the east. I believe the Malaysian people/government has been singled out by the international Cabal due to these two attacks on their airline.

I think it depends. For me its just my perception/imagination, however I may not be advanced enough to be able to have open contact, if such a thing exists.

Funny you mention flames. I had a 2-3 year old point to me and say I had flames around me. The parents told her to stop being silly, but I was open to the fact she had some sort of perception being so young that gets closed off with age.

The afternoon before work, I changed my meditation more towards concentration meditation directed towards the centre of my head. I can see now it may have caused unbalance and brought on the subtle change in consciousness I experienced. Sinking awareness into my pelvis and legs seems to feel very grounding.

I am now wondering if the unwanted attention is just issues that need to be released that the higher energy has quickly brought to the surface? I did meditate a few hours before this state and used a directed concentration technique which could have created this. I have been in this state before and knew I should be on the lookout for issues happening around me.
