Emotional numbness is beneficial when dealing with people and negative emotions. Instead of wondering why you are not feeling emotions, consciously try and experience them. Think about love and try and create that feeling within your body. Can you do this? How long can you go without any sexual activity of any kind? If you still engage in sexual activity or sexual thoughts of any kind, your sex drive is still there.- 127 replies

Hi Dreambliss, There is a lot of freedom in not thinking. Resting just as you are is effortless. Getting in touch with the emptiness inside of yourself. Positive and negative has been hijacked by your point of view. Viewing things as positive and negative are based on ideas of what you believe is desirable or undesirable. Positive for one may be negative for another. It can't be relied upon.

Very interesting topic. When you hunt the Ego, you don't realise that it is the Ego that is trying to hunt itself. That which is the hunter of the Ego, is the Ego itself. The Ego is the greatest shapeshifter that ever existed.
